After a brief review of construction and usage history of Shenzhen International Landscape Flowers Exposition Park,the paper had analyzed its operation mode and benefit perceptively during exhibition period and the pe...After a brief review of construction and usage history of Shenzhen International Landscape Flowers Exposition Park,the paper had analyzed its operation mode and benefit perceptively during exhibition period and the period after exhibition before successful transformation.Based on relevant data,it could be known that the operation of exposition park had been reduced into a plight after exposition finished,and it revealed the necessity and urgency for transformation of operation mode.It has introduced in detail the transformation progress of three stages covering adjustment of operation,enterprises trusteeship and cooperation demonstration,and free open throughout more than 2 years.It had analyzed the reason why expected benefit hadn't been achieved,and emphasized that the operation mode of the park should be with maximization of social benefit as the target and free open as the transformation form.It had been proved that free open could not only increase tourist capacity and obtain great social benefit,but also increase indirect economic income;finally change the vicious circle of operation plight.On this basis,characteristics of comprehensive park of exposition type had been concluded,so as to provide technical support and reference for holding horticultural exposition,launching construction and operation of comprehensive park of exposition type,and establishing national key park in the future.展开更多

To count an activity as "thinking about the physical world" is to hold it assessable in the light of the laws of physics; whereas to count an activity as "thinking at all" is to hold it assessable in the light of the laws of logic. Thus, the kind of generality that distinguishes logic from the special sciences is a generality in the applicability of the norms it provides. Logical laws are more general than laws of the special sciences because they prescribe universally the way in which one ought to think, if one is to think all. Logicism is usually understood to be the thesis that all, or at least large parts of, mathematics can be reduced to logic. This thesis has two sides: (1) all mathematical concepts can be defined in terms of basic logical concepts; (2) all mathematical theorems can be deduced from basic logical truths. According to logicism all terms, including all mathematical terms, are to be given a definite meaning within the basic system. This paper aims at a comparative analysis of the contributions of Frege and Russell to the development of modem logic by reviewing in some detail their essential features and derivations. Without making any pretensions to proffering a definitive resolution of any puzzles, the discussion will, however, raise some fundamental questions, and offer a critical evaluation of the putative success or failure of the logicist programmes of Frege and Russell.展开更多

ATSI Model 3800 aerosol time-of-flight mass spectrometer(ATOFMS)was deployed for single-particle analysis in Shanghai during theWorld Exposition(EXPO),2010.Measurements on two extreme cases:polluted day(1st May)and cl...ATSI Model 3800 aerosol time-of-flight mass spectrometer(ATOFMS)was deployed for single-particle analysis in Shanghai during theWorld Exposition(EXPO),2010.Measurements on two extreme cases:polluted day(1st May)and clean day(25th September)were compared to show how meteorological conditions affected the concentration and composition of ambient aerosols.Mass spectra of 90496 and 50407 particles were analyzed respectively during the two sampling periods.The ART-2a neural network algorithm was applied to sort the collected particles.Seven major classes of particles were obtained:dust,sea salt,industrial,biomass burning,organic carbon(OC),elementary carbon(EC),and NH4-rich particles.Number concentration of ambient aerosols showed a strong anti-correlation with the boundary layer height variation.The external mixing states of aerosols were quite different during two sampling periods because of different air parcel trajectories.Number fraction of biomass burning particles(43.3%)during polluted episode was much higher than that(21.6%)of clean time.Air parcels from the East China Sea on clean day diluted local pollutant concentration and increased the portion of sea salt particle dramatically(13.3%).The large contribution of biomass burning particles in both cases might be an indication of a constant regional background of biomass burning emission.Mass spectrum analysis showed that chemical compositions and internal mixing states of almost all the particle types were more complicate during polluted episode compared with those observed in clean time.Strong nitrate signals in the mass spectra suggested that most of the particles collected on polluted day had gone through some aging processes before reaching the sampling site.展开更多
