In order to improve the professional competitiveness of students in the Aquatic Animal Medicine Discipline,combined with the case tracking and theoretical practice for aquatic animal medicine students for three years,with the aid of SPSS software,this paper elaborated the actual level and existing problems in career planning of aquatic animal medicine students in Guangdong Ocean University from five dimensions:career planning awareness,self-awareness,environmental awareness,goal planning,and implementation correction. Then,it discussed the opportunities and challenges of the Aquatic Animal Medicine Discipline in the context of the Belt and Road Initiative. Finally,it came up with solutions and reform recommendations in education,teaching,and counseling paths from the students,university,families,government,and society. 展开更多

The initiative of“One Belt and One Road”is an important development strategy under the new normal economic background of China,and foreign economic development relies heavily on foreign language talents of the nation.However,the current foreign language education in China has faced problems from a shortage of compound foreign language talents,inadequacy of foreign languages offered,and imbalanced regional development.Given that the initiative has higher requirements for cultivating foreign language talents,we hold that China’s current foreign language education policy may reform from conducting theoretical studies of foreign language teaching,offering more foreign languages and enhancing professional development of teachers.Conversely,China’s foreign language talents can contribute more to the effective and smooth implementation of the“One Belt and One Road”initiative. 展开更多

The belt and road initiative strategy is proposed based on the stable and sustainable cooperation on economy and development between China and neighboring countries.The development of economy can affect every aspect of vocational education development.Therefore,vocational education in China must be moved toward internationalization to achieve sustainable development in the face of the implementation of the belt and road initiative strategy.The analysis data obtained through the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats analysis method on the internationalization of China’s vocational education under the background of the belt and road initiative strategy were the advantages analysis(strengths)of continuous maturity in developing of vocational education,which drives by economic development and the foreign employment and entrepreneurship guidance mechanism;the disadvantages analysis(weaknesses)of lack talent cultivation and weak branding of vocational education;analysis of support opportunities given by national policy;and threats analysis of social culture in the involved countries along the route.To further develop and expand China’s vocational education under the background of the belt and road initiative strategy,some countermeasures were proposed such as improves cultivation or training of talents,to build strong branding of China vocational education,and faces cultural challenges to facilitate the international development of China vocational education. 展开更多

This study explores the impact of China’s Belt and Road Initiative on improving vocational education quality and employment rates in Kenya through a collaborative educational program known as the Kenya-China Technical and Vocational Education and Training(TVET)project.The opinions and narratives of teachers and students with vibrant knowledge of the project were analyzed through the theoretical lenses of globalization and vocationalism.The results show that the Kenya-China TVET Project has improved Kenyan TVET classrooms with modern equipment to meet industrial standards and allowed essential skills to be developed through various collaborative opportunities with Chinese corporations.Despite minor challenges and obstacles,early evidence suggests benefits brought by the project including increased self-employment,a growth in Kenya’s manufacturing,and more mutual understanding between the two countries. 展开更多

Industrial city is an important concept in urban planning.This paper discusses the connotation,origination,quantity,scale,type,distribution,achievements,and planning characteristics of industrial cities in the Middle East Arab countries through literature,statistical,and comparative analyses.It identifies the problems and challenges industrial cities in the Middle East Arab countries are facing and proposes relevant countermeasures for their transformation under the new situation of the Belt and Road Initiative.At present,the research shows that there are about 100 industrial cities planned and constructed in Saudi Arabia,Syria,Qatar,and other Middle East Arab countries.Composed of free trade zones,industrial parks,and handicraft zones,a multi-levelled carrier system is formed for regional industrialization,helping to optimize the urban and economic geography pattern and to promote the integration of industrialization and urbanization of the region.They become a systematic upgrade and comprehensive transcendence of free trade zones and industrial zones,forming a comprehensive platform for the Middle East Arab countries to promote resource development and integration,industry upgrading and transformation,and industry-city integration and symbiosis.The paper proposes that China and the Middle East Arab countries should learn from each other regarding the planning and development of industrial cities and manage to achieve the coordinated development between China’s Overseas International Cooperation Parks and the Middle East Arab countries’industrial cities. 展开更多

With the proposal of the Belt and Road Initiative,the exchanges and cooperation between China and Latin America in various fields are rapidly warming up,and both sides actively promote cross-regional,cross-country,and cross-cultural international talent education.The proposal of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle coincides with a great change unseen in a century.Under the background of far-reaching and complicate changes in both domestic and international environment,the trend of all-round cooperation between the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle and Latin American countries and regions has been deepening.However,the quantity,quality,level and economic cross-regional training of regional Latin American international talents still present some structural imbalances and challenges compared with the development of trans-regional economic cooperation.Based on this,the study will focus on the current situation of nurturing international talents in Latin America by the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle,and provide suggestions for the joint training of talents in Latin America and China-Latin America educational cooperation and exchanges.It will also make for jointly build a China-Latin America Community of Shared Future and respond to the Belt and Road initiative with a certain reference value. 展开更多

高等教育合作是“一带一路”倡议的重要内容与途径,探究我国与“一带一路”沿线国家高等教育高质量合作的差异化合作路径和作用机制,总结成功经验,对推动共建“一带一路”高质量发展具有重大意义。基于TOE框架,对34个“一带一路”教育... 高等教育合作是“一带一路”倡议的重要内容与途径,探究我国与“一带一路”沿线国家高等教育高质量合作的差异化合作路径和作用机制,总结成功经验,对推动共建“一带一路”高质量发展具有重大意义。基于TOE框架,对34个“一带一路”教育国际交流优秀案例进行定性比较分析发现,学科资源相对优势是实现“一带一路”高等教育高质量合作的必要条件。“一带一路”高等教育高质量合作路径共有三种,分别是学科资源嵌入人文交流的民心相通型、学科资源赋能需求满足的共同发展型、学科资源支撑民主会商的话语体系建构型。在“一带一路”倡议提出十周年之际的新历史起点,我国高等教育对外合作应整合优质学科资源,创新交流机制,持之以恒地开展有深度的人文交流;须统筹发挥教育资源优势,务实满足沿线国家需求,实现共同发展;可借助教育多边平台,将学科优势转化为影响力,提升中国高等教育的国际话语权。 展开更多

城乡规划高等教育合作对推动“一带一路”民心相通具有重要意义,但国内目前对“一带一路”沿线国家城乡规划高等教育的发展及对华合作情况的研究较少。本文收集并梳理了“一带一路”沿线65个国家260所高校所开设的城乡规划及相关专业在... 城乡规划高等教育合作对推动“一带一路”民心相通具有重要意义,但国内目前对“一带一路”沿线国家城乡规划高等教育的发展及对华合作情况的研究较少。本文收集并梳理了“一带一路”沿线65个国家260所高校所开设的城乡规划及相关专业在师资队伍、课程设置、国际合作等方面的信息,初步总结出“一带一路”沿线国家城乡规划高等教育具有整体水平不高、发展差异显著、产学研用分离、西方色彩浓重四大特征。随后,重点介绍了非洲、东南亚和南亚、中东西亚和中亚等地区代表性高校的城乡规划专业及对华合作情况。最后,从夯实研究基础、平衡区域合作、丰富合作类型、建立合作机制、突出合作重点五个方面提出加强与“一带一路”沿线国家城乡规划高等教育合作的建议。 展开更多

中国境外经贸合作区规划编制体系研究--基于全生命周期的视角

中国境外经贸合作区是落实“一带一路”倡议的重要载体,在积极稳健的发展态势之下,合作区“走出去”也存在一定的不足,既有所在国投资环境方面的,也有我国顶层设计方面的,当然还有合作区自身存在的问题。为了合作区更好地“走出去”,亟... 中国境外经贸合作区是落实“一带一路”倡议的重要载体,在积极稳健的发展态势之下,合作区“走出去”也存在一定的不足,既有所在国投资环境方面的,也有我国顶层设计方面的,当然还有合作区自身存在的问题。为了合作区更好地“走出去”,亟待完善顶层设计,明确合作区重点发展区域、产业方向和配套政策,制定合作区规划标准,发挥顶层设计的统筹、引领、前瞻的作用。文章从全生命周期视角,基于合作区不同阶段的问题,探讨了探索合作区规划编制体系的必要性;针对不同阶段的主要矛盾、作用对象,提出了合作区从诞生到深度开发过程中,前期研究类、总体指导类、空间建设类和阶段评估类4种类型规划所组成的规划体系,明确了规划的内容、达到的目的,从而前置性地解决相应问题,降低合作区“走出去”风险,提升合作开发效率。 展开更多
