The origination of 'eco-agricultural tourism' concept is introduced,similar concepts are discriminated,and a unified concept is suggested with proper reasons.

SWOT Analysis of Eco-agricultural Tourism Development in Zhenjiang City,Zhejiang Province of China

Concept and significance of eco-agricultural tourism was introduced, SWOT Analysis was applied to analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of eco-agricultural tourism development in Zhenjiang. Its strengths were concluded as excellent natural conditions, diversified species, abundant eco-agricultural tourism resources, advantageous location; weaknesses as low development level, serious homogeneity of products, low technical level of peasants, lack of management staff and technician, seriously degraded eco-environment; opportunities as preferential policies, joint development of "Ningbo-Zhenjiang-Yangzhou" Tourist Zone; threats as backward concepts and non-standard management order. Through fully analyzing development strategies of its eco-agricultural tourism, it was stressed that present industrial structure should be adjusted, environment protected; scientific planning, functional division and government supervision enhanced; combined advantages of natural resources integrated to promote the sustainable development of agro-tourism; eco-agricultural resources well planned, new ideas introduced in the design of tourist products.

Construction of Eco-agricultural Tourist Product Mode from the Perspective of Circular Economy

Concepts and connotations of circular economy and eco-agricultural tourism were introduced,and feasibility of applying circular economy in eco-agricultural tourism was further studied.It was stressed that development of eco-agricultural tourism complies with the theme of resource recycling,moreover,both eco-agricultural tourist products and circular economy value environment protection,and target at the win-win of ecological and economic benefits.From the perspective of circular economy,the construction of eco-agricultural tourist product mode was studied,construction of eco-agricultural tourist areas,catering and accommodation areas and traffic construction of eco-agricultural scenic areas were discussed.The study stressed that connotations of circular economy can be used to restrain eco-agricultural tourism,and realize recycling and sustainable development of resources.

Construction of Chaoshan Folk Botanic Garden and Its Tourism Planning

Functions of botanic garden such as cultural transmission, science popularization, public leisure, environment beautification, protection of species were analyzed, and those species characterized by unique regional features and widely applied in folk activities in Chaoshan area were introduced. From the perspective of cultural tourism, we discussed the possibility of constructing a folk botanic garden in Chaoshan area, and explored the planning concepts, functional division, species selection and tourism development of the garden.

Significance of Implementing ISO9001 and ISO14001 Standards in Tourism Service Enterprises——the Practice at xin Long Tropical Plants Garden

As a China national comprehensive tropical plants garden, the Xin LongTropical Plants Garden undertakes multiple tasks of scientific research, species protection, popularscience education and tourism reception. Same as a global tropical plants garden, it also faces thestrategic tasks of reasonable utilization of biological resources and environmental protection,international exchange and international cooperation and upgrading the level of management. How toupgrade the level of services; how to provide the society with high quality tourism services; how toachieve both re-sources exploitation and environmental protection; how to match with theinternational practice; how to eliminate technical barrier of trade and ensure fair competition etc;all these are the problems of common concern of both domestic and foreign enterprises of tourismservice. The Xin Long Tropical Plants Garden has taken a trial implementation of ISO9001:2000 and18014001:1996 dual standard system since 2001 and passed the certification of CQM (ChinaCertification Center for Quality Mark) in 2002 and gained the certificate of IQNet, so set anexample in implementing standardized management for both domestic and foreign enterprises of tourismservice.

Initial Exploration on Garden Synthesis Development

The concept of garden synthesis is defined,and its characteristics and significance are introduced. It is proposed that garden synthesis development should start from leisure experience agriculture,embody the characteristics of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,and coordinated development of ecology,economy and society,adhere to the principle of highlighting feature,cultivating highlights,forming scale,making brand and sustainable development. In this paper,the development model of garden synthesis transferring from idle resource to industry convergence is mainly explored.

A Case Study of an in Situ Botanical Garden in Zagori, Greece

Between 1998 and 2002, a project for the protection of the natural environment was applied, in the framework of the EU Initiative ＂L.I.F.E.＂, in Zagori, a mountainous region in Northwestern Greece with rich natural and human environment. One of the actions that took place as part of the above project was the creation of an in situ botanical garden in order to raise public awareness of the environment and the flora of the region. During the operation of the garden, the visitors answered questions related to their satisfaction or dissatisfaction of their visit. They also made suggestions for the improving of the garden. According to the number of the visitors and the analysis of the questionnaires, the operation of the garden was satisfactory. The in situ botanical garden proved useful not only for environmental awareness and education, but also for local economy. Two years since its creation, the garden eventually stopped operating. The main reason was lucky of funding. Based on the experience gained, it is suggested that the garden should be re-created under a new approach. Regions, such as Zagori, whose economy is based on environmental tourism, would benefit greatly from such structures. Moreover, in situ botanical gardens can play an important role in the protection of Greece＇s rich flora.

以草莓采摘园为主题的创意农业旅游项目开发探讨

随着国家乡村振兴政策的支持,农业休闲旅游在近年迅速兴起,并受到大众的喜爱。然而,目前农业休闲旅游已经面临着发展“瓶颈”,需要转变为更高层次的创意农业旅游模式。该文针对草莓采摘园为主题的创意农业旅游模式,探讨创意农业旅游与草莓采摘园发展的关系,并重点关注体验和可持续发展方面的影响因素,提出草莓采摘园创意农业旅游项目的总体设计目标和规划方案。采摘园与创意农业旅游的结合,创造全新的旅游体验,促进农业产业的转型升级,并为地方经济增长注入新的活力,为农村地区带来更多可持续发展的机遇和成果。

休闲旅游农业视角下基于网络评论的玫瑰园形象感知分析

新时代背景下,推动休闲旅游农业高质量发展是促进乡村振兴的有力举措。研究选择江苏玫瑰主题创意农园:南京玫瑰园、鹅湖玫瑰文化园和天下玫景,通过网络文本分析法,在大众点评、美团和携程网站获取2017年3月至2023年2月的有效网络文本共1 811条,结合实地调研,总结出三家农园的认知主题形象,构建园区形象负面情绪影响因素模型。分析发现:(1)影响玫瑰主题创意农园的负面因素包括内部因素和外部因素两方面:内部因素为景观质量、服务管理和附属设施的建设情况,外部因素为自然因素、交通条件和地理位置的影响。(2)存在问题:经营现状过度商业化,建设内容同质化严重,园区形象与建设性质错位,主题形象塑造不够鲜明。(3)提出改进策略:在内部经营建设方面,挖掘玫瑰文化,彰显农园特色;削减娱乐项目,合理设置门票;强调主体植物,增设硬质景观。在外部因素影响方面,整合周边资源,体现地方特色;调整开园时间,关注花期天气。

二十世纪上半叶兰州五泉山旅游印象考论

五泉山上的祠庙、树木以及山下沃野是兰州城市景观中重要组成部分。具有各项专长的外国探险家、中国政要、学者、企业家前往五泉山进行科学旅游考察活动时,记录下对兰州名胜五泉山的不同印象。刘尔炘重修五泉山后,其景致更加瑰丽奇秀,整体性与协调性大为增强。个人经历、宗教信仰的不同影响到对同一事物的印象。各类文化体系影响下群体审美态度的不同致使五泉山的差异化印象伴随着时代变迁交叠出现。

城市专类公园旅游形象感知研究——以厦门园林植物园为例

旅游者分享到网络上的景点评价蕴含了对目的地形象的关键信息。为探究旅游者对城市专类公园城市旅游形象的感知,以厦门园林植物园为研究对象,从不同旅游点评平台提取对“厦门园林植物园”的评价信息,精选高频词汇,构建语义网络。以语义转化和分值量表为基础,编制旅游体验要素结构表,同时借助SPSS 26.0软件对构建的IPA模型进行分析。结果表明,大多数旅游体验要素的重要度I值偏低,但表现性指标P值较高,说明旅游者旅游体验良好,对该园区的体验质量给予了较高评价,但仍存在不足,提出旅游者感官体验,改善服务措施,提升经营管理水平,保持特色优势,丰富体验活动等针对性建议。

基于网络文本分析的粤中四大名园旅游形象感知研究

游客的感知评价对于古典园林的活化利用和未来发展具有重要的指导价值。网络文本在旅行目的地形象研究中具有获取成本低、数据量大且直观真实等显著优势。以粤中四大名园为研究对象,通过八爪鱼采集器收集大众点评网、携程旅行网和去哪儿网的游客评价文本,结合内容分析法、Python jieba库和ROST CM6.0等,从评价差异、特征感知和形象变化三个方面对四大园林旅游形象进行系统分析,以期为岭南古典园林活化和发展提供决策参考。结果表明:(1)影响游客评价的积极因素主要集中在岭南特色、园林景观和惠民措施三个方面,消极因素集中在服务态度、预约提示、商业氛围和停车设施四个方面;(2)亲子群体占据旅游人群中重要比例,且出游时间集中在节假日;(3)近年来游客关注点从园林景点逐渐转向娱乐活动,包括拍照和汉服穿戴体验等。基于以上结果,从发挥优势、补齐短板、增强联动、挖掘特色提出岭南古典园林的整改与发展策略。

如画视角下乡村旅游景区设计研究——以湖南安化百花寨为例

文章从“如画”思维的起源出发,分析了“如画”思维在我国传统山水画乃至园林设计中的具体应用,解析“如画”审美观下的建筑景观设计策略。以湖南安化百花寨的建设为例,从整体规划、山水景观营造、建筑意象生成三个方面,探讨“如画”美学如何与乡村地域文化相结合,产生真正“如画”的乡村旅游景区,带动当地旅游文化产业发展,为我国乡村振兴事业作出贡献。

乡村旅游景区三维智慧管理平台建设与应用

为提升乡村旅游景区的管理水平和游客体验,近年来乡村旅游景区三维数字化管理平台逐渐得到应用。本文以洪洞大槐树景区为例,首先介绍了三维智慧景区建设方案,设计交叉环绕航线获取景区影像数据;然后基于测区影像数据构建实景三维模型;最后搭建整个三维智慧景区管理平台,实现景区三维数字化管理,从而为景区提供更精细化的管理和服务。

济源市牡丹园是济源市修复城郊生态系统、改善人居环境的休闲旅游地,景区以牡丹为主、花海为辅,拥有丰富的植被资源。通过分析景区的发展现状,为景区开发植物科普旅游提供策略,充分利用景区植物资源,开展不同形式的植物科普项目与活动,发挥农业科普教育功能,丰富旅游产品内涵,促进济源市牡丹园的持续发展。

茶园观光意象、旅游体验与行为意图关系研究

研究茶园观光意象、旅游体验与行为意图之关系,对改变我国茶园旅游产品同质化、体验感不强、吸引力不足等问题具有重要意义。文章以海南省白沙生态茶园为研究样地,以305份调查数据为依据,采用描述性统计分析、因子分析和结构方程模型检验等方法,探讨茶园观光意象、旅游体验与行为意图的关系。结果表明,茶园观光意象包括认知意象、情感意象及服务意象3个维度;旅游体验包括刺激感受与社会互动2个维度;行为意图包括重游、推荐及分享3个维度。茶园观光意象对旅游体验具有直接正向影响,旅游体验对行为意图具有直接正向影响;茶园观光意象对行为意图不存在直接正向影响。发展茶园旅游,一要加强茶园旅游宣传力度,创新宣传渠道;二要完善公共服务基础设施,提升服务质量;三要创新茶园体验活动,提升游客重游新鲜感;四要融入本土文化元素,增加游客体验内涵。

基于网络文本分析的历史名园游客感知形象研究——以余荫山房为例

以余荫山房为研究对象,提取网络游记和评价数据,使用旅游形象“认知-情感”模型,运用网络文本分析方法提炼游客对余荫山房的认知形象感知,然后进一步通过扎根理论的方法对游客消极情感因素进行逐层编码,挖掘余荫山房存在的问题。研究结果显示:游客对余荫山房认知形象重要性比较为:“旅游吸引物”“空间环境”“体验价值”“景区服务与管理”;此外,导致游客消极情感的主要影响因素为旅游资源体验,其中包括地方小、可玩性低、商业化气息浓厚、公共交通不方便等问题。基于此,提出了相关建议:余荫山房应以文物古迹本体为前提,尊重历史文脉;深耕余荫山房园林内涵,打造好历史名园品牌特色;丰富和创新旅游体验,强化解说体系建设,提高游客参与度;发展避免过度商业化,打造优质文创产品;加强园区管理,完善园区设施,在保护与发展之间取得平衡,实现可持续发展。

基于“农旅一体化”的庐山海庐茶博园经济价值评估研究

在乡村振兴战略背景下,“农旅一体化”的新型农业模式逐渐成为农业产业链转型的重要途径之一,其中依托优越的自然环境和茶产业链基础形成的“农旅一体化”茶园就是典型的代表。以庐山市海庐茶博园为例,利用收益法,并构建基于灰色预测模型的茶园价值评估体系,深入剖析了茶产业的经济价值与茶园旅游价值的双重维度,计算出茶园的总体经济价值。在此基础上,提出了加强对“农旅一体化”茶园模式的政策扶持、提升农村基础设施建设水平等建议,激励更多农户和企业积极投身于“农旅一体化”茶园的建设与发展之中,促进地方经济的发展。

科研、开发、旅游三位一体新型植物园的创建——以兴隆热带植物园为例

针对我国植物园发展和区域经济的现状,对兴隆热带植物园创建科研、开发、旅游三位一体产业化模式的概况、思路及技术方案进行分析,并总结其成效。研究结果表明,该模式能加快植物园技术创新、技术开发和成果转化系统化,科技、经济和生态一体化,提高植物园竞争力,促进农业的可持续发展,综合效益显著。
