This is reshaping the overall pattern of life custom, cultural production, consumption and trade in a world increasingly filled with changes and economic diversity. In an age of globalization, often ask questions and discussions concerning about successes and vitalities of nations. Globalization and technological revolutions race ahead and transform the world, and how to traces the real business to success. There are thousands of good examples where any nations have shown entrepreneurial talents and have succeeded. It is culture that principally explains, in many cases, or geographical pattern where some countries are developing more rapidly and more successfully than others. How to explain economic success of this nation's miracles or simple the secret is creative entrepreneurships? This paper explores the complex interactions between the geographic pattern from one side and cultural, technological and social aspects of entrepreneurship from other side which generates the dynamic processes of the world economy. In this era of transformation, creativity and knowledge entrepreneurship are powerful tools of fostering economic progress and development.展开更多

The authors carried out, on the basis of data resulting from the DHS-MICS 2011, an analysis using the binomial logistic model. It comes out from this analysis that the significant explanatory variables are the age (which plays at the same time the role of variable of control), the religion, the ethnic group, the size of the household, the relationship with the head of household, the educational level (of the woman and the husband/partner), the occupational status of the husband/partner, the household's standard of living, and the marital status. According to the results obtained, it would be important to set up policies intended to reinforce the professionalization of the young woman and to fight against the sexist sociocultural norms and practices advocating the "sexual division" of labor.展开更多

Some mathematical models were developed to elucidate the relationship between process parameters and the operating effects. It is considered that the sludge lysing ratio (ξ), produced COD per unit mass lysed MLSS (η), observed sludge yield coefficient (Yobs) and intrinsic yield coefficient for COD produced by lysed sludge (Y2) significantly affect the flowrate to ozonation unit (q). When q is 0.0067 times of influent flowrate (Q) and ξ is about 0.72 for each batch ozonation, a relatively stable MLSS concentration of 8168 mg/L and zero Yobs are achieved in the MBR-SO system. The calculation of sludge disintegration number indicates that the high ξ can apparently decrease the sludge amount needed for ozonation. At the same ozone dose, the low input ozone concentration and high flowrate can enhance the sludge lysing effects and a low energy consumption of 0.041 Yuan/m3 wastewater is obtained.展开更多

Through the practice and observation of children in the immersion program, we find that English Immersion has the following impacts on children: 1) The English language learning is immersed into the process of thematic activities, Children in the Immersion learn English naturally, joyfully and systematically. They tend to cooperate well. 2) The language immersion is an integrated model in which children feel no cultural barriers. 3) English learning enhances the learning of Pingying, and vice versa. 4) There is little gap between genders. 5) Social and economic difference does not influence their learning. 6) English rhyming, chanting and songs arouse great interest in them. 7) Drama makes children very confident in their performance. They learn to think and settle problems through the performance. English immersion gives children cognitive development and enforces the language they are learning.展开更多

Using a mathematical model of system dynamics to analyse banking activities can help banks make better decisions, manage risk, ensure the stability and efficiency of operations, and adapt to changing conditions. The purpose of the study is to determine the influence of various factors, in particular economic activity, on the final profit of the bank. Among the methods used, the analytical method, the functional method, the system analysis method, the deduction method, the synthesis method, and the comparison method were applied. In the course of this study, an extensive analytical review of banking activities was carried out using a system dynamics model, taking into account the requirements of the International Financial Reporting Standards(IFRS 9). The study included various scenario analyses to explore the impact of changes in economic conditions on the bank's loan portfolio, risk level, and profitability. Both economic growth scenarios and recession scenarios were considered in order to more fully assess their impact on the financial condition of the bank. A forecast and analysis of the risks associated with lending, investments, and other bank operations was carried out. The practical significance lies in the application of the results obtained to address issues related to banking in order to increase the efficiency of this process and achieve a new level of development.展开更多
