[Objective] The aim was to build an optimal leaf area measurement model of E. urophylla and E. grandis×E.urophylla. [Method] The correlation between leaf area and leaf's eigenvalue of E. urophylla and E. grandis×E.urophylla were studied. [Result] There was certain difference in leaf characteristics values between the 2 species. The leaf areas of E. urophylla and E. grandis×E.urophylla both had significant correlation with leaf length,leaf width,leaf perimeter,leaf length × leaf width,the ratio of leaf length to leaf width,shape factor,etc.,so the factors could be constructed into a regression model with leaf area. Among them,the best 2 models for leaf area calculation which were built by leaf length × leaf width of E. urophylla and E. grandis×E.urophylla both had relatively high accuracy and practical applications. [Conclusion] The research provides a simple and effective leaf area measurement method for studies on the 2 tree species. 展开更多

目的为了解决夏热冬冷地区民宿玻璃幕墙节能设计过程中,对于性能接近的玻璃种类的选择问题。方法采用DeST模拟软件建立一个二层民宿的物理模型,依据《河南省公共建筑节能设计标准》选择满足要求的双玻Low-E玻璃和三玻Low-E玻璃。通过控... 目的为了解决夏热冬冷地区民宿玻璃幕墙节能设计过程中,对于性能接近的玻璃种类的选择问题。方法采用DeST模拟软件建立一个二层民宿的物理模型,依据《河南省公共建筑节能设计标准》选择满足要求的双玻Low-E玻璃和三玻Low-E玻璃。通过控制对负荷影响较大的3个参数:传热系数、太阳能总透射比、红外热能总透射比,来保持其控制参数相同或近似相等,再基于当地典型气象年的实测数据,采用DeST模拟软件对该民宿建筑进行全年能耗计算,并通过加拿大采暖季能耗评价体系(ER)与制冷季能耗评价体系(ERC)进行能耗分析,观察节能效果。结果表明将双玻用三玻进行改造后,ERC值为3.57,说明三玻两腔单Low-E中空(空气)玻璃在制冷季节能效果更好;ER值为-1.83,说明双玻单Low-E中空(氩气)玻璃在采暖季节能效果更优。三玻两腔单Low-E中空(空气)玻璃相对于双玻单Low-E中空(氩气)玻璃成本贵了60元/m^(2),每年带来的经济效益为1.92元/m^(2),需要至少30年才能完成成本回收,综合考虑各种因素,双玻单Low-E中空玻璃才是首选。结论研究结果为夏热冬冷地区民宿建筑玻璃幕墙种类的选择提供了一种新的方法,具有重要的参考价值和借鉴意义。 展开更多

[ Method] By using the maximum entropy model and many kinds of climate change scenarios, we predicted current and future distribution pattems of suitable growth area for Eucommia ulmoides in China and its change process. [ Result ] At present, highly suitable growth area of E. ulmoides mainly distributed in Sichuan, Shaanxi and Chongqing, Under climate change background, total suitable growth areas in future three decades all drastically reduced when compared with that at present. It was noteworthy that moderately and highly suitable growth areas of wild E. ulmoides all disappeared, and junction between Shaanxi and Gansu and Taibai Mountain would be stable suitable growth area of wild E. ulmoides. Rainfall estimate in arid region using passive microwave remote sensing techniques has been a complex issue for some time.The main reason for this difficulty is that the high and variable emissivity of land surfaces greatly aggravates the complexity of the signatures from the rain cloud.The Xinjiang area,located in the northwest of China,holds all the typical characteristics of arid climate.A rainfall algorithm has been developed for this region by using the Advanced Microwave Scanning Radiometer for Earth Observing System(AMSR-E) measurements.The algorithm attempts to use all 12 chan-nels on the AMSR-E instrument and a two-step method calibrated over 11 days of hourly rain-gauge data.First,Stepwise Discriminant Analysis(SDA) used to optimally estimate rain pixels based on all 12 channels,although only three channels were found to be necessary.Next,a rain predicator scattering index was used to estimate rain rates.A linear relationship between the rain rates and the scattering index above the threshold of 3.0K was constructed with a simple approximately linear function.The estimated rain rates were compared with the rain-gauge data used to calibrate the method,and a good relationship was found with a root-mean-square error of 2.1mm/h.The numerical calculations and comparisons show that the algorithm works well in the Xinjiang area. 展开更多

In this study,in-situ soil moisture measurements are used to evaluate the accuracy of three AMSR-E soil moisture prod ucts from NASA(National Aeronautics and Space Administration),JAXA(Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency)and VUA(Vrije University Amsterdam and NASA)over Maqu County,Source Area of the Yellow River(SAYR),China.Re sults show that the VUA soil moisture product performs the best among the three AMSR-E soil moisture products in the study area,with a minimum RMSE(root mean square error)of 0.08(0.10)m3/m3 and smallest absolute error of 0.07(0.08)m3/m3 at the grassland area with ascending(descending)data.Therefore,the VUA soil moisture product is used to describe the spatial variation of soil moisture during the 2010 growing season over SAYR.The VUA soil moisture product shows that soil moisture presents a declining trend from east south(0.42 m3/m3)to west north(0.23 m3/m3),with good agreement with a general precipitation distribution.The center of SAYR presents extreme wetness(0.60 m3/m3)dur ing the whole study period,especially in July,while the head of SAYR presents a high level soil moisture(0.23 m3/m3)in July,August and September. 展开更多

目的 :研究广西巴马地区长寿老人载脂蛋白 E(Apo E)基因多态性与巴马长寿现象的关系。方法 :采用聚合酶链反应 -限制性片段长度多态性 (PCR- RFL P)技术 ,对 12 9名年龄 90~ 113岁的广西巴马地区长寿老人和 30 7名作为相应年龄对照的... 目的 :研究广西巴马地区长寿老人载脂蛋白 E(Apo E)基因多态性与巴马长寿现象的关系。方法 :采用聚合酶链反应 -限制性片段长度多态性 (PCR- RFL P)技术 ,对 12 9名年龄 90~ 113岁的广西巴马地区长寿老人和 30 7名作为相应年龄对照的长寿家庭成员 ,并以当地非长寿自然人群 15 3人作为对照组 ,进行 Apo E基因分型。分别比较长寿老人与各组人群的基因型、基因频率的分布特征。结果 :1广西巴马地区长寿老人 Apo E基因型频率中以ε3/3最高 ,其次是ε2 /3和ε3/4,而ε2 /4和ε4 /4频率最少。长寿老人组与其亲属年龄对照的 Apo E基因型和基因频率相比之间均无显著性差别 ;2长寿组与当地自然人群对照相比呈显著性阳性关联 (P =0 .0 0 1,P =0 .0 4 )的为ε2 /ε2 (5 .34% ;0 % )和ε3/ε3(79.39% ;6 8.6 3% )基因型。这两种基因型携带者在长寿人群中占 85 %以上。结论 :Apo E基因多态性与广西巴马长寿现象有关联。巴马地区长寿相关基因为 Apo Eε2 /ε2、ε3/ε3基因型。其中ε3/ε3纯合子是最主要的长寿关联基因。 展开更多

为了确定秦皇岛地区狐源大肠杆菌(E.coli)对四环素类药物的耐药性和耐药基因分布,采用常规的鉴定方法,从不同养狐场送检的腹泻的狐狸体内分离鉴定出20株E.coli。致病性试验表明,该菌为致病性E.coli。药敏试验结果表明:分离菌株对四环素... 为了确定秦皇岛地区狐源大肠杆菌(E.coli)对四环素类药物的耐药性和耐药基因分布,采用常规的鉴定方法,从不同养狐场送检的腹泻的狐狸体内分离鉴定出20株E.coli。致病性试验表明,该菌为致病性E.coli。药敏试验结果表明:分离菌株对四环素和强力霉素药率分别达到95%和90%。通过PCR方法检测分离菌株四环素类药物的耐药基因,结果显示,tet A和tet B基因的检出率分别为100%和95%。本研究为秦皇岛地区防治狐源致病性大肠杆菌病提供实验基础。 展开更多

采用半双列杂交方式研究带有eui1、eui2基因的4种不同基因型杂交稻的株高、分蘖及叶面积动态.结果表明:带有eui基因的e-杂交稻的株叶形态与对应的非eui基因杂交稻相似,但含有eui基因使杂交稻株高增高,分蘖略有减少,成穗率却有所提高,有... 采用半双列杂交方式研究带有eui1、eui2基因的4种不同基因型杂交稻的株高、分蘖及叶面积动态.结果表明:带有eui基因的e-杂交稻的株叶形态与对应的非eui基因杂交稻相似,但含有eui基因使杂交稻株高增高,分蘖略有减少,成穗率却有所提高,有效穗与原杂交稻相当;eui1基因效应大于eui2基因,同时含有eui1、eui2基因的e-杂交稻十分相似于含eui1基因的e-杂交稻.不同类型杂交稻比叶重无显著差异.在生长旺盛期,含有eui1基因的e-杂交稻叶面积指数显著高于含eui2基因的e-杂交稻和不含eui基因的对照,含eui2基因对杂交稻叶面积的增大作用不显著.生长后期,e-杂交稻叶面积减小较快,使e-杂交稻叶面积指数逐渐降至或低于对照水平.eui基因表现的效应呈现如下顺序:eui1≈eui1+eui2>eui2. 展开更多
