基于MaxEnt优化模型的罗布麻类植物潜在分布研究 被引量:3

罗布麻类是具有强抗逆性、高耐受性的典型植物,更是具有开发利用价值的经济作物.本研究应用ENMTools工具优化的最大熵模型(MaxEnt)模拟罗布麻(Apocynum)类的白麻(Apocynum pictum(Sohnenk.)Baill)、大叶白麻(Apocynum hendersonii(Hook.... 罗布麻类是具有强抗逆性、高耐受性的典型植物,更是具有开发利用价值的经济作物.本研究应用ENMTools工具优化的最大熵模型(MaxEnt)模拟罗布麻(Apocynum)类的白麻(Apocynum pictum(Sohnenk.)Baill)、大叶白麻(Apocynum hendersonii(Hook.f.)Woodson.)和罗布红麻(Apocynum venetum L.)3个物种.分析了在当前气候条件下及RCP4.5排量模式下,未来2个时段(2041-2050年和2061-2070年)的潜在空间分布格局和影响各物种分布的主要环境因子对物种的影响.结果显示:1)3个物种的地理分布受到不同的主导环境因素影响.最湿季度降水量、降水量季节性变化、海拔是影响白麻分布的主导环境因子;影响大叶白麻分布的主要环境因子包括昼夜温差月均值、最热月份最高温度、最湿季度降水量、坡向和表层(0~30 cm)砂粒含量;对于罗布红麻来讲,海拔、年温变化范围、最湿季度降水量、降水量季节性变化是影响其分布的关键因素.2)3个物种适生区在地理位置分布上存在明显差异.3)白麻和大叶白麻之间存在生态位重叠度,而罗布红麻与其他2个物种的生态位重叠较低.未来,白麻和大叶白麻的分布中心向高纬度、高海拔地区移动,而罗布红麻的分布中心呈向北移动趋势.这些研究结果为罗布麻类植物引种栽培和保护提供理论指导,并为探究气候变化对物种分布的影响提供参考. 展开更多

Habitat management is essential for the conservation of wildlife, especially cranes. Here, we collected occurrence data at wintering grounds for four cranes (Leucogeranus leucogeranus, Grus monacha, Antigone vipio and G. grus) and analyzed associated environmental variables to model and project overall potential wintering habitat using Maxent. ENMTools was used to calculate the degree of niche overlap among cranes. Results showed that lakes in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River are main habitats for the four focal species. Inland water and coastal wetlands in Jiangsu are also potential wintering areas. G. grus spreads over central and eastern China. The four cranes show tight niche overlap in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River. Poyang Lake is one of the most important habitat sites for all four cranes, according to modeling and niche overlap results. Poyang Lake is cut into a dozen nature reserves, but a bigger nature reserve or system would be more effective for cranes. The conservation of these four crane species will be improved on the basis of this study. 展开更多

Aims This study explores the patterns of niche differentiation in a group of seven closely related columbines(genus Aquilegia,ranunculaceae)from the Iberian Peninsula.Populations of these columbines are subject to complex patterns of divergent selection across environ-ments,which partly explain the taxonomic structure of the group.This suggests the hypothesis that niche divergence must have occurred along the process of diversification of the group.Methods We used maxEnt to build environmental niche models of seven subspecies belonging to the three species of Aquilegia present in the Iberian Peninsula.From these models,we compared the envi-ronmental niches through two different approaches:ENmtools and multivariate methods.Important FindingsmaxEnt distributions conformed closely to the actual distribution of the study taxa.ENmtools methods failed to uncover any clear patterns of niche differentiation or conservatism in Iberian columbines.multivariate analyses indicate the existence of dif-ferentiation along altitudinal gradients and along a gradient of climatic conditions determined by the summer precipitation and temperatures.However,climatic conditions related to winter tem-perature and precipitation,as well as soil properties,were equally likely to show conservatism or divergence.The complex patterns of niche evolution we found suggest that Iberian Columbines have not been significantly constrained by forces of niche conservatism,so they could respond adaptively to the fast and profound climate changes in the Iberian Peninsula through the glacial cycles of the Pleistocene. 展开更多
