聚酯固相缩聚进展综述及EcoSphereTM新技术浅析

随着聚酯(PET)行业对能耗与产品质量的要求越来越高,集成整合了水下结晶造粒以及后段固相缩聚的新型固相缩聚技术--EcoSphere应运而生,且已在国内成功投产。从化学反应以及传递原理的角度对固相缩聚的关键影响因素进行了探讨。与此同时对工业领域中固相缩聚的几种工艺路线做了简述,并将EcoSphere与传统固相缩聚技术从工艺路线、产品性能上进行综合对比,结果表明EcoSphere具有一系列的工艺先进性。最后对EcoSphere的进一步改进做出展望,以期推动PET产业的进步。

National medicine nursing is a valuable resource of health industry in Yunnan Province,which provides important support for the strategy strengthening the province with traditional Chinese medicine.The development of National medicine nursing is influenced by multiple factors.Based on the development model of cultural ecosphere,this paper analysed its development trend and put forward some suggestions for promoting its development.

介绍了瑞士Polymetrix公司新开发的生产瓶级PET的EcoSphere技术。该技术将日益增长的节能需求与提高加工稳定性、产量和聚合物质量相结合。技术的主要特点是将熔融聚合与固相聚合连接在一起,同时又为独立操作留有余地,其低黏度转换可满足高质量的需求,且从熔融相回收能量还可减少能耗。EcoSphere技术可更经济地达到前所未有的在一套设备上实现超过100万t的生产规模。
