Research on the Operation Mechanism and Promotion Path of Crowdfunding for Rural Tourism

This paper studies the operation mechanism of crowdfunding for rural tourism from three aspects:the main body of crowdfunding for rural tourism,driving factors and operating stage.At the same time,this paper analyzes the operation risk of crowdfunding for rural tourism from five aspects:legal risk,information asymmetry risk,capital security risk,interest subject conflict risk and industry development risk.It also puts forward measures and suggestions on the promotion of crowdfunding for rural tourism from four aspects:improving market awareness,providing professional services,issuing relevant laws and regulations and regulating the development of the industry.

Research Progress of Mechanism of Action of Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria

The paper first introduces the definition and classification of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria （PGPR）, then reviews the research achievements on the mechanism of action of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria, including growth pro-moting mechanism and bio-control mechanism, subsequently lists the use of excel-lent plant growth promoting rhizobacteria strains in recent years, especial y Pseu-domonas and Bacil us strains, and final y discusses problems existing in this area and points out issues requiring further exploration, including PGPR screening meth-ods, preservation methods, mechanism of action, in order to commercialize PGPR as soon as possible and practical y realize its application to production.

Role and Mechanism of Functional Components in Promoters for Enhancing FCC Propylene Yield

Phosphorus （P） and metal （M） components were incorporated into promoters for enhancing FCC propylene yield, and the reactive behavior of promoters, before and after modification, were investigated. The results showed that both LPG and propylene yields were increased, and propylene selectivity was improved after the incorporation of P or M into the matrix, resulting in an increased C3 to C4 ratio in LPG during FCC process. But the sole incorporation of M into the matrix also led to an increase in coke and H2 yields on the other hand. Simultaneous modification of the matrix by P and M components resulted in more enhancement in propylene yield and selectivity along with little influence on FCC product distribution. Physico-chemical characterizations and model compound reactions were used to assist in analyzing the mechanism for improving propylene selectivity. Two types of active centers could strengthen the oligomerization of C4 olefins in LPG and these oligomers could be further cracked into C3 olefins on ZSM-5 zeolite, therefore maximizing the ratio of C3 to C4 in liquefied petroleum gas obtained during FCC process.

Strengthening Mechanisms to Promote Tourists' Environmental Responsible Behaviors in the Context of All-for-One Tourism

The overall promotion of all-for-one tourism requires tourists' civilized behaviors. This paper focused on tourists' environmental responsible behaviors in the context of all-for-one tourism. On the basis of clarifying the connotation, dimension and driving factors of tourists' environmental responsible behaviors, this paper firstly analyzed the relationship between all-for-one tourism and tourists' environmental responsible behaviors, and proposed that the development of all-for-one tourism was an important path to optimize and upgrade China's tourism industry and a new concept of sustainable development of tourism industry. The emergence of all-for-one tourism has formed a new tourism trend, which will drive tourists to behave more civilly. Tourists' environmental responsible behaviors are a "subject and share" concept, and from tourists' point of view, all-for-one tourism development is the most basic requirement. Secondly, based on the theory of "value-belief-norm", this paper focused on the strengthening mechanism of "interaction effect" between all-for-one tourism and tourists' environmental responsible behaviors, and put forward the idea of "double internalization strengthening" to guide tourists' environmental responsible behaviors from being passive to active, from individuals to groups. Finally, this paper discussed the promotion of environmental responsible behaviors of tourist's specific strategies from two aspects, "external drive" and "internal drive" to enhance the level of all-for-one tourism construction and strengthen the environment responsibility of tourists. "External drives" were as follows:(1) to make a scientific development plan to implement the "host and guest sharing" mechanism;(2) to optimize the landscape, the environment, services, enhance the local attachment of visitors;(3) to improve the infrastructure system, pay attention to the details of visitors' experience;(4) to strengthen environment education and publicity, deepening the quality of tourists' civilization construction, and strengthen the environmental responsible behaviors of tourists. "Internal drives" were as follows:(1) to strengthen the sense of environmental responsibility of tourists;(2) to establish a model of environmental responsible behaviors;(3) to strengthen the supervision of environmental responsible behaviors.

MECHANISM OF PROMOTING EFFECTS OF RIBOFLAVIN DEFICIENCY ON CARCINOGENESIS OF NITROSAMINES (EFFECTS ON RAT LIVER GLUTATHIONE CONTENT)

The effects of riboflavin deficiency and simultaneously nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) given by gastric intubation on the hepatic glutathione (GSH) content were examined in rats. On different days of the experiment, hepatic GSH content of the riboflavin deficient rats decreased to 55-61% of the control rats. When NDMA was given 6 mg kg by gastric intubation to riboflavin deficient rats, hepatic GSH content decreased markedly to 39-43% of the control rats. After supplying riboflavin, hepatie GSH content of the deficient rats recovered to the level of the control rats. These results suggest that alterations of rat hepatic GSH content during riboflavin deficiency may imply as one of the promoting effects of riboflavin deficiency on the carcinogenesis of nitrosamines.

Study on the Promoting Mechanism of Teachers'Ethics Internalization in Universities

On the basis of clarifying the teachers'Ethics internalization theory,this paper analyzes the typical dilemma in teachers'Ethics internalization.To resolve these problems,this paper construct an overall framework,including security mechanism,normative mechanism,education mechanism,evaluation mechanism and supervision mechanism,which the external conditions are used to constantly strengthen the moral needs of the subject,then enhance the consciousness of moral internalization,improve the effectiveness of teachers'moral construction.

Revealing the unexpected promotion effect of EuO_x on Pt/CeO_2 catalysts for catalytic combustion of toluene

Pt/Eu2O3-CeO2 materials with different Eu concentrations were prepared and applied to toluene destruction,and the remarkable promotion impact of EuOx on Pt/CeO2 can be observed.The characterization results reveal that the presence of EuOx significantly enhances the redox property,lattice O concentration,and Ce3+ ratio of the Pt/CeO2 material,which facilitates the dispersion and activity of Pt active sites and thus accelerates the decomposition process of toluene.Among all catalysts,a sample with an Eu content of 2.5 at.%(Pt/EC-2.5)possesses the best catalytic activity with 0.09 vol% of toluene completely destructed at 200 ℃ under a relatively high GHSV of 50000 h^-1.The possible reaction pathway and mechanism of toluene combustion over Pt/Eu2O3-CeO2 samples are presented according to in-situ DRIFTS,which confirms that the toluene oxidation process obeys the Mars-van Krevelen mechanism with aldehydes and ketones as primary organic intermediates.

An empirical study on the green effects of new energy vehicle promotion in the context of global carbon neutrality

In the context of global carbon neutrality,new energy vehicle promotion(NEVP)has become an important means of reducing carbon emissions.This paper constructs a theoretical model and uses panel data on NEVP in 21 countries from 2012 to 2018 to empirically examine the green effect of NEVP.The results indicate the following:(1)NEVP significantly reduces greenhouse gases emissions,and the green effect can be transmitted and diffused through a direct path.(2)Replacing fuel-fired vehicles and accelerating the end-of-life vehicle scrapping process significantly conducted the green effect,and aggravating traffic congestion was not statistically significant.(3)The transmission mechanism of the green effect is regulated by regional economic heterogeneity.In regions with better development of fuel-fired vehicles,the transmission of the green effect is subject to the elimination of fuel-fired vehicles and traffic congestion governance,and the transmission efficiency is low.However,regions with a relatively weak fuel-fired automobile industry foundation show a strong“advantage of backwardness”,and the green effect is more prominent.This means that global NEVP should be further accelerated to achieve the green effect and the goal of global carbon neutrality.

Motivation Mechanism of Kucong People in Economic Transition

Based on introduction of economic transition of Kucong people, this paper presents two motivation mechanisms, namely, political pulling and economic promotion. For political pulling, it is required to build grass-roots government service system in Zhemi Town and promote economic transition from external side; strengthen leadership of Party Committee of Zhemi Town in grass-roots government; enhance construction of grass-roots government in Zhemi Town; and regulate relationship between grass-roots government and village committee of Zhemi Town. For economic promotion, it is proposed to set up collective producers' cooperatives and promote economic transition of Kucong people from internal side. By taking pilot of Liuliu xinzhai Village production cooperative as an example, it puts forward that new production working cooperatives should be established to solve Kucong people's problem of not good at working separately. It is proposed to cultivate their agricultural activities through collectivization, promote development of its backward productivity, and strive for permanent residence and sustainable development of agriculture on the basis of economic development, finally to realize social development of Kucong people.

以糖厂为主体的甘蔗机收推进模式

近年来,我国甘蔗种植面积逐年减少,切段式甘蔗联合收获机保有量大幅增加,机收率却多年低位徘徊。针对这一问题,本文从方法论视角阐明当前甘蔗产业生产关系与新质生产力之间的矛盾,是机收推进缓慢的主要原因。提出以提高甘蔗产业的竞争力和促进产业可持续发展为目标,调整甘蔗产业当前生产关系,将当前生产关系中的各方组成机收推进联合体,构建以糖厂为主体的机收推进模式。该模式以免费或低价机收为杠杆,糖厂组织、协调、管理甘蔗机械化生产,实现了糖厂有稳定优质蔗源、机收组织效益稳定、蔗农获得免费(或低价)砍收甘蔗,达到多方共赢,有利于稳定甘蔗种植面积和甘蔗产业可持续发展。以该模式为抓手,建立试点并推广应用,在当前条件下,有望打破目前机收推进缓慢僵局,实现甘蔗机收快速推进。

盐胁迫下微生物在发酵食品中耐盐及促发酵机制研究进展

随着生理学结合多组学技术的应用,将实现盐胁迫下发酵微生物耐盐及促发酵机制的精准解析,为有效调控盐卤发酵、实现传统发酵食品风味提升奠定基础。文章综述了发酵食品中常见的耐盐微生物、主要耐盐机制、高盐环境中的促发酵特性以及研究耐盐及促发酵机制的方法,并对其未来发展方向进行了展望。

网络思想政治教育仪式的建构与优化——以“带着国旗去旅行”全民网络活动为例

网络思想政治教育仪式的开展已成为信息化时代思想政治教育发展的重要趋势。“带着国旗去旅行”全民网络爱国活动,以生活叙事活化爱国话语,以数字化+仪式营造爱国活动的共联共境,以寓意驱动建构情感共同体,通过创新性的仪式展演流程和数字化仪式展演手段,成功地将爱国情感融入网络空间,引起参与者的强烈共鸣。该活动从仪式符号运用、仪式时空构建、仪式展演形式、仪式传播模式四个方面成功地将教育仪式与互联网相结合,实现了全民网络爱国活动的仪式化建构。为提升网络思想政治教育仪式实效,可从以下方面进一步优化:创新仪式符号话语表现形态、拓展仪式时空、促进仪式教育资源融合共进、扩展仪式传播的多维创新空间。

对有力推进乡村全面振兴的思考

有力有效推进乡村全面振兴,如何确保“有力”是需要最先解决的问题。本文构建了中央、地方、市场社会和农村农户四类主体在推进乡村全面振兴中的互动机制。这四类主体内生和外在的力量构成决策力、探索力、创新力、内生动力以及领导力、执行力、协同力、反馈力八个方面的力度体系。因此,有力推进乡村全面振兴,需要以党的全面领导、法治化、规范化、利益联动、农民组织化等路径激活乡村全面振兴中各类主体的力量,形成中央有力引领、地方有力执行、市场社会协同参与、农民主体推动的乡村全面振兴推进新格局,落实2024年中央“一号文件”的各项部署目标和重点任务。

活血化瘀治疗冠脉微循环障碍的研究进展

冠状动脉微循环障碍广泛存在于多种心血管疾病中,与左室重构、心血管事件密切相关。本病病机演变以血瘀为核心,活血化瘀法可改善患者冠状动脉血流储备及微循环阻力指数,对于冠状动脉微循环障碍具有良好的治疗效果。机制方面,活血化瘀诸法可调节冠状动脉微血管功能障碍的诸多关键病理生理环节:如,活血化瘀可有效抑制炎症、氧化应激及血栓形成;活血化痰可保护血管内皮;益气活血能改善能量代谢;补肾活血促进血管新生、建立冠脉侧支循环。应用现代科学深入挖掘活血化瘀诸法治疗本病的机制,或为解决本病治疗提供新的思路。

广东丘陵山地荔枝园宜机化改造现状及发展对策

丘陵山地荔枝园立地条件差、种植模式不规范,不适合农业机械应用,可通过宜机化改造来为果园机械作业创造条件。近几年来广东围绕丘陵山地荔枝果园宜机化改造开展了一定规模的实践,但仍然处于边试验边探索的阶段。总结了广东丘陵山地荔枝园改造现状及面临的问题,提出丘陵山地荔枝果园宜机化改造项目存在目标不明、内容不详、相关指标与参数不统一、从业人员知识结构落后等问题,制约了其进一步发展。总结丘陵山地荔枝果园的宜机化改造经验,发现选择合适的改造目标、合理制定改造计划、加强投入后绩效测算是改造成功的基本条件,建议可通过“政策宣传、标准先行、以点带面”等分步推进的手段提高丘陵山地荔枝果园宜机化改造速率,以期为全国其他丘陵山区农机化发展提供动力和样板。

文化消费提升的内涵机制、城市趋势与路径选择——以成都市为例

我国正从“生产社会”向“消费社会”转型。文化消费是文化经济的重要构成,是形成新质生产力的内生动力。进入新发展阶段,我国社会主要矛盾发生转变,城市文化消费迎来新一轮提质扩容机遇。从消费行为发生的视角看,文化消费通过消费意愿触发、消费偏好优化、消费群体波及三大机制实现整体水平提升。当前,城市文化消费呈现出需求个性化圈层化、方式数字化智能化、群体低龄化老龄化的趋势,文化消费水平成为城市现代化的重要表征。文章以成都市为例,分析了城镇居民文化消费的现状特征,指出未来应从促进收入增长与经济增长同步、综合施策促进文化消费、扩大优质产品供给、培育新兴消费市场、提升公共文化服务品质五个方面入手,进一步增强文化消费能力、优化文化消费环境、培养文化消费偏好、提升文化消费层次、壮大文化消费群体。
