By constructing a model,this study seeks to provide suggestions for strengthening pre-service teachers’informatization teaching ability.It aims to answer the following research questions:(1)What do the pre-service teachers know about informatization instruction?What is their level of informatization teaching ability?(2)What factors influence pre-service teachers’ability to deliver informatization instruction?How to overcome the obstacles?The inquiry focuses on the theoretical exploration of informatization teaching ability,questionnaire,and interview analysis on the current condition and improvement of pre-service teachers’informatization teaching ability.The data from the questionnaire and interview of the pre-service teachers were evaluated from three dimensions:awareness and attitude towards informatization teaching,knowledge of informatization teaching,and the ability to apply informatization teaching skills innovatively and comprehensively.The 3S-7D(Three Subjects and Seven Duties)model consisting of three subjects and the seven duties that go with them is established.The three subjects include pre-service teachers,teacher educators,and higher education schools.The seven duties involve pre-service teachers demonstrating learning motivation,cross-discipline thinking,and information and communications technology mastery;teacher educators actively constructing informatization teaching practice and formative assessment;and higher education schools providing adequate hardware and software equipment while offering cooperative opportunities with primary and junior schools through institutionalization. 展开更多

Based on the element geochemistry and biomarkers of the oil shale from the Chang 7 sub-unit in the southern Ordos Basin,the depositional conditions and organic source of the oil shale are discussed.Biomarkers analyses show that the oil shale has a homologous organic matter source,with a mix of plankton and advanced plants.U/Th and V/Ni ratios suggest that the redox condition is dominated by a reducing condition,and the degree of anoxia in the Tongchuan area is higher than that of the Xunyi area.Sr/Ba ratios illustrate that the oil shale is deposited in fresh water and the paleosalinity in the Tongchuan area is slightly higher.Fe/Ti ratios imply that the Tongchuan area underwent obvious hydrothermal fluid activities.Sr/Cu ratios show warm and humid paleoclimate in both areas.As assessed by(La/Yb)NASC,the deposition rate in the Tongchuan area is relatively lower.Fe/Co and Th/U ratios suggest that the paleo-water-depth in the Tongchuan area is deeper.The source rock could have the advance plants source,which must have close relationship with the Qinling orogeny.Comparing the paleoenvironment,the Tongchuan area has better depositional conditions,and is the key oil shale exploration area in the southern Ordos Basin. 展开更多

In this paper a novel 7-lump kinetic model is proposed to describe residual oil catalytic cracking, in which coke is lumped separately for accurate prediction. The reactor block is modeled as a combination of an ideal pipe flow reactor (PFR) and a continuously stirred tank reactor (CSTR). Unit factors are designed to correct the deviation between model predictions and practical plant data and tuned by modified Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm. The parameters estimated are reliable and good agreement between the model predictions and plant observations is observed. The model helps us get good insight into the per- formance of an industrial riser reactor that would be useful for optimization of residual oil catalytic cracking. 展开更多

If σ≤1, the disease free equilibrium is globally stab le. If σ>1, a unique endemic equilibrium is locally asymptotically stable. For two important special cases of mass action incidence and standard incidence, global stability of the endemic equilibrium is proved provided the threshold is larger than unity. Six main public domain water quality models which are presently available for Rivers and streams are being captured in this article. These main models could produce important results if they are used in the correct manner, because they are different in terms of assumptions, strength and weaknesses, processes they represent, modeling capability and data in-put requirements. The Model review discussed includes, water quality analysis simulation program (WASP7), simulation catchment (SIMCAT), quality simulation along Rivers (QUASAR), and the temporal overall model for catchment (TOMCAT), QUAL2KW, QUAL2EU. The models are described individually according to a consistent set of criteria-conceptualization, model capability, model strengths, limitations, input data and how it utilized. The outcome showed that TOMCAT and SIMCAT are important in ASSESSING effect of point sources in a very simple way. The QUAL2KW, unlike the QUAL2EU where macrophytes play a major interaction, it can convert algal death to carbonaceous Bio-chemical Oxygen Demand (CBOD), thereby making it more suitable. In addition to the extensive requirement of data, it is expensive and time consuming to set up these complex models such as QUASAR and WASP7. Therefore, one model cannot be used for all the required functionalities. Choosing a model would depend on a specific application, financial cost and time availability. This article may be of help in choosing a suitable model for a specific water quality problem. 展开更多

The main components of the description scheme are generic model, objects and object features. The proposed description scheme is illustrated and exemplified by Extensible Markup Language. It aims at clarity and flexibility to support MPEG\|7 applications such as query and edit. We demonstrate its feasibility and efficiency by presenting applications: Digital Broadcasting and Edit System (DEBS) and Non\|linear Edit System (NLES) that already used the generic structure or will greatly benefit from it. 展开更多

EMR2 is an EGF-like module containing mucin-like hormone receptor-2 precursor, a G-protein coupled receptor (G-PCR). Mutation in EMR2 causes complicated disorders like polycystic kidney disease (PKD). The structure of EMR2 shows that the fifth domain is comprised of EGF-TM7 helices. Functional assignment of EMR2 by support vector machine (SVM) revealed that along with transporter activity, several novel functions are predicted. A twenty amino acid sequence "MGGRVFLVFLAFCVWLTLPG" acts as the signal peptide responsible for post- translational transport. Eight amino acids are involved in N-glycosylation sites and two cleavage sites are LeuS17 and SerS18 in EMR2. The residue Arg241 is responsible for interaction with glycosaminoglycan and chondroitin sulfate. On the basis of structure, function and ligand binding sites, competitive EMR2 inhibitors designed may decrease the rate of human diseases like Usher's syndrome, bilateral frontoparietal polymicrogyria and PKD. 展开更多

Objective: To establish a mouse model of skin squamous cell carcinoma induced by high dose 7, 12-dimethyl-benzodiazepine [a] anthracene, and to provide experimental basis for the prevention and treatment of skin squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: 36 BALB/c mice were randomly divided into 3 groups, respectively is: the high dose group (group A), low dose group (group B), and blank control group (group c), recorded in the process of building body weight in mice, and skin changes back, local skin tissue for building after HE staining of PCNA immunohistochemical staining, and the expression of PCNA positive staining level as reflected in mice skin squamous cell carcinoma of the malignant indicators, using the Image Pro Plus calculation PCNA staining of integral optical density (IOD) and positive area, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: at 12 weeks, there were statistically significant differences in tumor number and tumor volume between group A and group B (P<0.05), and the tumor bearing rate was up to 83.3% and 66.7%, and the incidence of SCC was up to 75% and 33.3%. Immunohistochemical analysis showed statistical differences in IOD and positive area of mice in groups A, B and C (P<0.01). Conclusion: compared with the mouse model of skin squamous cell carcinoma established by the traditional two-stage protocol, this model has the characteristics of shorter experimental period, higher tumor formation rate and easier operation, providing a reliable experimental basis for the study of skin squamous cell carcinoma. 展开更多

Effective storage of healthcare information is the foundation of the rapid development of electronic health recorder (EHR). This paper presents a research on the data model of EHR storage, focusing on solving the complex and abstract information model and data types in HL7 V3(Health Level 7 Version 3.0) as well as HL7 localizing storage. Using health-care information exchange and sharing standards may settle the problem of interoperability between heterogeneous systems. HL7 is the most widely accepted and used standard. HL7 standardizes the information format in the process of transmission. Nevertheless, it can not guide the storage of health-care data directly. HL7 V3 developed an abstract information model-reference information model (RIM) and data types in it are complex. In this paper, we propose an approach on converting from the abstract HL7 V3 information model to the relational data model. Our approach resolves RIM's complex relationships and its data types and localizes the HL7 V3. 展开更多

The present paper describes modelling methodology on the basis of Siemens SIPROTEC 4 7SD522/610. 为支撑海河流域特大洪水的决策及预报预警工作,基于实测降水与流量资料,采用新安江-海河模型对海河流域2023年7月发生特大洪水的大清河2个典型小流域——紫荆关流域和漫水河流域进行了洪水模拟,并选取紫荆关流域1996—2020年5场洪水、... 为支撑海河流域特大洪水的决策及预报预警工作,基于实测降水与流量资料,采用新安江-海河模型对海河流域2023年7月发生特大洪水的大清河2个典型小流域——紫荆关流域和漫水河流域进行了洪水模拟,并选取紫荆关流域1996—2020年5场洪水、漫水河流域1953—2016年8场洪水进行了参数率定,选取海河“23·7”流域性特大洪水进行了验证。结果表明:新安江-海河模型对“23·7”流域性特大洪水的模拟精度较高,可反映实际洪水过程,两个小流域洪峰、洪量模拟的相对误差均在20%以内,峰现时间误差均为0 h;相较于受人类活动影响小的紫荆关流域,在受人类活动影响更大的漫水河流域,新安江-海河模型的模拟效果较新安江模型的模拟效果提升更为明显。 展开更多

海河流域北三河系覆盖北京、天津、河北三省(直辖市),其防洪安全事关当地社会经济发展。为有效应对气候变化影响下极端暴雨频发所带来的洪水防御新挑战,提出了一种时空双维度流域性洪水复盘新思路,以“23·7”北三河系较大洪水为例... 海河流域北三河系覆盖北京、天津、河北三省(直辖市),其防洪安全事关当地社会经济发展。为有效应对气候变化影响下极端暴雨频发所带来的洪水防御新挑战,提出了一种时空双维度流域性洪水复盘新思路,以“23·7”北三河系较大洪水为例,通过构建时空变源分布式水文模型结合暴雨时空统计分析对全河系洪水的发生、发展过程进行了模拟。模拟结果的确定性系数均大于0.7,洪峰相对误差均小于5%,所建模型可以较好地表征此次洪水的产流机制变化。分析发现,此次洪水过程中北运河流域产流以蓄满产流机制为主,潮白河流域产流则蓄满及混合产流两种机制均有体现,特别是靠近降雨集中区的山区平原过渡地带表现出明显的混合产流机制。建议在未来进一步完善流域防洪体系,重点提升该区域的水雨情监测能力。所提出的时空双维度下的流域性洪水复盘分析方法可为今后其他流域级洪水模拟复盘提供技术参考。 展开更多

鄂尔多斯盆地长7深水沉积是大型坳陷湖盆深水重力流的典型代表。基于多口取心井厘米级岩心描述和测录井、薄片资料,对长7深水重力流沉积的类型、特征、流体性质和沉积演化过程进行探索。明确深水沉积包括4种类型:深湖泥页岩沉积、滑塌... 鄂尔多斯盆地长7深水沉积是大型坳陷湖盆深水重力流的典型代表。基于多口取心井厘米级岩心描述和测录井、薄片资料,对长7深水重力流沉积的类型、特征、流体性质和沉积演化过程进行探索。明确深水沉积包括4种类型:深湖泥页岩沉积、滑塌沉积、砂质碎屑流沉积、浊流沉积。剖面上三角洲前缘砂体在外力触发条件下发生滑塌,转变为砂质碎屑流,最终演化为浊流。平面上三角洲前缘坡折带末端发育大面积砂质碎屑流舌状体,其前端的浊流沉积呈扇状分布。鄂尔多斯盆地晚三叠世独特的构造背景、气候条件以及强烈的造山活动,造就了鄂尔多斯盆地特有的重力流沉积模式。砂质碎屑流和浊流砂体分别对应长7页岩油的一类、二类砂体,具有近源成藏的优势,油气资源量可观,目前已产生规模效益。 展开更多

基于高分7号卫星DEM的坡度坡长计算精度评价 被引量:2

[目的]坡度和坡长作为重要的地形因子,其计算的准确性直接影响坡面土壤侵蚀模型的评价精度。高分7号卫星的高精度高程测量能力在地形因子的准确提取上具有较大潜力,期望能将其利用到坡度和坡长提取之中,实现对地形的准确表达。这需要对利用高分7号卫星DEM提取坡度坡长的结果进行精度评价。[方法]利用地形因子(LS)计算工具,对陕西省吴堡县4个小流域高分7号卫星、1∶10000地形图、激光雷达影像生成的DEM进行坡度、坡长的提取。采用相关系数(r)、相对偏差和绝对偏差作为评价指标,评价高分7号提取地形因子的精度。[结果]与激光雷达和1∶10000地形图的坡度和坡长相比,高分7号提取的流域平均坡度偏低7.50%~9.02%,坡长偏大1.83%~19.35%,但坡长和坡度分级的面积比例并不存在显著差异;高分7号提取的坡度结果偏差(16.46%~44.26%)明显小于坡长的偏差(75.25%~140.87%);高分7号所提取的坡度坡长在沟间地上的相对偏差(坡度15.48%~56.63%,坡长50.02%~130.79%)明显低于沟谷地(坡度21.28%~63.61%,坡长93.01%~192.51%)。[结论]利用高分7号DEM提取坡度坡长时,对于获取坡长坡度面积分级和对指定点的坡度提取时是可行的,而对于指定点的坡长提取时则结果不够可靠,在研究流域中坡长坡度的空间分布上具有较大优势,而提取具体某一位置处的坡长坡度时的优势则不明显。 展开更多
