极/超低频信道噪声脉冲因接收机前端暂态效应而钝化,导致常规时域幅度门限检测器的性能出现退化。针对该问题,文中提出了一种基于局部方差域变换(Local Variance Domain Transforming,LVDT)恒虚警率顺序统计分析(OS-CFAR)的检测算法。同... 极/超低频信道噪声脉冲因接收机前端暂态效应而钝化,导致常规时域幅度门限检测器的性能出现退化。针对该问题,文中提出了一种基于局部方差域变换(Local Variance Domain Transforming,LVDT)恒虚警率顺序统计分析(OS-CFAR)的检测算法。同时,针对FCME(Forward Consecutive Mean Excision)算法在迭代计算背景噪声时可能存在的发散问题,提出了一种基于均值二分搜索(Binary Searching Method by Mean,BSMM)的改进方法,BSMM无需初始集假设以及排序过程,因而具有更好的鲁棒性和更高的计算效率。仿真结果表明,与常规FCME算法相比,在不损失背景噪声估计精度的条件下,所提BSMM的计算时间平均缩短2个数量级以上,所提信道噪声检测算法优于局部最优非线性检测算法。 展开更多

The virus has marked heterogenei... Hepatitis E was identified as an epidemic of non-A, non-B hepatitis from Kashmir, India in 1978. Hepatitis E virus(HEV), the etiological agent is the sole member of family Hepeviridae. The virus has marked heterogeneity and infects many animals like bats, camel, chicken, deer, boar, mongoose, pigs, rats, rabbit and cutthroat trout. Hepatitis E is a disease with a major global impact and has two distinct epidemiological patterns. Hepatitis E is an imperative health issue in developing nations, transmitted through sullied water and happens most every now in young adults. The disease is particularly severe during pregnancy and in people with underlying liver cirrhosis. Autochthonous hepatitis E is increasingly recognized in developed countries. The virus infects domestic pigs, wild boar and Sika deer in these countries. HEV infections in humans occur by eating the undercooked game flesh, raw liver from supermarkets and Figatelli sausages. Blood transfusion-associated HEV infections occur in many countries and screening of donors for HEV RNA is under consideration. Hepatitis E causes a number of extrahepatic diseases, including a wide spectrum of neurological syndromes. HEV genotype 3 causes prolonged viremia, chronic hepatitis, liver fibrosis and cirrhosis in organ transplant patients. The virus is amenable to ribavirin monotherapy and most patients clear the virus in a few weeks. Hepatitis E vaccine-239, marketed in China, has shown high efficacy with sustained protection for over four years. 展开更多

目的:比较以HBsAg和HBeAg为筛查指标监控的经手术感染HBV的差别。方法:从控制传染源、切断传播途径和保护易感者3个方面比较以HBsAg和HBeAg为筛查指标的经手术感染HBV监控方法的差别。结果:HBV经单层手套传播的感染阈值为105ID/m l,HBsA... 目的:比较以HBsAg和HBeAg为筛查指标监控的经手术感染HBV的差别。方法:从控制传染源、切断传播途径和保护易感者3个方面比较以HBsAg和HBeAg为筛查指标的经手术感染HBV监控方法的差别。结果:HBV经单层手套传播的感染阈值为105ID/m l,HBsAg阳性者、HBeAg阴性者和HBeAg阳性者的传染性达感染阈值的比率分别为19.23%、3.20%和83.88%,3组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。医护人员有效接种乙型肝炎疫苗后,HBV经手术传播的感染阈值为108.5ID/m l,0.64%HBsAg阳性者的传染性超过感染阈值,超过者均为HBeAg阳性。结论:以HBsAg和HBeAg为筛查指标的两种监控方法在控制传染源、切断传播途径和保护易感者3个方面都存在差异。 展开更多

Ultra-reliable and low-latency communications(URLLC) has become a fundamental focus of future industrial wireless sensor net-works(IWSNs). With the evolution of automation and process control in industrial environments, the need for increased reliabilityand reduced latencies in wireless communications is even pronounced. Furthermore, the 5G systems specifically target the URLLCin selected areas and industrial automation might turn into a suitable venue for future IWSNs, running 5G as a high speed inter-process linking technology. In this paper, a hybrid multi-channel scheme for performance and throughput enhancement of IWSNsis proposed. The scheme utilizes the multiple frequency channels to increase the overall throughput of the system along with theincrease in reliability. A special purpose frequency channel is defined, which facilitates the failed communications by retransmis-sions where the retransmission slots are allocated according to the priority level of failed communications of different nodes. Ascheduler is used to formulate priority based scheduling for retransmission in TDMA based communication slots of this channel.Furthermore, in carrier-sense multiple access with collision avoidance(CSMA/CA) based slots, a frequency polling is introducedto limit the collisions. Mathematical modelling for performance metrics is also presented. The performance of the proposed schemeis compared with that of IEEE802.15.4e, where the performance is evaluated on the basis of throughput, reliability and the num-ber of nodes accommodated in a cluster. The proposed scheme offers a notable increase in the reliability and throughput over theexisting IEEE802.15.4e Low Latency Deterministic Networks(LLDN) standard. 展开更多

We investigate the design of satellite network slicing for the first time to provide customized services for the diversified applications,and propose a novel scheme for satellite end-to-end(E2E) network slicing based on 5G technology,which provides a view of common satellite network slicing and supports flexible network deployment between the satellite and the ground.Specifically,considering the limited satellite network resource and the characteristics of the satellite channel,we propose a novel satellite E2E network slicing architecture.Therein,the deployment of the network functions between the satellite and the ground is coordinately considered.Subsequently,the classification and the isolation technologies of satellite network sub-slices are proposed adaptively based on 5G technology to support resource allocation on demand.Then,we develop the management technologies for the satellite E2E network slicing including slicing key performance indicator(KPI) design,slicing deployment,and slicing management.Finally,the analysis of the challenges and future work shows the potential research in the future. 展开更多

Fifth Generation(5G)communications are regarded as the cornerstone to household consumer experience improvements and smart manufacturing revolution from the standpoint of industries’objectives.It is anticipated that Envisaged 5G(E5G)mobile technology would be operational in certain developed countries by 2023.The Internet of Things(IoTs)will transform how humans live when combined with smart and integrated sensing devices,such as in-home sensing devices.Recent research is being carried out all over the world to produce a new technique that can be crucial in the success of the anticipated 5G mobile technology.High output,reduced latency,highly reliable,greater scalability,high performance,capacity,bandwidth efficiency,virtual open-air transmission,and efficient energy mobile wireless communications are all being investigated currently.In this work,a comprehensive path for addressing the difficulties and developments associated with 5G mobile technology is provided.The debate and description of a complete analysis of current situations,certain characteristics and prospective scenarios,important technologies,problems and advances,and spectrum allocation of envisioned 5G mobile technologies are provided.Furthermore,this paper analyzes the most notable elements of 5G mobile technology,such as Cognitive Radio(CR),flexibility,accessibility,and cloud-based service offers,which will assure 5G mobile technology’s dominance as the main protocol for international communication.Eventually,this paper provides a method for integrating CR with current wireless communication systems,the necessity for further evolution of the E5G network,and the need for comprehensive consideration of architecture evolution and function enhancement to enhance the E5G mobile technologies. 展开更多

'Harmony between the heart and kidney' refers to the physiological relationship between these two zang organs in Chinese medicine,while 'disharmony between the heart and kidney' (also called disharmony between fire and water) refers to the pathological state.The pattern of disharmony between the heart and kidney is widely observed in patients with insomnia,anxiety disorder and menopausal syndrome,etc..In order to gain a full and systematical understanding of this pattern,from the perspective of ancient Chinese philosophy and zang-fu theory in Chinese medicine,we systematically reviewed and discussed the functions and physiological characteristics of the heart and kidney,the origin and development of theories relating to heart-kidney relationship,the pathogenesis and identification of the pattern,as well as the commonly used classical formulas for its treatment,including Coptis and DonkeyHide Gelatin Decoction (Huánglián (E)jiāo Tāng) and Grand Communication Pill (Jiāotài Wán).Two examples of clinical modifications of these formulas in the treatment of insomnia and menopausal syndrome are provided in this article.It should be noted that in clinical practice,these formulas should be used flexibly,and modified in accordance to the condition of the patient. 展开更多

浙江省温州地区无偿献血人群戊型肝炎病毒感染状况研究

目的探讨温州地区无偿献血人群戊型肝炎病毒感染状况。方法选取温州地区2022年10月至2023年3月成功捐献血液时同步留取的5241例献血者血液标本,同时对戊型肝炎病毒(HEV)进行HEV-IgG抗体、HEV-IgM抗体及核酸(HEV RNA)检测,并对HEV RNA检... 目的探讨温州地区无偿献血人群戊型肝炎病毒感染状况。方法选取温州地区2022年10月至2023年3月成功捐献血液时同步留取的5241例献血者血液标本,同时对戊型肝炎病毒(HEV)进行HEV-IgG抗体、HEV-IgM抗体及核酸(HEV RNA)检测,并对HEV RNA检测为阳性的样本进行定量检测及测序。收集献血者献血登记资料,记录各检测结果阳性率,并分析不同人群HEV感染状况。结果HEV-IgG抗体检测阳性率为23.60%(1237/5241),HEV-IgM抗体检测阳性率为0.29%(15/5241),HEV RNA检测阳性率为0.08%(4/5241)。HEV-IgG检测阳性率随年龄增长而增长(χ^(2)=379.49,P<0.05),男性阳性率高于女性(χ^(2)=5.12,P<0.05)。HEV-IgG及HEV-IgM检测阳性率均随献血次数增加而升高(χ^(2)=40.87、8.30,均P<0.05),2023年阳性率高于2022年(χ^(2)=51.03,13.35,均P<0.05),春季阳性率高于冬季(χ^(2)=51.03、13.35,均P<0.05)。HEV RNA阳性献血者仅有1例HEV-IgG及HEV-IgM抗体检测均呈阳性,其余3例均为阴性,仅有1例测出基因分型,基因分型为Ⅳ型。结论浙江省温州地区无偿献血人群中HEV感染率较高,流行HEV基因分型为Ⅳ型,性别、年龄及献血次数等分布特征可作为辅助筛查参考指标。 展开更多
