Exchangeable Nd was extracted by I mol(.)L(-1) NaAc (pH8.2) in the experiment. The results indicate that whether carbonate exists in soil or not, beyond 99% of exogenous Nd is adsorbed by soil. Low-concentration carbonate (0.8 similar to 1.6 g(.)kg(-1)) can reduce exchangeable Nd concentration in soil, while high-concentration carbonate (4.0 g(.)kg(-1)) impacts little on the exchangeable Nd concentration. In addition, carbonate of 0.8 similar to 1.6 g(.)kg(-1) in soil can inhibit wheat seedlings to absorb Nd. However, when the carbonate concentration rises to 4.0 g(.)kg(-1) the inhibition will become indistinct.展开更多

Here, we tested a hypothesis that the differentiation across deciduous, semi-deciduous and evergreen woody species contributes to physiological trait tradeoffs in a dry-hot valley savanna. We investigated 11 photosynthetic, morphological and hydraulic traits of 24 species including 8 deciduous, 10 semi-deciduous and 6 evergreen species. Deciduous species were grouped in the fast and avoidance side associated with high values of maximum photosynthetic rates, stomatal conductance and leaf size, while evergreen species were grouped in the slow and tolerance side associated with high photosynthetic water use efficiency, leaf mass per area, sapwood density, Huber value, leaf water potential at turgor loss point and water potential causing 50% loss of stem hydraulic conductance. Semideciduous species generally had intermediate trait values and represented different physiological characteristics when compared to deciduous and evergreen species. The physiological trait tradeoffs showed a close linkage to the differentiation of these three leaf habits. Our findings clearly reveal trait tradeoffs related to fast–slow and avoidance–tolerance strategies among diverse savanna plants, suggesting a syndrome in multiple ecophysiology strategies across different leaf habits.展开更多

In this paper, a PCHE straight channel in the length of 500 mm is established, with a semicircular cross section in a diameter of 1.2 mm.Numerical simulation is employed to investigate the flow and heat transfer performance of supercritical methane in the channel. The pseudo-boiling theory is adopted and the liquid-like, two-phase-like, and vapor-like regimes are divided for supercritical methane to analyze the heat transfer and flow features. The results are presented in micro segment to show the local convective heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop. It shows that the convective heat transfer coefficient in segments along the channel has a significant peak feature near the pseudo-critical point and a heat transfer deterioration when the average fluid temperature in the segment is higher than the pseudo-critical point. The reason is explained with the generation of vapor-like film near the channel wall that the peak feature related to a nucleateboiling-like state and heat transfer deterioration related to a film-boiling-like state. The effects of parameters, including mass flow rate, pressure, and wall heat flux on flow and heat transfer were analyzed. In calculating of the averaged heat transfer coefficient of the whole channel, the traditional method shows significant deviation and the micro segment weighted average method is adopted. The pressure drop can mainly be affected by the mass flux and pressure and little affected by the wall heat flux. The peak of the convective heat transfer coefficient can only form at high mass flux, low wall heat flux, and near critical pressure, in which condition the nucleate-boiling-like state is easier to appear. Moreover, heat transfer deterioration will always appear, since the supercritical flow will finally develop into a filmboiling-like state. So heat transfer deterioration should be taken seriously in the design and safe operation of vaporizer PCHE. The study of this work clarified the local heat transfer and flow feature of supercritical methane in microchannel and contributed to the deep understanding of supercritical methane flow of the vaporization process in PCHE.展开更多

文摘CsPbI_(3)perovskite quantum dots(QDs)are ideal materials for the next generation of red light-emitting diodes. However, the low phase stability of CsPbI_(3)QDs and long-chain insulating capping ligands hinder the improvement of device performance.Traditional in-situ ligand replacement and ligand exchange after synthesis were often difficult to control. Here,we proposed a new ligand exchange strategy using a proton-prompted insitu exchange of short 5-aminopentanoic acid ligands with long-chain oleic acid and oleylamine ligands to obtain stable small-size CsPbI_(3)QDs.This exchange strategy maintained the size and morphology of CsPbI_(3)QDs and improved the optical properties and the conductivity of CsPbI_(3)QDs films. As a result,high-efficiency red QD-based light-emitting diodes with an emission wavelength of 645 nm demonstrated a record maximum external quantum efficiency of 24.45%and an operational half-life of 10.79 h.

文摘The increasing demand for hydrogen energy to address environmental issues and achieve carbon neutrality has elevated interest in green hydrogen production, which does not rely on fossil fuels.Among various hydrogen production technologies, anion exchange membrane water electrolyzer(AEMWE)has emerged as a next-generation technology known for its high hydrogen production efficiency and its ability to use non-metal catalysts. However, this technology faces significant challenges, particularly in terms of the membrane durability and low ionic conductivity. To address these challenges, research efforts have focused on developing membranes with a new backbone structure and anion exchange groups to enhance durability and ionic conductivity.Notably, the super-acid-catalyzed condensation(SACC)synthesis method stands out due to its user convenience, the ability to create high molecular weight(MW)polymers, and the use of oxygen-tolerant organic catalysts.Although the synthesis of anion exchange membranes(AEMs)using the SACC method began in 2015,and despite growing interest in this synthesis approach, there remains a scarcity of review papers focusing on AEMs synthesized using the SACC method. The review covers the basics of SACC synthesis, presents various polymers synthesized using this method, and summarizes the development of these polymers, particularly their building blocks including aryl, ketone, and anion exchange groups. We systematically describe the effects of changes in the molecular structure of each polymer component, conducted by various research groups,on the mechanical properties, conductivity, and operational stability of the membrane. This review will provide insights into the development of AEMs with superior performance and operational stability suitable for water electrolysis applications.

文摘Identifying how leaf habit subdivisions link to the fast–slow and avoidance–tolerance trait tradeoffs can provide new insight into divergence in ecophysiological strategies among plant functional groups. Our findings clearly reveal trait tradeoffs related to fast–slow and avoidance–tolerance strategies among diverse savanna plants, suggesting a syndrome in multiple ecophysiology strategies across different leaf habits.

文摘In this work, the structure, viscosity and ion-exchange process of Na_(2)O-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) glasses with different Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2) molar ratios were investigated. The results showed that, with increasing Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2) ratio, the simple structural units Q_(1) and Q_(2) transformed into highly aggregated structural units Q_(3) and Q_(4),indicating the increase of polymerization degree of glass network.Meanwhile, the coefficient of thermal expansion decreased from 9.23×10^(-6)℃^(-1) to 8.88×10^(-6)℃^(-1).The characteristic temperatures such as melting, forming, softening and glass transition temperatures increased with the increase of Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2) ratio, while the glasses working temperature range became narrow. The increasing Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2) ratio and prolonging ion-exchange time enhanced the surface compressive stress(CS)and depth of stress layer(DOL).However, the increase of ion exchange temperature increased the DOL and decreased the CS affected by stress relaxation. There was a good linear relationship between stress relaxation and surface compressive stress.Chemical strengthening significantly improved the hardness of glasses, which reached the maximum value of(622.1±10)MPa for sample with Al_(2)O_(3)/SiO_(2) ratio of 0.27 after heat treated at 410℃for 2 h.

文摘We present a dynamic model of cavitation bubbles in a cluster,in which the effects of evaporation, condensation, and bubble-bubble interactions are taken into consideration.Under different ultrasound conditions,we examine how the dynamics of cavitation bubbles are affected by several factors, such as the locations of the bubbles, the ambient radius, and the number of bubbles.Herein the variations of bubble radius, energy, temperature, pressure, and the quantity of vapor molecules are analyzed. Our findings reveal that bubble-bubble interactions can restrict the expansion of bubbles, reduce the exchange of energy among vapor molecules, and diminish the maximum internal temperature and pressure when bursting. The ambient radius of bubbles can influence the intensities of their oscillations, with clusters comprised of smaller bubbles creating optimal conditions for generating high-temperature and high-pressure regions. Moreover,an increase in the number of bubbles can further inhibit cavitation activities. The frequency, pressure and waveform of the driving wave can also exert a significant influence on cavitation activities, with rectangular waves enhancing and triangular waves weakening the cavitation of bubbles in the cluster. These results provide a theoretical basis for understanding the dynamics of cavitation bubbles in a bubble cluster, and the factors that affect their behaviors.

文摘The printed circuit heat exchanger(PCHE) is receiving wide attention as a new kind of compact heat exchanger and is considered as a promising vaporizer in the LNG process. The study of this work clarified the local heat transfer and flow feature of supercritical methane in microchannel and contributed to the deep understanding of supercritical methane flow of the vaporization process in PCHE.

文摘Proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)is of paramount significance to the development of clean energy. The components of PEMFC are assembled using many pairs of nuts and bolts. The assembly champing bolt torque is critical to the electrochemical performance and mechanical stability of PEMFC.In this paper,a PEMFC with the threechannel serpentine flow field was used and studied. The different assembly clamping bolt torques were applied to the PEMFC in three uniform assembly bolt torque and six non-uniform assembly bolt torque conditions, respectively. And then, the electrochemical performance experiments were performed to study the effect of the assembly bolt torque on the electrochemical performance. The test results show that the assembly bolt torque significantly affected the electrochemical performance of the PEMFC.In uniform assembly bolt torque conditions, the maximal power density increased initially as the assembly bolt torque increased, and then decreased on further increasing the assembly torque. It existed the optimum assembly torque which was found to be 3.0 N·m in this work.In non-uniform assembly clamping bolt torque conditions, the optimum electrochemical performance appeared in the condition where the assembly torque of each bolt was closer to be 3.0 N·m.This could be due to the change of the contact resistance between the gas diffusion layer and bipolar plate and mass transport resistance for the hydrogen and oxygen towards the catalyst layers. This work could optimize the assembly force conditions and provide useful information for the practical PEMFC stack assembly.

文摘Green hydrogen produced by water electrolysis combined with renewable energy is a promising alternative to fossil fuels due to its high energy density with zero-carbon emissions.Among water electrolysis technologies, the anion exchange membrane(AEM) water electrolysis has gained intensive attention and is considered as the next-generation emerging technology due to its potential advantages, such as the use of low-cost non-noble metal catalysts, the relatively mature stack assembly process, etc. However, the AEM water electrolyzer is still in the early development stage of the kW-level stack, which is mainly attributed to severe performance decay caused by the core component,i.e.,AEM.Here,the review comprehensively presents the recent progress of advanced AEM from the view of the performance of water electrolysis cells.Herein, fundamental principles and critical components of AEM water electrolyzers are introduced, and work conditions of AEM water electrolyzers and AEM performance improvement strategies are discussed. The challenges and perspectives are also analyzed.

文摘Antiferromagnet(AFM)/ferromagnet(FM)heterostructure is a popular system for studying the spin–orbit torque(SOT)of AFMs.However, the interfacial exchange bias field induces that the magnetization in FM layer is noncollinear to the external magnetic field, namely the magnetic moment drag effect, which further influences the characteristic of SOT efficiency. In this work,we study the SOT efficiencies of IrMn/NiFe bilayers with strong interfacial exchange bias by using spin-torque ferromagnetic resonance(ST-FMR)method.A full analysis on the AFM/FM systems with exchange bias is performed, and the angular dependence of magnetization on external magnetic field is determined through the minimum rule of free energy. The ST-FMR results can be well fitted by this model. We obtained the relative accurate SOT efficiencyξ_(DL)=0.058 for the IrMn film. This work provides a useful method to analyze the angular dependence of ST-FMR results and facilitates the accurate measurement of SOT efficiency for the AFM/FM heterostructures with strong exchange bias.

文摘We examined the global biogeography of the Scytodes thoracica group of spitting spiders based on 23 years of sampling at the species level(61 species in the thoracica group and 84 species of Scytodes)using DNA data from six loci. Our results indicated that the thoracica group initially dispersed from Southeast Asia to East Africa between 46.5 and 33.0 million years ago,and dispersal events intensified between Southeast/South Asia and East/South Africa from the early to late Miocene. The timing of these events indicates that Asian-African faunal exchange of the thoracica group was driven by the Indian monsoon, and the pattern of dispersal suggests that colonialization took root when the Indian monsoon shifted from a North-South direction to an East-West direction from the middle Eocene.

文摘Topology optimization of thermal-fluid coupling problems has received widespread attention. This article proposes a novel topology optimization method for laminar two-fluid heat exchanger design. The proposed method utilizes an artificial density field to create two permeability interpolation functions that exhibit opposing trends, ensuring separation between the two fluid domains.Additionally,a Gaussian function is employed to construct an interpolation function for the thermal conductivity coefficient.Furthermore,a computational program has been developed on the OpenFOAM platform for the topology optimization of two-fluid heat exchangers. This program leverages parallel computing, significantly reducing the time required for the topology optimization process. To enhance computational speed and reduce the number of constraint conditions,we replaced the conventional pressure drop constraint condition in the optimization problem with a pressure inlet/outlet boundary condition. The 3D optimization results demonstrate the characteristic features of a surface structure, providing valuable guidance for designing heat exchangers that achieve high heat exchange efficiency while minimizing excessive pressure loss.At the same time,a new structure appears in large-scale topology optimization, which proves the effectiveness and stability of the topology optimization program written in this paper in large-scale calculation.

文摘Heat integration is important for energy-saving in the process industry. It is linked to the persistently challenging task of optimal design of heat exchanger networks(HEN).Due to the inherent highly nonconvex nonlinear and combinatorial nature of the HEN problem,it is not easy to find solutions of high quality for large-scale problems. The reinforcement learning(RL)method, which learns strategies through ongoing exploration and exploitation, reveals advantages in such area. However, due to the complexity of the HEN design problem, the RL method for HEN should be dedicated and designed.A hybrid strategy combining RL with mathematical programming is proposed to take better advantage of both methods. An insightful state representation of the HEN structure as well as a customized reward function is introduced.A Q-learning algorithm is applied to update the HEN structure using theε-greedy strategy.Better results are obtained from three literature cases of different scales.

文摘We study the nonlinear stage of modulation instability(MI)in the non-intergrable pure-quartic nonlinear Schrödinger equation where the fourth-order dispersion is modulated periodically.Using the three-mode truncation,we reveal the complex recurrence of parametric resonance(PR)breathers, where each recurrence is associated with two oscillation periods(PR period and internal oscillation period). The nonlinear stage of parametric instability admits the maximum energy exchange between the spectrum sidebands and central mode occurring outside the MI gain band.
