The fluorescence intensity of NCDs-MPH system was proportional to PM concentration in the range of 2.38–73.78 mmol/L, with a detection limit of 0.338 mmol/L. Moreover, the present simple and facile method could be used to determine methyl parathion in environmental and agricultural samples successfully.Furthermore, the detection mechanism of this system is inner filter effect and molecular interactions between NCDs and p-nitrophenol, which is the hydrolysis product of PM catalyzed by methyl parathion hydrolase.展开更多
