In the current social, agricultural development is heavily influenced by the level of agricultural information development, so, it is necessary to pay attention to the development of information technology in order to maintain a sustained, steady and rapid development of agriculture, as well as we use information technology in all aspects of agricultural production, so as to make more rapid and stable development of Chinese agriculture. In Agricultural Economics and Management should focus on the help of information technology. The main author makes a brief analysis on the role of information technology in the agricultural economy and the management of specific applications, which is designed to promote the further development of Chinese agriculture.

On the Economic Management of Information Technology in Agricultural Development and Strategy

According to the general trend of the global infonnation industry development, we should use the latest and best technology integration, starting from a high point at the same time with the actual situation; we should formulate a feasible development plan, implementing after repeated discussions of experts. In the study and formulation of a plan, we should be sure to consider things conducive to catch up with world advanced level, enabling urban and rural economic and social development. The construction of modern agriculture, development of the rural economy and increasing farmers＇ income is a major task of building a moderately prosperous societyin the new era. Information technology and marketing are important symbols of modern agriculture throughout the entire process and all areas of modem agriculture. Vigorously developing the information industry and promoting agricultural and rural economic information are important content of agriculture and rural work in the new era.

A Brief Analysis of the Application of Information Technology in Financial and Economic Management

With the rapid development of network technology and information technology,China has successfully entered the information age.The development of information technology has penetrated into various fields and played a role in accelerating the growth of various industries.In the application and innovation of financial and economic management,informatization has not only created greater opportunities for development,but also significant challenges.It is urgent to make effective changes to further promote the development of financial and economic management.Therefore,the focus of this paper is on analyzing the current situation and importance of applying information technology in financial and economic management as well as proposing specific suggestions to assist financial enterprises in improving their information levels and enhancing their market competitiveness.

Factors Influencing the Successful Adoption of Human Resource Information System: The Content of Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority

This study examines the key factors that have impact on the successful adoption of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) within the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA)/Jordan. In order to accomplish the purpose of the study four critical factors are inquired. So, four critical factors are inquired: First, TAM Model (Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) and Perceived Usefulness (PU)). Second, Information Technology Infrastructure (ITI). Third, Top Management Support (TMS). Finally, Individual Experience with Computer (IEC). The research model was applied to collect data from the questionnaires answered by 45 users of HRIS as a source of primary data, based on a convenience sample the response rate was about 91%. In addition, the results were analyzed by utilizing the Statistical Package for Social Software (SPSS). Furthermore, the findings were analyzed;multiple Regression analysis indicated that all research variables have significant relationship on successful adoption of HRIS. The findings indicated IT infrastructures have a positive and significant effect on the successful adoption of HRIS. But there is no significant of PU, PEOU, TMS, and IEC on the successful adoption of HRIS. Finally, the results indicated that no significant statistical differences of demographic characteristics on HRIS adoption. Depending on the research’s findings;the researchers proposed a set of recommendations for better adoption of HRIS in SEZA.

Empirical Study About the Application of Knowledge Management in Selected Sector of Industry in Slovakia

This study focuses on the analysis of the application of knowledge management in companies in selected sector of industry in Slovakia after Slovakia entering into Euro area in 2009. Based on relevant experience, main conditions and problems associated with the implementation are analyzed through fundamental empirical survey. The necessity of utilization of information and communication technologies, management information systems innovation and long life education in companies are considered in knowledge-based company in knowledge-based society. Further possibilities of application and expected economic effects and benefits on growth and international competitiveness of companies in European Union, Euro area in many fields are outlined in the end of this article as the main aim of this study

Riemann Hypothesis, Catholic Information and Potential of Events with New Techniques for Financial and Other Applications

In this research we are going to define two new concepts: a) “The Potential of Events” (EP) and b) “The Catholic Information” (CI). The term CI derives from the ancient Greek language and declares all the Catholic (general) Logical Propositions () which will true for every element of a set A. We will study the Riemann Hypothesis in two stages: a) By using the EP we will prove that the distribution of events e (even) and o (odd) of Square Free Numbers (SFN) on the axis Ax(N) of naturals is Heads-Tails (H-T) type. b) By using the CI we will explain the way that the distribution of prime numbers can be correlated with the non-trivial zeros of the function ζ(s) of Riemann. The Introduction and the Chapter 2 are necessary for understanding the solution. In the Chapter 3 we will present a simple method of forecasting in many very useful applications (e.g. financial, technological, medical, social, etc) developing a generalization of this new, proven here, theory which we finally apply to the solution of RH. The following Introduction as well the Results with the Discussion at the end shed light about the possibility of the proof of all the above. 市值管理动机下信息披露行为研究——以三五互联股权质押为例

股权质押作为我国资本市场一种重要的融资方式,在上市公司中非常普遍。但同时,股权质押存在股价波动、控制权转移等潜在风险。以三五互联为例,从信息披露这一市值管理手段出发,对上市公司控股股东股权质押后的风险应对策略及经济后果进行了剖析。研究发现:控股股东高比例的股权质押会诱发控股股东产生维稳股价和利益侵占的市值管理动机。控股股东在市值管理动机下会倾向于采取策略性信息披露手段,甚至产生信息违规披露行为。短期内,控股股东的策略性信息披露行为可以达到稳定或提升股价的目的,但长期内,策略性信息披露行为和信息违规披露行为均会影响公司价值,造成会计信息质量下降并对中小股东的利益造成侵害。研究结果对规范上市公司股权质押、市值管理及信息披露行为具有一定的现实意义。

BIM技术在武汉某高架桥工程施工中的应用研究

针对工程工期紧、技术要求高、道口多、工程量大等难点,项目部引进BIM技术,运用Revit软件建立高架桥三维可视化模型,进行工程量自动统计与分析、输出二维图纸现场指导施工。结合BIM技术和电子商务技术进行预制构件采购,对施工过程进行4D模拟等辅助施工管理。根据BIM实践,提出了BIM工程管理的实施框架。该桥梁工程成功运用BIM技术,缩短了工期,节约了成本。

目的：完善药学管理中的激励机制,优化人力资源管理,提高药学服务质量。方法：利用信息化手段建立操作简便、指标明确、统计功能完备的多层级经济激励管理系统,辅助落实医院药学绩效考核机制。结果：该系统的应用,使奖励分配在3~5个工作日内完成,通过图表清晰展现分配细节,完整保存管理原始数据,实现经济激励多层级管理。结论：经济激励信息化管理系统的建立作为医院药学部门规范管理、高效运转的重要部分,切实起到激励员工、提高药学服务质量的作用。

关于海洋资源的资产属性与资产化管理

通过对海洋资源的基本特性分析,论证了海洋资源的资产属性和把海洋资源纳入资产化管理的合理性,并从宏观与微观两个层面对海洋资源进行资产化管理的有关核算问题作了探讨。指出只有合理的海洋资源核算,才能明确界定海洋资源产权,实现海洋资源的高效利用。

目前大庆油田年套损井数达到 10 0 0口左右 ,严重破坏了油田的注采平衡关系 ,而且制约了油田注采结构的进一步调整。根据大庆油田套损特点、套损状况及油田生产实际 ,开发了套损井综合管理系统 ,包括套损数据管理、大修数据管理、井况调查数据管理和报废数据管理四大模块。套损机理研究认为 ,泥岩蠕变是大庆杏树岗油田套管损坏的主要原因。应用油水井大修工艺措施合理优化与组合经济评价数学模型 ,可以实现大修工艺措施合理优化与组合 ;应用套损井综合管理数据库 ,实现了套损井计算机网络管理。套损井综合管理系统推广应用后 ,经济效益和社会效益显著。图 2表 1参 3(王永东摘 )
