Problem Analysis and Effective Strategies of Ecological Civilization Education for Undergraduates in the New Age

The ecological civilization in the new age is one important aspect for undergraduates.We must enhance the concept of their civilization and improve the quality of civilization.Carrying out ecological civilization education in colleges and universities has a practical significance for enriching the contents of ideological and political education to realize their all-round development.Nowadays,some undergraduates lack awareness of ecological civilization and ignore its importance.For this reason,undergraduates need to pay attention to ecological civilization and improve their own ecological civilization literacy to promote the all-round development in qualities in the new age.This paper mainly analyzes the current problems in undergraduates’ecological civilization education and explores effective strategies to solve the current problems in undergraduates’ecological civilization education.The strategies include integrating ecological civilization resources,innovating methods of ecological civilization,strengthening ecological educator team construction,embodying ecological culture in campus construction and creating the atmosphere,emphasizing innovative practices for ecological civilization,strengthening publicity of social-ecological civilization,and attaching importance to family education of ecological civilization.

A Model for Conducting Strategy Training

Effective learning is not merely a matter of an individual having a high IQ. What appears to be important is the learners＇ ability to respond to the particular learning situation and to manage their learning in an appropriate way. Studies of successful and unsuccessful learners show that people who succeed in learning have developed a range of strategies from which they are able to select those that are most appropriate for a particular problem, to adapt them flexibly for the needs of the specific situation, and to monitor their level of success. Based on the assumption that integrating strategies into foreign language teaching is both valuable and achievable and that their accomplishment can enhance independent foreign language learning, this paper offered a model of strategy-based instruction, which includes both explicit and implicit integration of strategies into classroom instruction.

Coercivity Ageing Effect on FePt Nanoparticles in Mesoporous Silica via Stepwise Synthesis Strategy

FePt nanoparticles in mesoporous silica are fabricated by a simple stepwise synthesis strategy.A pre-annealing temperature-dependent coercivity-ageing effect in FePt nanoparticles is observed at room temperature.For facecentered cubic（fcc）structured FePt nanoparticles,the ageing effect is sensitive to the pre-annealing temperature,especially when the temperature is close to the phase-transition.The special magnetic behavior of FePt nanoparticles reveals that the physical properties gradually change between fee and face-centered tetragonal structures,and will deepen our understanding of the mechanism of such magnetism in FePt nanoparticles.

Recent Research Progress of Anode Materials for Potassium-ion Batteries

The next-generation smart grid for the storage and delivery of renewable energy urgently needs to develop a low-cost and rechargeable energy storage technology beyond lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).Owing to the abundance of potassium(K) resources and the similar electrochemical performance to that of LIBs,potassium-ion batteries(PIBs) have been attracted considerable interest in recent years,and significant progress has been achieved concerning the discovery of high-performance electrode materials for PIBs.This review especially summarizes the latest research progress regarding anode materials for PIBs,including carbon materials,organic materials,alloys,metal-based compounds,and other new types of compounds.The reversible K-ion storage principle and the electrochemical performance(i.e.,capacity,potential,rate capability,and cyclability) of these developed anode materials are summarized.Furthermore,the challenges and the corresponding effective strategies to enhance the battery performance of the anode materials are highlighted.Finally,prospects of the future development of high-performance anode materials for PIBs are discussed.

Research on the Teaching of “Mandarin” Course in Preschool Education Major Under the Occupational Activity Orientation

Along with the increasing demand for kindergarten teachers,as the cradle of talent training,the secondary vocational schools are required to reasonably formulate educational talent training plans according to the needs of social talents,optimize and adjust the teaching of preschool education courses,and improve the effectiveness of education and teaching.Referring to the teaching of the“Mandarin”course in preschool education,the secondary vocational schools need to achieve the following functions,namely,analyze the issues existing in the course teaching according to the results of teaching practice,and then explore the teaching improvement path of“Mandarin”course based on professional activity orientation in line with the“employment-oriented,service-oriented”career education goals,in order to improve the effectiveness of this teaching.

Strategies to Effectively Dock Professional Music Performance Skills Teaching and Stage Practice

Music performance major requires students to have rich experience in professional stage practice.Therefore,in the process of promoting the teaching of music performance,the effective connection between the teaching of professional music performance skills and professional stage experience practice needs to be emphasized.With professional experience in teaching practice,this article analyzes the course teaching and stage practice of music performance,suggesting several problems in the current teaching methods,and from different angles,this article suggests countermeasures to effectively dock professional skills teaching with stage practice in hope to provide practical reference for relevant professionals so as to better cultivate and improve students’comprehensive application ability in music performance.

A Research on How to Motivate Freshmen and Promote Their Autonomy in Learning English in Junior Middle Schools

This research intends to examine the potential factors that influence the motivation-intrinsic or extrinsic-of freshmen in junior middle schools,hoping to find some effective strategies to motivate them to learn and promote their autonomy in learning English.Data were collected from 204 students randomly selected from an experimental class by using closed-ended questionnaires.The qualitative results were derived from classroom observations and interviews with five primary school teachers and two junior middle school teachers.The findings provide evidence on the factors that might influence students’motivation;meanwhile,intrinsic motivation and autonomy can be boosted with the full-scale implementation of several effective motivational strategies.
