Its birth is iconic. In a world where resources are increasingly strained, exploitation and utilization of non-renewable resources cannot meet the demand for per capita and traditional energy consumption of resources with environmental pollution worsening. In the global environment today it is not sufficient. People have to develop new sources of energy to replace the past non-renewable energy. The new energies include: wind, solar, nuclear, geothermal energy, tidal energy and bio-energy.展开更多

Results show that farmers have high level of satisfaction on agricultural training in Hubei Province, and the average satisfaction level reaches 0. 8556; there are regional differences in the farmer training satisfaction level in Hubei Province; the index weight is not entirely directly proportional to the training satisfaction level in the evaluation index system. Finally, from training courses, training teachers, training organization and follow-up services, this paper brings forward the recommendations for improving farmer training satisfaction level in Hubei Province, improve farmer training system, further improve the effectiveness of training and promote farmers' quality.
文摘An approach of training working staff of power system operation mode based on state evaluation is proposed. In terms of knowledge features of power system operation mode, we studied a training method based on evaluation of learning state. This training method makes individual learning for different individual condition to give them ability to grasp learning points quickly, evaluate real-time learning effect, update learning style in time and summarize problems after one learning stage, so that learners can master professional knowledge in constant summaries and feedbacks. Obvious effects can be obtained on discontinuous learning time that trainees can master basic theories associated with their working and operations adapted to practical work quickly.

文摘Background:China’s accelerating development and increasingly important role in global health engagement create a great demand for global health professionals including international consulting experts. This study reported the detailed development and evaluation of an international consulting training for global health workforce. Methods:Based on Kirkpatrick’s model,a mixed-methods approach was used to evaluate the effectiveness of the training.Quantitative and qualitative data on participants’reaction, learning, and application of the learned knowledge and skills were collected by a training evaluation survey at the ending of training and a follow-up interview in three months after the training.Results:Thirty-six participants attended the training and 34 of them completed quantitative investigation. The training satisfaction evaluations were positive, for which participants rated the training program highly and over 90%of them agreed with the usefulness of the training.About knowledge and skills change, participants showed improved consulting knowledge and skills from pre-to post-training(P<0.001).A total of 23 participants accepted follow-up interview, and most participants applied knowledge and skills learned from the training in their daily work or study. However, only 30.4%of participants applied their learning in the consulting program. The largest barrier of application was the lack of consulting opportunities. In addition, almost all the participants reported that they would be glad to attend more training courses in the future. Conclusion:The international consulting training program was well-received,and was feasible to improve the consulting service competence of global health professionals.According to participants’feedback,it is essential to develop and expand consulting training in the field of global health.
文摘The evaluation of education in the training process is important for students, and its importance is at the level of students and thecorresponding level of evaluation. Understanding the guidance and training of the middle school football team is an important partof rapidly improving the level of Chinese football. It is necessary to adapt to the development characteristics of middle schoolstudents and conduct reasonable guidance training. Plans must be strengthened to implement training programs. On the trainingschedule, we must balance learning and training, and must fully consider the growth of students. As part of a layered education, stratified evaluation has the unique advantages of basic education and secondary education. The evaluation of the students whofocus on various levels of learning. Football coaching and training requires a full display of the student's personality. The teacher'sstratified evaluation method is very important for improving students' confidence in learning, enhancing students' enthusiasm forfootball training, and promoting students' continuous improvement. This study takes the application of stratified evaluation in theteaching and training of middle school football as the research direction, and puts forward reasonable suggestions by analyzing thetraining cases of the layered evaluation.
文摘This paper aims to propose an evaluation model specific for anti-money laundering training in banks. The model was structured taking from some of the most popular training evaluation models proposed in the literature the evaluation levels considered suitable for evaluating anti-money laundering training programs. Two additional evaluation levels are included, which assess possible exposure of training activity to the risks associated with knowledge management. The originality of the proposed model lies in the fact that,to the best of the authors’knowledge,to date, there is still no specific model for evaluating anti-money laundering training in banks.Among the limitations of this study is the fact that, for the moment, the proposed model is a in a purely theoretical formulation.

文摘On the basis of studying the influencing factors of training effect evaluation, this paper constructs an AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for farmers’vocational training activities in Hainan Province to evaluate farmers’training effect, which overcomes the limitations of traditional methods.Firstly, the content and index system of farmer training effect evaluation are established by analytic hierarchy process, and the weight value of each index is determined. Then, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE)of farmer training effect is carried out by using multi-level FCE.The joint use of AHP and FCE improves the reliability and effectiveness of the evaluation process and results. The overall comprehensive evaluation result of the farmer training effect evaluation is“good”.

文摘Today, a new industry is born in the era of numerous industries rapidly developing. It represents environmental, none-pollution and clean. This is the new energy industry. The new energies include: wind, solar, nuclear, geothermal energy, tidal energy and bio-energy.
