目的:观察穴位埋线对原发性痛经模型小鼠的影响。方法:取体质量18~22 g雌性成年未孕小鼠40只,随机分成4组,空白对照组、模型组、阿司匹林组、穴位埋线组。实验开始时,空白对照组腹腔皮下注射生理盐水,每日1次(每只0.4 m L),连续7 d...目的:观察穴位埋线对原发性痛经模型小鼠的影响。方法:取体质量18~22 g雌性成年未孕小鼠40只,随机分成4组,空白对照组、模型组、阿司匹林组、穴位埋线组。实验开始时,空白对照组腹腔皮下注射生理盐水,每日1次(每只0.4 m L),连续7 d;其余组均连续腹腔皮下注射苯甲酸雌二醇7 d,每日1次(每只0.2 m L),其中,穴位埋线组在造模第1天予以埋线治疗1次,取穴中极、十七椎下,阿司匹林组于造模第1天开始灌胃给药,连续7 d,每日1次(每只0.2 m L,浓度为0.2 g·m L^-1),空白对照组和模型组不予以治疗,正常饲养,末次给药1 h后,空白对照组腹腔注射生理盐水每只0.4 m L,其余组腹腔注射缩宫素每只0.2 m L,观察0~20 min内各组小鼠疼痛反应,记录各组扭体次数及扭体发生率。眼眶后静脉丛采血1 m L,迅速注入含有3.8%柠檬酸三钠的塑料指形管中混匀,立即低温离心(4℃3 000 r·min^-1)15 min,取上清,置-70℃低温冰箱,以备PGE2、PG F2α检测。结果:与模型组相比,穴位埋线组小鼠20min内扭体次数显著减少(P〈0.01),小鼠血浆PGE2含量明显升高(P〈0.01),小鼠血浆PGF2α含量明显降低(P〈0.01),差异有统计学意义;与阿司匹林组相比,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:穴位埋线治疗原发性痛经具有明显的镇痛作用;穴位埋线疗法有调节血浆前列腺素分泌的作用。展开更多
