Technological Innovation Characteristics and Capacity Enhancement Ways for the Agricultural Science and Technology Enterprises in Beijing City

From the perspective of innovation mechanism,capital,personnel,achievements and conversion,this study analyzes the current situation of technological innovation in Beijing agricultural science and technology enterprises,and summarizes the characteristics including single financing channel of R&D funds,low conversion rate of innovative products,unbalanced distribution of technology and innovative talents,the underestimated position of enterprises as the main body of technological innovation,the large gap of innovation achievements between developed provinces and Beijing.At last,this study puts forward the ways to improve technological innovation ability in Beijing agricultural science and technology enterprises as follows:developing technological innovation strategies;improving the R&D expenditure and expanding the financing channels;perfecting the mechanism of professional personnel training in agricultural technology innovation;enhancing the level of innovation performance management;establishing and improving the corporate culture of innovation and cultivating technology innovation spirit.

Exploration of Innovation Strategy in the Deep Integration of Information Technology and Education and Teaching

The rapid development of information technology provides a new opportunity and impetus for the reform of education and teaching.Deep integration of information technology and education and teaching is the only way to promote the modernization of education.Starting from the connotation of the deep integration of information technology and education and teaching,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the current integration process,and puts forward innovative strategies from the aspects of concept,resources,model,and evaluation.Through measures such as building a smart teaching environment,enriching high-quality teaching resources,innovating teaching organization models,and establishing multiple evaluation systems,we will realize the deep integration of information technology and teaching,promote the reform of teaching and learning methods,improve the quality of personnel training,and provide strong support for the modernization of education.

Educational Software Development Life Cycle Stages

Technological innovations have revolutionized the educational technology into various dimensions. Educational processes without educational technology have no value in this modern world. In education domain, the educational software has simplified the processes in greater extend. A implemented while developing such educational software. In particu proper lar, the development methodology has to be software developed to enrich these education processes should follow a development strategy to motivate the end users to utilize the hypermedia potentials. The software development life cycle （SDLC） has different phases in designing such educationa technology and assists the end users to benefit from the modern technology. This study identifies the various factors to be considered at each phase of the SDLC while developing educational software. Also, this study proposes some suggestions to be followed in ESDLC with respect to educational processes perspectives. The core idea of this study is to identify the various issues in implementing such educational software in day to day teaching and learning processes.

Research on the Cultivation Model of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents with New Technology Use in Higher Education Institutions

The issue of new technology applications in education is a worldwide concern.Following a thorough review of current studies,this paper believes that new technology in a broad sense has"hard technology"(referring to new inventions,discoveries,and creations that can be practically operated and applied)and"soft technology"(generally referring to technology formed in all industry fields in response to new changes,new markets,new industries,and new business models,such as innovative marketing models,new team building,and management strategizing,cultural and creative skills,etc.),with distinctive and external and internal connotations.In a narrow sense,new technology refers to the most recent and cutting-edge technology in a particular industry field.There are also definitions that are based on their applicability,such as referring to new operation methods as new technologies.The premise of how to precisely implement new technology application education in higher education is to understand how students in higher education institutions think.For this reason,this study takes senior graduate students as its target,and through the statistics and analysis of survey data,we get three results.First,education featuring applications of new technology proves highly compelling,particularly given its importance in graduates'career development,thus garnering support;second,such education is both conceptual and practice-based;third,education concerned with the application of new technologies can be carried out in any major,both in engineering and non-engineering disciplines,with different requirements for educational content and technical skills according to the varying disciplines.Based on the investigation and analysis,we propose solutions and recommend methods of applying new applications in higher education.

课程思政融入现代制造技术课程的教学探索

现代制造技术是指利用先进的技术和方法来设计、制造、生产产品的过程,是机械制造专业学生必须掌握的技术前沿课程。为进一步落实教育部提出的课程思政建设,该文设计课程思政与专业知识点相结合的方法,梳理并提出课程思政的引入案例,来强化学生的情景认知能力,增强学生的工程素养和工程实践意识,实现知识传授与价值引领相统一,以达到人才和人品双培养的教学模式,为未来机械制造专业学生培养创新性思维打下良好基础。

信息技术教育与创新创业教育融合的课程体系研究——以牡丹江大学“计算机应用技术”专业为例

本文以国务院办公厅出台的《关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》为指导思想,并以牡丹江大学正在进行的双高专业群建设项目为契机,针对“计算机应用技术”专业的课程体系进行了改革与创新研究,从课程设置、职业面向、培养目标及规格、课程体系与实践教学体系的创新等几个方面进行了论述。

我国高等教育、人力资本与科技创新的耦合协调研究

在教育、科技、人才“三位一体”发展视域下,高等教育、人力资本与科技创新的耦合协调发展是实现中国式现代化的必由之路。在对三系统耦合机理进行探讨的基础上,本研究基于2010—2021年省级面板数据,利用熵权法和耦合协调度模型对三系统综合发展水平和耦合协调发展水平进行分析,并采用GM(1,1)预测模型对2022—2026年的耦合协调度进行了预测。研究发现,我国高等教育、人力资本与科技创新发展水平呈现增长趋势,整体水平较低,高等教育发展最快,但在三系统中处于较为落后的状态;全国三系统耦合协调度有所提升,截至2021年达到勉强协调状态,整体水平依旧偏低;各省份耦合协调度差异较大且持续存在,整体上呈现“东部>中部>东北>西部”的空间特征与梯度格局;2022—2026年耦合协调度有所增长,大致延续了2010—2021年的变化趋势,短期内难以实现跨越式发展,且地区差异依然存在。为此,我国需要发挥高等教育核心枢纽的支撑作用,依托新质人才培养促进“三位一体”融合发展;政府要在宏观战略上统筹“三大战略”,形成“三位一体”螺旋发展合力;各地区要明确内外差异与发展重点,因地制宜促进区域协调发展。

科教融汇及思政育人新路径——食品包装技术课程创新实验设计

在前期研究基础上,为食品包装技术实验课开设了明胶-淀粉复合膜制备和性能评估实验,引入绿色包装材料最新科研成果,紧贴社会热点环境保护,结合食品专业多学科知识,涵盖产品研发全过程,全方位渗透思想政治教育。实验包括学生自行筛选复合膜配方、进行质量评估和数据分析、撰写论文模式实验报告。3年的教学实践表明,该课程设计创新性强、综合性高、学生认可度高且教学成果丰富,能极大激发学生实验兴趣和培养正确思想价值。

我国高等教育、人力资本、科技创新与区域经济耦合协调的时序演变及空间集聚性分析

高等教育、人力资本、科技创新与区域经济耦合协调既是实现中国式现代化的战略支撑,也是加快释放人才质量红利、推动我国经济转向人才创新驱动的动力保障。通过实证分析对2010—2020年31个省份四系统发展水平及耦合协调度进行评价。研究发现:全国与各省份高等教育、科技、人力与经济等四系统发展水平整体上升,其中,经济增幅最大,人力资本增幅最小,高等教育受扩招影响提升缓慢,科技创新整体上涨但波动剧烈。在观测期内,全国四系统耦合呈东部最高、中部次之、西部最低的发展态势,并呈东部高-高集聚与西部低-低集聚的空间分异特征。北京、上海、广东、江苏与浙江耦合等级和等级提升均高居全国前列,马太效应突出。截至2020年,中西部各省份均处于“勉强协调及以下”水平,其中,17个省份四系统耦合濒临失调或轻度失调。应坚持系统观念,创新协同发展机制;加快高等教育结构优化调整,推进区域高等教育差异化发展;加大人力资本投入,激活中西部人口质量红利。

科教融汇视域下创新创业型技术技能人才培养模式的探索与实践——以广东轻工职业技术学院为例

高职院校应充分认识教育、科技、人才的协同关系,开展科教融汇育人探索。沿着“汇什么”“怎么汇”“如何解决融汇难题”的主线,广东轻工职业技术学院精细化工技术专业团队从育人标准研制、育人平台搭建、育人路径构筑、育人措施实施和保障机制构建等多方面进行了科教融汇培养创新创业型技术技能人才的探索与实践,以此为职业院校提供新范式。

数字经济对现代化产业体系建设的影响研究

现代化产业体系是现代化国家的物质基础,建设现代化产业体系对实现经济高质量发展、推动中国式现代化进程具有重要意义。利用2011—2021年我国30个省级行政区的面板数据,结合稳健性检验、内生性检验、中介效应检验和异质性检验等方法,实证分析数字经济对现代化产业体系的影响机制,为经济高质量发展奠定基础。研究发现:数字经济发展水平越高,现代化产业体系建设越完善;数字经济发展对现代化产业体系建设的推动作用在中西部地区和教育水平高的地区更为明显;绿色技术创新和产业结构升级在数字经济对现代化产业体系建设的影响中发挥中介作用。因此,应通过加强“两化”、推动绿色技术创新、优化产业结构等途径建设现代化产业体系,夯实中国式现代化的物质基础。

基于区块链的知识产权保护:激励教育创新的新途径

文章从基于区块链的知识产权保护在教育创新中的应用和影响出发,分析区块链技术在知识产权保护领域的优势和实际应用案例。通过对项目的效果评估和反馈,指出基于区块链的知识产权保护项目在提高版权保护效率、增强版权保护透明度和可追溯性、鼓励创新和合作等方面取得了一定的成果。然而,这些项目在技术成熟度、法律法规与政策支持、社会认知和接受度、跨境协作与执法等方面仍面临一些挑战。文章最后总结基于区块链的知识产权保护在教育创新中的重要性,对教育创新和发展的积极影响以及推动教育领域的技术应用与变革。在未来,随着区块链技术的不断发展和完善,基于区块链的知识产权保护将为教育领域带来更多的创新和机遇。

浙江省高等职业教育、科技创新与新兴产业耦合协调发展路径研究

研究构建高等职业教育、科技创新与新兴产业评价体系,运用熵值法与耦合协调度模型,对2016—2021年浙江省高等职业教育、科技创新与新兴产业测算得分,对其两两交互以及三者共同的耦合协调展开分析,而后采用障碍度模型,诊断影响三者共同耦合协调度的障碍因子。结果表明:浙江省高等职业教育、科技创新与新兴产业综合得分分别波动上升至良好、中等偏上与优秀水平,发展经历低水平科技创新领先、中等水平高等职业教育领先、中高水平新兴产业领先等三个阶段;浙江省高等职业教育、科技创新与新兴产业两两交互和三者共同的耦合度均呈现良性共振耦合中相互促进的转变,耦合协调度均由失调衰退上升至优质耦合协调;影响三者共同耦合协调度的障碍因子分别是高等职业教育中的人员集聚、教师科研、资源保障和就业发展,科技创新中的投资投入、科技成果和行业扩散,新兴产业中的产业利润、新产品绩效和产业创新。最后,提出浙江省高等职业教育、科技创新与新兴产业协调共进的相关建议。

近十年美国高等教育改革及其核心特征

近十年美国高等教育面临着来自国际和国内的双重压力。为此,美国围绕拓宽弱势群体入学机会、推进高等教育数字化转型、重视高等STEM教育、优化科技创新战略和提升全球文化胜任力五大维度开展了一系列改革。美国高等教育改革呈现出一贯的忧患意识、竞争意识与创新意识,主要特征如下:提升高等教育包容性、多样性与可负担性;将科技创新人才培养和前沿科技研发与转化作为政策的重中之重;打通部门间壁垒,完善高等教育生态。

区域职业教育与科创产业联动发展的内在逻辑、现实困境及应对策略

科创产业的跨界进阶,使智能机器成为有“智慧”的“能工巧匠”,替代人类劳动的形式日趋多样、边界日趋宽广,为强化人在技术逻辑层面的主体地位,预防大规模“技术性失业”,加快职业教育与科创产业的联动发展成为值得探讨的新路径。职业教育与科创产业联动发展主要表现为科技创新的技能化和技能升级的科技化,推动二者的联动发展,需要运用结构联动—功能联动—价值联动的系统思维,实施科技创新与技能升级双轮驱动,着力解决职业教育与科创产业目标错位、机制失衡、价值偏离的困境,全面促进区域职业教育整体布局与经济社会的和谐发展,这既是教育资源配置的理论问题,也是教育服务民生的实践问题。
