A new cadmium complex [Cd(phen)3]·(ClO4)2·(α-FRA)-(H2O)3 was prepared by self-assembly of α-furoic acid, 1,10-phenanthroline (phen), and cadmium perchlorate. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n, with a = 1.28130(15), b = 2.5957(3), c = 1.35449(16) nm, β = 109.395(2)°, V = 4.2492(9) nm^3, Dc = 1.491 g/cm^3, Z = 4, F(000) = 1926, GOOF = 1.023, the final R = 0.0729 and wR = 0.2086. The crystal structure analysis indicates that the cadmium ion is coordinated with six nitrogen atoms from six 1,10-phenanthroline molecules, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The cyclic voltametric behavior of the complex was also investigated. 展开更多

The crystal structural analysis shows that the copper atom is coordinated with four oxygen atoms from two α-furacrylic acids and two nitrogen atoms from 1,10-phenanthroline, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. Crystal data for this complex: triclinic, space group PI^-, a = 1.06853(12), b = 1.30740(16), c = 1.49546(17) nm, α= 101.791(2),β = 103.413(2), γ = 105.815(2)°, V= 1.8736(4) nm^3, Mr = 904.67, Dc = 1.604 g/cm^3, Z = 2,/7(000) = 924,μ = 1.34 mm^-1, GOOF = 1.049, the final R = 0.0324 and wR = 0.0797. The structure analysis shows that a chair-like structure [Cu4O4] is defined by three quadrilaterals shaped by four copper and four oxygen atoms, and every copper ion is coordinated by three oxygen atoms from three wate: molecules and two nitrogen atoms from one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule, giving a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry. Crystal data for this complex: monoclinic, space group C2/c, with a = 2.3416(3), b = 1.5604(2), c =1.5605(2) nm, β = 121.048(2)°, V = 4.8849(12) nm^3, Dc = 1.510 g/cm^3, Mr = 555.26, Z = 8, μ = 0.798 mm^-1, F(000) = 2256, GOOF = 1.032, the final R = 0.0393 and wR = 0.0816. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring manganese(Ⅱ) ions are linked together by two bridge-chelating p-chlorobenzoic groups and one bridging water molecule, forming a cage structure with the Mn–Mn bond distance of 0.3512 nm. Each manganese(Ⅱ ) ion is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms of one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule and four oxygen atoms from three p-chlorobenzoic acid anions and one water molecule, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1, with a = 13.2425(13), b = 14.0807(15), c = 17.6798(18), α = 86.296(2), β = 72.773(2), γ= 68.905(2)o, V = 2934.5(5)A^3, Z = 2, D_c = 1.611 g/m^3, F(000) = 1456, M_r = 1423.09, m = 0.920 mm^-1. The final R = 0.0671 and wR = 0.1874 for 6501 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The structural analysis shows that the complex cation([CuL]_2^3+) was formed by two complex cations, namely([CuL^3]^2+) and [CuL_(-H)~3]~+) through a hydrogen bond. In each complex cation, the Cu(Ⅱ) lies in a distorted square pyramidal geometry. The redox behavior was studied by cyclic voltammetry(CV) in aqueous solution which indicates a reversible one electron redox reaction. The result of UV absorption, ethidium bromide(EB) fluorescence spectra indicated that the complex binds to CT-DNA in an intercalative mode. Superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity of the complex was determined by photoreduction of NBT, and the value of IC_(50) is 5.22 μmol·L^-1. 展开更多

In the title complex, the central Ag(I) ion is located in a triangular coordination environment. The electron transfer is quasi-reversible in the electrode reaction and it shows a strong emission peak in the range of 495-520 nm under 502 nm excitation. One novel complex [Co(p-MBA)2(2,2'-bipy)(H2O)]·(H2O) has been synthesized by the reaction of p-methylbenzoic acid with 2,2'-bipyridine in the solvent mixture of water and methanol. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 0.70479(14), b = 1.1211(2), c = 1.6718(3) nm, α = 103.806(3), β = 90.795(3), γ = 104.207(3)°, V= 1.2399(4) nm^3, Mr = 512.41, De= 1.373 g/cm^3, Z = 2, F(000) = 532,μ = 0.733 mm^-1, R = 0.0432 and ωR = 0.0957. The crystal structural analysis shows that the cobalt atom is coordinated with three oxygen atoms from two p-methylbenzoic acids and one water molecule and two nitrogen atoms from one 2,2'-bipyridine, forming a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry. The cyclic voltammetry behavior of the complex is also reported. 展开更多

Crystal data for this complex: monoclinic, space group P21/n, a=0.481 3(2) nm, b=1.151 1(6) nm, c=0.993 9(5) nm, β=100.528(8)°, V=0.541 4(5) nm3, Z=2, F(000)=318, Dc=1.937 g·cm-3, Final GooF=1.109, R1=0.027 6, wR2=0.075 6. The crystal structure shows the copper(Ⅱ) atom is six-coordinated by two triazole nitrogen atom and four carboxylate group oxygen atom from four distinct L- ligand, thereby forming a 2D network structure. 以2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(HL)和2,2'-联吡啶(2,2'-bipy)为配体合成了一个三核锌(Ⅱ)配合物[Zn3L6(2,2'-bipy)d。该配合物晶体属三斜晶系,空间群P1,晶胞参数:a=1.07385(6)nm,b=1.32958(7)nm,c=1.51580(10)nm,a... 以2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(HL)和2,2'-联吡啶(2,2'-bipy)为配体合成了一个三核锌(Ⅱ)配合物[Zn3L6(2,2'-bipy)d。该配合物晶体属三斜晶系,空间群P1,晶胞参数:a=1.07385(6)nm,b=1.32958(7)nm,c=1.51580(10)nm,a=66.961000)°,β=69.3870(10)°,γ=72.992O(10)°V=1.83377(19)nm°,Dc=1.656g·cm^-3 Z=1,μ(Mo Kα)=1.483mm-1,F(000)=920,最终偏离因子R1=0.0306,wR2=0.0757。由于2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸根的桥联配位作用,配合物形成了三核结构。在该配合物的分子中。位于中间位置的锌(Ⅱ)离子的配位数是6,处于八面体配位环境中,而位于端位的2个锌(Ⅱ)离子的配位数都是5,处于三角双锥配位环境中。本工作还测定了标题配合物的磁性、荧光和电化学性能,结果表明:在28~300K范围内,配合物有抗磁性;当激发波长为664nm时.配合物在660nm附近有1个强的荧光发射峰:在循环伏安过程中配合物的电子转移是准可逆的.对应的电极反应是Zn(H)/Zn(O)。 展开更多
