We would also like to express our thanks to you for your continued support to the Neural Regeneration Research (NRR) over the past year. The past year has been very special for NRR. In 2012, the journal received its first impact factor of 0.216 by Science Citation Index Expanded (SCI-E). Although the journal is still at its taking-off stage, this number reflects an increase by 20% as compared to 2011. We are excited about this important first step and firmly believe that, with your support, the journal will make even greater progress in 2013.展开更多

The past decade has seen a rapid growth in research and technology devoted to the use of renewable energy resources, principally biomass and solar radiation, at the same time that reserves of fossil energy have increased as a consequence of using advanced drilling methods to release natural gas and petroleum from shale. The changes suggest that future research will focus on both the conversion of conventional energy resources in a manner that result in their efficient use and on the discovery and development of conversion technologies for utilization of renewable energy resources.展开更多
