After receiving Alice's Bell state measurement results, the controller performs a joint measurement on his particles under a non-maximally entangled Bell-basis. The receiver needs to introduce an auxiliary qubit, and performs a series of appropriate unitary transformations on his particles. The original state can be teleported successfully with the probability 2 cos2θ.展开更多

In our scheme, Yang's qutrit controlled teleportation protocol [Commun. Theor. Phys. 49 (2008) 338] based on Bell-state entanglement swapping is generalized to the qudit case. The scheme of multi-qudit owns the advantage of having higher code capacity and better security than that of multi-qutrit.展开更多

Phys. 54 (2010) 997] was proposed. However, this study points out Wang's protocol cannot resist some internal bidders' attacks, such as the Twiee-CNOT attack, the collusion attack. A malicious bidder can launch the Twice-CNOT attack to obtain the other's bid, or the dishonest auctioneer may collude with one bidder and help him/her win the action by changing his/her bid. For preventing against these attacks, a simple solution by using the QKD-based message encryption and a post-confirmation mechanism by adopting the hash function are proposed.展开更多

Both the propagation constant and the nonlinearity in the array are designed to possess a periodical modulation along the propagation direction. This ensures that the photon pairs can be generated efficiently through the quasi-phase-matching spontaneous parametric down conversion by holding the spatial EPR entanglement in the fashion of correlated position and anticorrelated momentum. The Schmidt number which denotes the degree of EPR entanglement is calculated and it can approach a high value when the number of illuminated waveguide channels and the length of the waveguide array are properly chosen. These results suggest the quadratic waveguide array as a compact platform for engineering photonic quantum states in a high-dimensional Hilbert space.展开更多

Different from previous schemes, we do not need to couple ground states by using microwave lights but to set appropriate frequency detuning between lasers and two atomic transitions between ground states and Rydberg levels to eliminate the degenerate of the two ground states, making the present protocol more easily in experiment. Moreover, a series of numerical simulations are made to show the feasibility.展开更多
