Economic Overhaul Mode of Steam Engine Professional Equipment in Thermal Power Plant

To ensure that the daily production activities of thermal power plants can produce their due effect in the production and business activities,it is necessary to carry out efficient and orderly maintenance work on the professional equipment of steam engines.However,the maintenance work of steam engine professional equipment in thermal power plants usually uses high-cost expenditures.Therefore,how to take effective measures to reduce the cost of professional equipment maintenance in thermal power plants has become a problem that needs to be solved before such maintenance can proceed.Among them,through the application of economic maintenance equipment in thermal power plants,the actual production and operation costs can be effectively reduced.Based on this,the author will analyze the application of the model of economic maintenance of steam engine professional equipment in thermal power plants.

Basic conditions study to accelerate the realization of transformation of Shaanxi＇s economy growth mode

It is an urgent and important economic work in the moment and the next period for China to realize the transformation of economic growth mode. Relatively, there must be certain basic conditions. This article makes elaboration of the basic conditions, which accelerate the change of Shaanxi＇s economic growth mode from government angle, and proposes countermeasures for it, according to Shaanxi＇s situation and the requirement of scientific development concept, in order to provide basis for the government＇s economic growth transformation.

Traffic Patterns in the Silk Road Economic Belt and Construction Modes for a Traffic Economic Belt across Continental Plates

Plans for the Silk Road Economic Belt （SREB） include construction of two axes, two belts and two radiated areas. As a significant national strategy for China, the emphasis is on the construction of roads and achieving economic agglomeration and radiation through the construction of traffic axes. Using published literature and data analyses, this paper studied current traffic patterns between China and other regions within the SREB from the perspective of rail, ocean and air transportation. With regard to existing problems and development prospects of these three types of transportation, we propose construction modes for the traffic economic belt across continental plates and that future construction within the SREB should consider key cities as joints and arterial traffic lines as development axes, promote connecting of joints by lines, advance deep construction through joints and axes, connect lines into net, and develop informationalized traffic economic belt on the basis of trans-regional cooperation.

This paper takes the Three Gorges Reservoir（TGR） area for example to show that it＇s of great practical and theoretical significance ,regional distribution,variety structure and quality structure.

“Double Surplus,” Capability Gaps and Innovation: A Macro- and a Micro-perspective on the Transformation of the Chinese Mode of Economic Development

In order to deploy the crucial levers in the transformation of the Chinese mode of economic development, it is necessary to identify the nature and reasons for the economy＇s existing mode of operation. The paradox of China＇s ＂double surplus＂ in the international balance of payments reflects the substantive issue of the appearance of a capability gap in Chinese economic development, which, interacting with dependence on FDI, hinders industry upgrading. As a result, the extensive mode of development has persisted and even worsened, rendering the Chinese economy more vulnerable to external shocks. At the historic juncture when the international economic environment is undergoing dramatic changes, the Chinese economy is likely to suffer severe setbacks due to its capability gap and dependence on FDI unless there is substantial development in its technological and organizational capacities and institution-building. Therefore, the critical variable in transforming the Chinese mode of economic development is capability growth.
