BACKGROUND Spastic pelvic floor syndrome(SPFS)is a refractory pelvic floor disease characterized by abnormal(uncoordinated)contractions of the external anal sphincter and puborectalis muscle during defecation,resulting in rectal emptation and obstructive constipation.The clinical manifestations of SPFS are mainly characterized by difficult defecation,often accompanied by a sense of anal blockage and drooping.Manual defecation is usually needed during defecation.From physical examination,it is commonly observed that the patient's anal muscle tension is high,and it is difficult or even impossible to enter with his fingers.AIM To investigate the characteristics of anorectal pressure and botulinum toxin A injection combined with biofeedback in treating pelvic floor muscle spasm syndrome.METHODS Retrospective analysis of 50 patients diagnosed with pelvic floor spasm syndrome.All patients underwent pelvic floor surface electromyography assessment,anorectal dynamics examination,botulinum toxin type A injection 100 U intramuscular injection,and two cycles of biofeedback therapy.RESULTS After the botulinum toxin A injection combined with two cycles of biofeedback therapy,the patient's postoperative resting and systolic blood pressure were significantly lower than before surgery(P<0.05).Moreover,the electromyography index of the patients in the resting stage and post-resting stages was significantly lower than before surgery(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Botulinum toxin A injection combined with biofeedback can significantly reduce pelvic floor muscle tension in treating pelvic floor muscle spasm syndrome.Anorectal manometry is an effective method to evaluate the efficacy of treatment objectively.However,randomized controlled trials are needed. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Dysphagia,or swallowing disorder,is a common complication following stroke,significantly impacting patients'quality of life.Electromyographic biofeedback(EMGBF)therapy has emerged as a potential rehabilitation technique to improve swallowing function,but its efficacy in comparison with conventional treatments remains to be further explored.AIM To investigate the effects of different treatment intensities of EMGBF on swallowing function and motor speed after stroke.METHODS The participants were divided into three groups,all of which received routine neurological drug therapy and motor function rehabilitation training.On the basis of routine swallowing disorder training,the EMGBF group received additional EMGBF training,while the enhanced EMGBF group received two additional training sessions.Four weeks before and after treatment,the degree of swallowing disorder was evaluated using the degree of swallowing disorder score(VGF)and the Rosenbek penetration-aspiration scale(PAS).RESULTS Initially,there was no significant difference in VGF and PAS scores among the groups(P>0.05).After four weeks,all groups showed significant improvement in both VGF scores and PAS scores.Furthermore,the standardized swallowing assessment and videofluoroscopic dysphagia scale scores also improved significantly post-treatment,indicating enhanced swallowing function and motor function of the hyoid-bone laryngeal complex,particularly in the intensive EMGBF group.CONCLUSION EMGBF training is more effective than traditional swallowing training in improving swallowing function and the movement rate of the hyoid laryngeal complex in patients with post-stroke dysphagia. 展开更多

Abdominal and pelvic pain of psychogenic origin is a widespread, disabling, difficult to identify, and often inadequately treated medical condition. This condition is often associated with poor quality of life due to high pain interference with daily activities. Cognitive behavioral psychological therapy and neuromodulation with biofeedback are validated therapies for the treatment of this condition. Aim of the present research work is the validation of a therapeutic protocol that involves the use of both techniques in combination. 20 patients diagnosed with psychogenic abdominal pain, of both sexes, aged between 18 and 60 years who had not benefited from pharmacological therapies were enrolled. 10 patients were randomly assigned to the control group (psychological treatment only), another 10 patients were assigned to the study group (neuromodulation with biofeedback-Galvanic skin response-extinction in combination with psychological therapy). For both groups, the pain score, interference of pain with daily living activities, pain relief, and the share of anxiety associated with the pain condition were evaluated (pre- and post-treatment). The patients who underwent the combined treatment achieved statistically significant better scores than patients in the control group, respectively −4.9 ± 0.9 vs −1.0 ± 0.4 for Pain;−5.1 ± 1.1 vs −0.9 ± 0.3 for Interference with life;−7.2 ± 3.7 vs −2.2 ± 2.1 for HAMA;4.6 ± 1.2 vs 1.1 ± 0.6 for Relief. 展开更多

Objective:This paper focuses on the research and discussion of the efficacy of electromyographic biofeedback combined with swallowing training on post-stroke dysphagia.Methods:This study randomly sampled and analyzed 68 patients with post-stroke dysphagia from January 2023 to December 2023,34 cases of swallowing training intervention were grouped as the control group,and 34 cases of electromyography biofeedback combined with swallowing training intervention were grouped as the study group,and the clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients after receiving the two different modes of intervention were compared.Results:The swallowing function of patients in both groups improved,and the VFSS score of patients in the seminar group was significantly higher than that of the control group,indicating that the clinical efficacy of the seminar group was more significant.The nasal feeding tube extraction rate,extraction time,and quality of life scores of the seminar group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),which is of research value.Conclusion:For patients with post-stroke dysphagia,treatment with electromyography biofeedback combined with swallowing training mode can significantly improve their swallowing function.This effective intervention can not only shorten the time for patients to remove the nasal feeding tube but also help to improve the quality of life of patients,which is worth using. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the effect of psychological nursing combined with biofeedback on the rehabilitation of patients with anxiety disorders.Methods:100 patients with anxiety disorders in our hospital from January to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=50)and study group(n=50).The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given psychological nursing combined with biofeedback.The changes of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,symptom score,and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after nursing.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of SAS and SDS between the two groups,but after nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the degree of improvement in the study group was higher than that of the control group.Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05),but after nursing,the scores of stress,crying spells,tremor,and general discomfort in the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Besides,before nursing,there was no significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05),but after nursing,the scores of physical function,psychological activity,social ability,and material life in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the degree of improvement after nursing in the study group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Psychological nursing combined with biofeedback to promote the rehabilitation of patients with anxiety disorders effectively improves the negative emotion of patients,reduces stress,depression,tremor,and general discomfort,and improve the overall quality of life.Therefore,it is worth further popularization. 展开更多

Older individuals with macular diseases,such as age-related macular degeneration,experience central vision loss(CVL)due to degeneration of their photoreceptors and retinal cells.Patients with CVL may experience various vision impairments,including of visual acuity,fixation stability,contrast sensitivity,and stereoacuity.After CVL,most patients develop a preferred retinal locus outside the affected macular region,which serves as a new visual reference.In this review,we provide an overview of the visual function and impairment in individuals with CVL.In addition,the important role of biofeedback training on the visual function and activity of individuals with CVL is also reviewed.Accordingly,the location and development of the preferred retinal loci are discussed.Finally,this review discusses how to conduct biofeedback training to treat individuals with CVL. 展开更多

·AIM: To determine the impact of microperimetric biofeedback training(MBFT) on the quality of vision in patients with age-related macular degeneration(AMD).·METHODS: This study was a prospective, interventio... ·AIM: To determine the impact of microperimetric biofeedback training(MBFT) on the quality of vision in patients with age-related macular degeneration(AMD).·METHODS: This study was a prospective, interventional, comparative study with subjects of patients diagnosed with AMD in the National Eye Center Cicendo Eye Hospital, Indonesia. Patients were randomly divided into two groups, intervention and non-intervention with 18 patients in each group. The intervention group would receive six MBFT training sessions of 10-minute time duration each.·RESULTS: A statistically significant improvement of best corrected visual acuity(BCVA) was found after the intervention, from 1.24±0.416 to 0.83±0.242(log MAR;P<0.001). A statistically significant improvement for near vision acuity(NVA) was also observed, from 1.02±0.307 log MAR to 0.69±0.278 log MAR(P<0.001). In addition, reading rate increased, from 40.83±30.411 to 65.06±31.598 words/min(P<0.001). Similarly, a comparison of changes in BCVA, NVA, and reading rate between intervention and non-intervention groups showed a significant difference(P<0.001).·CONCLUSION: MBFT significantly and positively impacts visual acuity, NVA, and reading rate in patients with AMD. 展开更多

目的探讨平衡生物反馈训练对脑卒中足内翻患者的足底压力和平衡功能的作用。方法选择60例脑卒中足内翻患者,其中男性35例,女性25例;年龄50~58岁,平均年龄54.79岁;病程79~92 d,平均病程87.76 d;偏瘫左侧33例,右侧27例;脑梗死31例,脑出血2... 目的探讨平衡生物反馈训练对脑卒中足内翻患者的足底压力和平衡功能的作用。方法选择60例脑卒中足内翻患者,其中男性35例,女性25例;年龄50~58岁,平均年龄54.79岁;病程79~92 d,平均病程87.76 d;偏瘫左侧33例,右侧27例;脑梗死31例,脑出血29例。随机选择30例作为对照组,另外30例为试验组。对照组和试验组都进行综合训练,试验组在此基础上进行平衡生物反馈训练。两组连续训练8周,每周5 d,每天2次,每次共60 min。选用美国Tekscan公司的Footscan三维动态足底压力步态分析系统。在治疗前和治疗后8周,对患者的足底压力和平衡运动学参数进行对比。结果在足底压力方面,治疗前,两组患者内外侧压力和接触面积差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者内侧压力增大(P<0.05),外侧压力减小(P<0.05)[试验组治疗前后内侧压力(150.18±96.30)N vs(175.70±99.95)N,外侧压力(184.14±85.72)N vs(166.46±112.01)N;对照组治疗前后内侧压力(147.11±74.22)N vs(165.97±71.93)N,外侧压力(230.13±93.73)N vs(223.57±114.75)N]。两组患者内侧接触面积增大(P<0.05),外侧接触面积减小(P<0.05)[试验组治疗前后内侧接触面积(26.75±12.07)cm^(2)vs(34.97±9.17)cm^(2),外侧接触面积(45.79±21.57)cm^(2)vs(37.86±21.99)cm^(2);对照组治疗前后内侧接触面积(39.28±22.25)cm^(2)vs(42.44±14.76)cm^(2),外侧接触面积(45.74±22.66)cm^(2)vs(41.73±20.54)cm^(2)],且与对照组相比,试验组内外侧压力和接触面积变化更为显著(P<0.05)。在平衡运动学参数方面,治疗前两组患者运动学参数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者的X、Y轴上的轨迹长度、均方差、最大动摇径、总轨迹、偏移长度和包络面积均显著降低(P<0.05),速度、单位面积轨迹长度均显著升高(P<0.05),试验组平衡运动学参数改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论平衡生物反馈训练可显著提高脑卒中足内翻患者的足底压力和平衡功能。 展开更多

目的:探究升肝舒郁汤加减联合磁电生物反馈疗法治疗女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的108例SUI患者,依据简单随机方法随机分组。最终纳入观察组52例,对照组53例。对照组接受磁电生物反馈疗法治疗,每周2次;观察... 目的:探究升肝舒郁汤加减联合磁电生物反馈疗法治疗女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的108例SUI患者,依据简单随机方法随机分组。最终纳入观察组52例,对照组53例。对照组接受磁电生物反馈疗法治疗,每周2次;观察组在对照组治疗基础上口服升肝舒郁汤加减方治疗,每日1剂,分早晚两次饭后服用。两组患者均连续治疗8周。比较两组治疗前后盆底肌Ⅰ类肌、Ⅱ类肌的纤维肌力及肌电值;采用1 h尿垫试验、改良牛津评分评估SUI改善情况,比较临床疗效;采用尿失禁影响问卷简表(ⅡQ-7)评估患者生活质量;记录治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类肌纤维肌力和肌电值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组1 h漏尿量低于对照组,改良牛津评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为92.31%(48/52),高于对照组的75.47%(40/53)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组ⅡQ-7评分低于对照组,治疗前后ⅡQ-7评分差值高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:升肝舒郁汤加减联合磁电生物反馈疗法治疗女性SUI疗效确切,能减轻患者临床症状,提高盆底肌肌力,改善盆底功能,提高生活质量。 展开更多

目的探讨生物反馈电刺激治疗对膀胱脱垂初产妇盆底肌弹性及盆底解剖功能的影响。方法纳入产后40~45 d常规检查的足月顺产、单胎妊娠、有膀胱脱垂的初产妇66例,随机分为2组,规律接受生物反馈电刺激治疗女性为治疗组32例,同期未接受生物... 目的探讨生物反馈电刺激治疗对膀胱脱垂初产妇盆底肌弹性及盆底解剖功能的影响。方法纳入产后40~45 d常规检查的足月顺产、单胎妊娠、有膀胱脱垂的初产妇66例,随机分为2组,规律接受生物反馈电刺激治疗女性为治疗组32例,同期未接受生物反馈电刺激治疗为对照组34例。采用实时剪切波弹性成像(SWE)技术对2组女性耻骨直肠肌静息状态下弹性模量值进行测量,采用经会阴盆底四维超声检查测量静息状态、缩肛动作及Valsalva动作下肛提肌裂孔大小,并比较前后2次组间及组内的数值差异。结果治疗前首次检查:①SWE检查结果:治疗组与对照组女性双侧耻骨直肠肌弹性模量数值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);②四维超声肛提肌裂孔面积:治疗组与对照组组内肛提肌裂孔面积在缩肛动作时较静息状态缩小,Valsalva动作面积最大(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组3种状态下分别比较,肛提肌裂孔面积测量值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后再次复查:①SWE检查结果:治疗组女性的经生物反馈电刺激3个月规律治疗后,盆底肌弹性模量测值较治疗前增大、弹性值增高,且在2组女性前后2次检查中测值最大(P<0.05);对照组弹性模量测值较首次检查差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);②四维超声肛提肌裂孔面积:治疗组女性3种状态下,肛提肌裂孔面积测值均较治疗前缩小,且在2组女性前后2次检查中分别在3种状态下测值均最小(P<0.05);对照组女性复查,肛提肌裂孔面积测值较治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论SWE结合盆底四维超声动态检查相结合,表明膀胱脱垂初产妇经过规律生物反馈电刺激治疗后,耻骨直肠肌弹性增大,肛提肌裂孔面积缩小,盆底肌松弛状况得以改善。 展开更多

目的探究自制润肠灵联合生物反馈治疗功能性出口梗阻型便秘(FOOC)的疗效。方法选取2020年2月至2022年2月常州市中医医院收治的83例FOOC患者,根据随机数字表法分为2组:对照组41例,采用生物反馈治疗;观察组42例,在生物反馈治疗的基础上给... 目的探究自制润肠灵联合生物反馈治疗功能性出口梗阻型便秘(FOOC)的疗效。方法选取2020年2月至2022年2月常州市中医医院收治的83例FOOC患者,根据随机数字表法分为2组:对照组41例,采用生物反馈治疗;观察组42例,在生物反馈治疗的基础上给予自制润肠灵治疗。治疗4周后,比较2组患者疗效、中医症状评分、肛门动力学指标、排便时间、排便间隔时间、72 h排便次数、治疗后3个月内FOOC的复发情况。结果观察组与对照组FOOC患者治疗有效率分别为92.86%(39/42)、73.17%(30/41),观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组FOOC患者中医主症评分、次症评分及总评分均降低,且观察组各项评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组FOOC患者肛管最大收缩压(AMCP)、肛管静息压(ARP)水平降低,肛管持续挤压时间缩短(P<0.05),观察组AMCP、ARP及肛管持续挤压时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组FOOC患者排便时间、排便间隔时间均短于对照组,72 h排便次数多于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后3个月内4例复发,复发率为9.52%,对照组11例复发,复发率为26.83%,观察组复发率低于对照组(χ2=4.196,P=0.041)。结论自制润肠灵联合生物反馈治疗能够提高FOOC患者的疗效,改善中医症状及肛门动力学指标,缩短排便间隔及排便时间,增加排便次数,降低复发率。 展开更多

目的分析临床中针对脑外伤后引起的吞咽功能障碍患者实施“三廉泉”针刺、表面肌电生物反馈联合治疗的效果。方法随机选取2021年9月—2024年3月泉州市第一医院收治的120例脑外伤后吞咽功能障碍患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为4组,... 目的分析临床中针对脑外伤后引起的吞咽功能障碍患者实施“三廉泉”针刺、表面肌电生物反馈联合治疗的效果。方法随机选取2021年9月—2024年3月泉州市第一医院收治的120例脑外伤后吞咽功能障碍患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为4组,各30例。分别给予常规治疗(A组)、针刺治疗(B组)、表面肌电生物反馈治疗(C组)和针刺结合表面肌电生物反馈治疗(D组)。对比4组患者的洼田饮水试验、治疗效果、表面肌电图结果、肺部感染和生活质量结果。结果洼田饮水试验结果中,D组构成明显优于A组、B组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。D组的治疗总有效率为100.00%(30/30),均高于A组的73.33%(22/30)、B组的90.00%(27/30)、C组的96.67%(29/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.074,P<0.05)。治疗后,D组的最大波幅值均高于A组、B组、C组,且D组的吞咽时程短于A组、B组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,D组的临床肺部感染评分(Clinical Pulmonary Infection Score,CPIS)量表中各项指标评分均低于A组、B组、C组,并且D组的生活质量评分高于A组、B组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论临床中针对脑外伤后引起的吞咽功能障碍患者实施“三廉泉”针刺与表面肌电生物反馈联合治疗可以有效改善患者的吞咽功能障碍,并提高临床疗效,改善患者的表面肌电图结果,并进一步提高患者的生活质量。 展开更多

目的:观察中药督脉熏蒸联合生物反馈训练治疗产后盆底功能障碍(PPFD)的效果。方法:选取PPFD患者180例,依照随机数字表法分为中药熏蒸组(A组)、生物反馈训练组(B组)、联合治疗组(C组)3组,每组60例。3组均给予常规治疗,即凯格尔运动法及... 目的:观察中药督脉熏蒸联合生物反馈训练治疗产后盆底功能障碍(PPFD)的效果。方法:选取PPFD患者180例,依照随机数字表法分为中药熏蒸组(A组)、生物反馈训练组(B组)、联合治疗组(C组)3组,每组60例。3组均给予常规治疗,即凯格尔运动法及阴道哑铃盆底肌肉锻炼。在常规治疗基础上A组再给予中药督脉熏蒸治疗;B组再给予生物反馈训练;C组再给予中药督脉熏蒸联合生物反馈训练,均治疗8周。治疗前后比较3组患者的盆底肌肌力、尿动力学、盆底神经肌电生理指标、盆底功能障碍影响问卷简版(PFIQ-7)、盆底症状影响量表简版(PFDI-20)、盆腔器官脱垂与尿失禁性功能问卷简版(PISQ-12)评分。结果:治疗后,3组患者的盆底肌肌力正常率、尿道最大闭合压力(MUCP)、功能尿道长度(FUL)、膀胱顺应性(BC)、应力性漏尿点压力(SLPP)、快肌收缩最大值、10s慢肌收缩平均值、PISQ-12评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且C组高于A组、B组(P<0.05);3组患者PFIQ-7、PFDI-20均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且C组低于A组、B组(P<0.05)。结论:中药督脉熏蒸联合生物反馈训练可减轻PPFD相关症状,改善PPFD患者盆底功能、性功能。 展开更多

目的观察隔姜温和灸联合盆底肌训练及生物反馈电刺激治疗产后压力性尿失禁(PSUI)的疗效。方法选取2021年6月—2022年6月于福建中医药大学附属人民医院整合盆底医学中心就诊的PSUI患者66例,采用SPSS 26.0软件生成随机序列和信封法分为对... 目的观察隔姜温和灸联合盆底肌训练及生物反馈电刺激治疗产后压力性尿失禁(PSUI)的疗效。方法选取2021年6月—2022年6月于福建中医药大学附属人民医院整合盆底医学中心就诊的PSUI患者66例,采用SPSS 26.0软件生成随机序列和信封法分为对照组和观察组,每组33例。对照组进行盆底肌训练、生物反馈电刺激和健康教育,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合八髎穴隔姜温和灸,每次30 min,隔日1次,2组均连续干预10次。比较2组治疗前后1 h漏尿量、尿道内口漏斗形成率和泌尿生殖障碍量表简表(UDI-6)评分,比较2组治疗前后和治疗后1个月尿失禁生活质量问卷(I-QOL)评分。结果与治疗前比较,2组治疗后1 h漏尿量、UDI-6评分均明显降低(P<0.05),治疗后和治疗后1个月I-QOL评分明显升高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后尿道内口漏斗形成率明显降低(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组治疗后1 h漏尿量和UDI-6评分均明显降低(P<0.05),治疗后和治疗后1个月I-QOL评分明显升高(P<0.05)。结论隔姜温和灸能有效改善PSUI患者漏尿量,减轻尿失禁症状,提高生活质量,促进产后盆底功能康复。 展开更多

目的:探讨补中益气汤联合生物反馈电刺激技术对中老年女性轻中度压力性尿失禁的改善效果。方法:采用随机数字表法,将2021年5月至2023年3月该院收治的132例中老年女性轻中度压力性尿失禁患者分为对照组与联合组,每组66例。对照组患者采... 目的:探讨补中益气汤联合生物反馈电刺激技术对中老年女性轻中度压力性尿失禁的改善效果。方法:采用随机数字表法,将2021年5月至2023年3月该院收治的132例中老年女性轻中度压力性尿失禁患者分为对照组与联合组,每组66例。对照组患者采用生物反馈电刺激技术治疗,联合组患者在对照组的基础上联合补中益气汤治疗。连续治疗8周后,比较两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后尿失禁问卷简表(ICI-Q-SF)评分、尿失禁生活质量量表(I-QOL)评分、1 h尿垫试验结果、尿动力学指标和盆底肌表面肌电情况,并记录不良反应。结果:联合组患者的总有效率为95.45%(63/66),较对照组的80.30%(53/66)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的ICI-Q-SF评分,1 h漏尿量和漏尿次数、残余尿量,前静息阶段、后静息阶段肌电压较治疗前降低;I-QOL评分,膀胱顺应性、最大尿流率和最大尿道闭合压,快肌(Ⅱ类肌纤维)阶段、慢肌(Ⅰ类肌纤维)阶段肌电压较治疗前升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组患者的ICI-Q-SF评分,1 h漏尿量和漏尿次数、残余尿量,前静息阶段、后静息阶段肌电压低于对照组;I-QOL评分,膀胱顺应性、最大尿流率和最大尿道闭合压,快肌(Ⅱ类肌纤维)阶段、慢肌(Ⅰ类肌纤维)阶段肌电压高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗过程中均未出现不良反应。结论:针对中老年女性轻中度压力性尿失禁患者,采用补中益气汤联合生物反馈电刺激治疗的效果显著,可改善患者尿失禁状况、生活质量、尿动力学参数和盆底肌功能,安全性好。 展开更多

目的探讨场景互动电子生物反馈训练在尿失禁治疗中的作用。方法选取2020年12月—2023年6月之间福建省龙岩市第二医院妇产科收治的患有尿失禁的女性患者120例为研究对象,随机分为2组,各60例。对照组按常规在静卧体位下分步完成电刺激、... 目的探讨场景互动电子生物反馈训练在尿失禁治疗中的作用。方法选取2020年12月—2023年6月之间福建省龙岩市第二医院妇产科收治的患有尿失禁的女性患者120例为研究对象,随机分为2组,各60例。对照组按常规在静卧体位下分步完成电刺激、生物反馈训练;试验组在场景互动下同步进行电刺激、生物反馈和场景生物反馈联合治疗。对比2组患者的盆底肌肌力、子宫脱垂分度、压力性尿失禁、个人生活社会功能评定量表(personal and social performance scale,PSP)、负性情绪[视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)、文字描述评价量表(verbal descriptors scale VDS)]评价。结果试验组患者的盆底肌肌力、子宫脱垂分度、压力性尿失禁等指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。PSP评分试验组高于对照组,而试验组VAS评分(32.02±3.26)分、VDS评分(32.23±3.08)分,均低于对照组的(43.23±2.63)分、(44.63±3.09)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论场景互动电子生物反馈训练能有效改善女性尿失禁症状,降低子宫脱垂分度,提高盆底肌肌力与生活社会功能水平,改善不良情绪。 展开更多

生物反馈训练对直肠癌保肛术后低位前切综合征疗效的Meta分析

目的:系统评价生物反馈训练对直肠癌术后低位前切综合征(LARS)的疗效。方法:计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、Web of Science、MedLine、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库和维普数据库中有关生物反馈训练治疗直肠癌术后低位前... 目的:系统评价生物反馈训练对直肠癌术后低位前切综合征(LARS)的疗效。方法:计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、Web of Science、MedLine、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库和维普数据库中有关生物反馈训练治疗直肠癌术后低位前切综合征疗效的相关研究,检索时限从建库至2023年6月30日,采用RevMan 5.3进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入13项研究,涉及1 001例病人。Meta分析结果显示,生物反馈训练能够减少病人术后排便次数[MD=-3.50,95%CI(-4.05,-2.95),P<0.000 01]及降低LARS发生率[OR=0.34,95%CI(0.18,0.64),P=0.000 9],提高病人术后肛管静息压[MD=8.28,95%CI(4.28,12.29),P<0.000 1]、术后最大收缩压[MD=20.20,95%CI(8.09,32.30),P=0.001]和最大耐受容量[MD=19.25,95%CI(7.91,30.60),P=0.000 9],降低术后Wexner评分[MD=-3.38,95%CI(-5.41,-1.35),P=0.001]和徐氏排便评分[MD=1.97,95%CI(1.51,2.43),P<0.000 01],差异均有统计学意义。结论:现有证据表明,生物反馈训练能降低病人排便次数,降低LARS发生率,能改善病人术后肛肠动力学客观指标及术后主观感受评分,对治疗低位前切综合征具有重大意义。 展开更多
