Observation about the Classical Electromagnetic Gauge Transformation and Its Quantum Correspondence

Using the Landau and symmetric gauges for the vector potential of a constant magnetic field and the quantum problem of a charged particle moving on a flat surface, we show the classical electromagnetic gauge transformation does not correspond to a one-dimensional unitary group transformation U(1) of the wave function for the quantum case. In addition, with the re-examination of the relation between the magnetic field B and its vector potential A, we found that, in order to have a consistent formulation of the dynamics of the charged particle with both expressions, we must have that B=∇×A if and only if B≠0.

Study on the Genetic Transformation Conditions of Begonia wallichiana L.with Leaf Disc Method and Corresponding Identification Techniques

[Objectives]This study was conducted to improve the Agrobacterium-mediated genetic transformation system of Begonia wallichiana.[Methods]With sterilized tube seedling leaves as the recipient material and GFP as the reporter gene,optimization experiments were carried out in terms of infection time and method,co-cultivation time and method,and PCR detection technology.[Results]The transformation effect was better under the conditions of shaking Agrobacterium liquid,infection time of 1-2 h,and co-cultivation on sterilized filter paper for 2 d.After co-cultivation,the recipient material was first subjected to recovery culture,and then used for Hyg gradient screening,which was conducive to obtaining resistant transformants.The designed specific PCR detection technology could quickly identify false positives in resistant regenerated plants,and the proportion of transgenic plants was 16.7%.[Conclusions]The research results provide a new technical reference for the genetic transformation of ornamental plants.

With the implementation of a series of policies to support rural development,such as the national rural revitalization strategy and poverty alleviation,the economic responsibility audit of township party and government leading cadres has been given new responsibilities and missions.However,some grass-roots audit institutions are faced with practical difficulties such as the solidification of audit thinking,slow progress of audit informatization construction,and large gap of grass-roots audit resources.The only way to overcome the difficulties is to explore the transfonnation of the economic responsibility audit and countermeasures of the township party and government leading cadres by tracing the source and adapting measxires according to the difficulties.

s-parameterized Weyl transformation and the corresponding quantization scheme

By extending the usual Weyl transformation to the s-parameterized Weyl transformation with s being a real parameter,we obtain the s-parameterized quantization scheme which includes P–Q quantization, Q–P quantization, and Weyl ordering as its three special cases. Some operator identities can be derived directly by virtue of the s-parameterized quantization scheme.

New decomposition of the Fresnel operator corresponding to the optical transformation in ABCD-systems

By virtue of the coherent state representation of the newly introduced Fresnel operator and its group product property we obtain new decomposition of the Fresnel operator as the product of the quadratic phase operator, the squeezing operator, and the fractional Fourier transformation operator, which in turn sheds light on the matrix optics design of ABCD-systems The new decomposition for the two-mode Fresnel operator is also obtained by the use of entangled state representation.

Research on the Mode of ESP Course under the Background of the Application of Technological Transformation

In this paper, we conduct research on the mode of ESP course under the background of the application of technological transformation. To cater to the needs of the development of the college students’ vocational students’ English level high starting point of key university fi rst opened the ESP courses. Applied undergraduate colleges and universities is not to be outdone that after students fi nish college English courses opened a professional English and bilingual courses. However, the current ESP teaching in China is not yet mature that mainly displays in: goal is not clear, backward teaching mode, teaching method of the single insufficient standard, teaching material development. Therefore, this paper proposes the countermeasures and suggestions for systematic optimization.

Coordinate-Dependent One- and Two-Mode Squeezing Transformation and the Corresponding Squeezed States

We introduce the coordinate-dependent one-and two-mode squeezing transformations and discuss theproperties of the corresponding one-and two-mode squeezed states.We show that the coordinate-dependent one-and two-mode squeezing transformations can be constructed by the combination of two transformations,a coordinate-dependentdisplacement followed by the standard squeezed transformation.Such a decomposition turns a nonlinear problem intoa linear one because all the calculations involving the nonlinear one- and two-mode squeezed transformation have beenshown to be able to reduce to those only concerning the standard one- and two-mode squeezed states.

ESP教学理念下大学英语教师角色转换与发展路径

专门用途英语(English for Specific Purpose,简称ESP)是大学英语教学改革的主要发展方向。ESP教学,师资是关键,大学英语教师的专业素质和专业发展已成为决定ESP教学成败的重要因素。文章以ESP教学理念为依托,探讨大学英语教师向ESP教师转型过程中的角色定位。在ESP教学理念指导下,大学英语教师在教学中扮演着教学的动态需求分析者、具备英语知识和跨专业知识的教学者、以学生为中心的课程设计者和精通ESP教学评估的研究者等多元化角色。以角色转换为基础,文章还提出通过自我发展途径、合作发展途径和校本培训途径来调整和优化大学英语教师发展路径,以完善大学英语教师知识结构,为实现其职业的专业化发展指明方向。

Response of Explants of Calli Rice (<i>Oryza sativa</i>L.) Japonica cv. “Ilmi” to Gene Transformation Using <i>Agrobacterium tumefaciens</i>-Mediated

The AtBI-1 gene encoding the Arabidopsis thaliana Bax inhibitor was introduced into Japonica cultivars of rice (“Ilmi”) by Agrobacterium-mediated transformation, and a large number of transgenic plants were produced. The neomycin phosphotransferase II (NPTII) gene was used as a selectable marker. The activity of neomycin phosphotransferase could be successfully detected in transgenic rice calluses. Introduction of the AtBI-1 gene was also confirmed by PCR using AtBI-1 specific oligonucleotide primers in regenerated plants. Stable integration and expression of the AtbI-1 gene in plants were confirmed by GFP analysis.

基于ESP理念的通用学术英语在大学英语教学中的构建

通用学术英语(EGAP)作为专门用途英语(ESP)的分支,不局限于特定学科或职业,主要解决学术英语中的共性问题,培养学生一般性的学术英语能力。文章以ESP教学理念为基础,探索将通用学术英语课程作为从通用大学英语到专业英语的衔接性课程,构建于大学英语课程体系中。提出将通用大学英语与通用学术英语相互融合互为补充、确立以需求分析为基础的通用学术英语教学目标和教学内容、设计以学生为中心的教学活动和加强通用学术英语课程师资队伍建设等作为通用学术英语在大学英语教学中的构建原则,旨在为转型期的大学英语教学提供理论和实践依据以及可借鉴的经验。

分析“计算机专业英语”课程当前教学现状、学生学情和面临的问题,融入专业英语教学理论,以学生为中心,从教学内容、教学方式、师资队伍和考核评价4个方面开展课程教学改革探索。通过重新组织课程教学内容,建设线上线下相结合的课程资源环境,优化并提升教师教学能力,改进课程考核评价方式,以提高学生对“计算机专业英语”课程的学习兴趣,提升学生从事计算机专业相关工作的英语应用能力。

基于ESP32的智能履带式移动机器人的设计

随着计算机和机器人技术的不断发展,移动机器人呈现出广泛的应用前景.作为移动机器人的一种,履带式移动机器人可以在危险恶劣的环境中开展工作.研究了一种基于ESP32开发板的智能避障系统,该系统集成了多个传感器和执行器,能够实现自主避障、智能显示障碍物位置信息以及播放音乐等功能.通过详细的硬件设计、软件开发和控制系统分析,对履带式移动机器人进行了系统性的研究.实验结果表明,该机器人具有较高的稳定性和可靠性,能够实现履带式移动机器人的设定功能.研究结果对履带式移动机器人的系统设计提供了新的思路和方法,为进一步拓展移动机器人在救援及其他相关领域的应用奠定了基础.

基于ESP8266的单片机无线烧写器的设计与实现

为了简化51单片机烧写流程,克服传统单片机有线烧写的弊端,设计了基于ESP8266的单片机无线烧写器。该无线烧写器以ESP8266作为主控单元,通过Wi-Fi网络使用TCP协议与PC上的TCP服务器进行通信,获取烧写BIN文件,然后通过ESP8266内的烧写控制程序,适时对51单片机的电源进行控制,实现51单片机程序的自动烧写。测试结果验证了该设计方案的正确性和可用性。

“新文科”视域下艺术类ESP教材建设思政路径探索——以四川音乐学院为例

目的:教育部提出的“新文科”建设将立德树人的教学目标放在首位,同时强调学科之间要在深度融合的基础上进行创新性发展。艺术类ESP(专门用途英语)课程融合艺术与语言的交叉学科属性恰好顺应“新文科”建设的创新要求,其教材建设的目标除了提供艺术专业与语言学习的融合平台外,还应具备课程思政维度的考量。方法:文章从课程思政角度研究艺术类ESP教材建设,以四川音乐学院ESP课程音乐英语系列教材建设实践为例进行深入分析。结果:研究发现,基于课程思政的艺术类ESP教材建设在团队组建、材料选择、内容呈现、任务设置等方面具有可行性。结论:在“新文科”精神的引领下,艺术类ESP教材的建设须提升编写人员思政素养,组建课程思政设计团队;发挥团结协作的力量,优化内容设置;巧挖思政角度,丰富任务形式;助力艺术类ESP课程的整体协同发展,将价值塑造、知识传授、能力提升有机整合在一起,为国家培养堪当民族复兴大任的艺术人才。

高职混合式ESP教学中BOPPPS模式构建的研究与实践

在高职院校混合式ESP教学中,如何使用科学的模式将互联网技术及数字化应用融入教学,提升学生的语言应用能力和交际能力,调动学生学习兴趣和参与度,是研究者聚焦探讨的问题。本研究以旅游英语课程中的“沟通游客购物需求,推荐云锦产品”为专题,设计了基于BOPPPS模式的混合式教学实施流程,并进行教学实践。研究结果表明,在高职混合式ESP的教学中应用BOPPPS模式效果较好,学生对学习成效、学习目标、参与式学习,以及师生互动、生生互动、小组讨论、情景模拟任务等的满意度较高,教学流程规范有序。

立德树人视域下职业院校ESP教材编写与使用评估研究——以高职“警务英语”教材建设为例

我国企业财务数字化转型研究热点与发展趋势——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

财务数字化转型是企业数字化转型的重要突破口,能够帮助企业提升财务运营效率,进而实现企业的整体战略目标。本文以CNKI期刊数据库中2017—2023年发表的企业财务数字化转型相关文献为研究对象,运用可视化知识图谱软件CiteSpace绘制作者、机构和关键词图谱并进行具体分析,总结我国企业财务数字化转型的研究概况,探析未来的研究主题与方向。研究表明:(1)我国关于企业财务数字化转型的研究起步于2017年;2020年起在国家政策的助力下进入快速发展阶段,随后该领域的发文量稳步上升,整体研究成果呈快速增长趋势。(2)高产作者合作频次低且合著网络松散,高产研究机构之间的合作也不够紧密。(3)当前我国企业财务数字化转型研究聚焦于转型路径和策略、企业财务共享服务优化和企业高质量发展研究等方面。未来领域内的研究方向或将侧重于运用数字化手段进行企业合规风控体系建设,以期有效防控企业合规风险,促进企业健康发展。

Xi Jinping’s discourses on respecting and protect-ing human rights stand as a shining example of the sinicization and modernization of Marxist human rights theory,embodying profound theoretical,political,practical,and cultural logic.Existing research has conducted comprehensive and systematic theoretical analysis and academic extractions on the following contents:the core essence in-herent in these important discourses,including the“theory of human rights concepts,”the“theory of human rights paths,”the“theory of human rights practices,”the“theory of human rights protection,”and the“theory of human rights governance,”along with their profound theoretical significance,practical significance,and global signifi-cance.In the future,researchers should emphasize efforts on studying the original texts and understanding the original principles.While focusing on the precision of concepts,the scientific nature of the prop-ositions,the maturity of theoretical systems,and the rigor of internal logic related to Xi Jinping’s discourses on respecting and protecting human rights,researchers should also pay attention to constructing a discourse system on human rights from the dimensions of discourse power,discourse cluster,and discourse field.Researchers should be adept at drawing innovative insights into human rights theory from China’s vibrant human rights practices and the vast masses of people.This approach will facilitate the systematic unfolding,academic trans-formation,and innovative development of Xi Jinping’s discourses on respecting and protecting human rights.
