<b>Objective:</b> The objective is to investigate whether acupuncture can protect brain by regulating the expression of ICAM-5 mRNA in brain tissue. <b>Methods:</b> Male SD rats were used to co...<b>Objective:</b> The objective is to investigate whether acupuncture can protect brain by regulating the expression of ICAM-5 mRNA in brain tissue. <b>Methods:</b> Male SD rats were used to construct a middle cerebral artery occlusion reperfusion injury (Middle cerebral artery occlusion, MCAO) model, and the rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, namely the normal group (group A) and the sham operation group (group B), MCAO group (group C), MCAO + acupuncture group (group D);real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) was used to detect the expression of ICAM-5 mRNA in the brain tissue of the ischemic area, and HE staining and TUNEL were used to detect the level of neuronal apoptosis to evaluate the therapeutic effect. <b>Results:</b> Acupuncture can improve neuronal morphology and reduce neuronal apoptosis in rats with ischemic stroke. RT-qPCR: compared with group A and group B, the expression level of ICAM-5 mRNA in the brain tissues of group C and group D decreased, while compared with group C, The expression of ICAM-5 mRNA in the brain tissue of group D was significantly up-regulated (P < 0.05). Objective:To explore the main acupoint prescription and mechanism of acupuncture in treating Functional dyspepsia(FD)by analyzing the clinical randomized controlled trial literature on acupoints and targets of acupunc...Objective:To explore the main acupoint prescription and mechanism of acupuncture in treating Functional dyspepsia(FD)by analyzing the clinical randomized controlled trial literature on acupoints and targets of acupuncture in the treatment of FD combined with association rule mining and bioinformatics/network pharmacology methods.Methods:Search relevant clinical randomized controlled trial literature on acupoints and therapeutic targets of acupuncture in the treatment of FD from eight databases from their inception to June 18th,2022.We obtained acupuncture selection points,meridian,and therapeutic targets and established acupoints database for acupuncture treatment of FD.FD-related targets were collected from GeneCards,DisGeNET,OMIM,and DrugBank databases.We obtained the potential targets of acupuncture on FD by taking the intersection of acupuncture for FD therapeutic targets and FD-related targets.We performed the protein-protein interaction network,Gene Ontology(GO)analysis,and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway enrichment analysis.Results:In this study,26 Randomized Controlled Trials related to acupuncture treatment of FD were retrieved.We obtained 29 acupoints,17 acupuncture for FD therapeutic targets,and 10 intersection targets.Tumor necrosis factor(TNF),Interleukin(IL)-1,and Neuropeptide Y(NPY)are key targets of acupuncture in the treatment of FD.Conclusion:ST36-CV12-PC6-LR3 is the main acupoint prescription for FD.Acupuncture may affect Neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction,Gastric acid secretion,and IL-17,TNF signaling pathways by regulating related key targets,and play a synergistic role in the treatment of FD by inhibiting gastric acid secretion,alleviating inflammatory response,regulating the brain-gut axis,improving mood and other aspects.展开更多

Acupuncture is an effective treatment for ischemic stroke(IS)and plays a key role in neurological rehabilitation after IS.Acupuncture can improve the clinical symptoms of various complications after IS,including motor...Acupuncture is an effective treatment for ischemic stroke(IS)and plays a key role in neurological rehabilitation after IS.Acupuncture can improve the clinical symptoms of various complications after IS,including motor dysfunction,swallowing disorders,speech disorders,cognitive impairment,depression,insomnia,and fatigue.However,the mechanisms underlying the effects of acupuncture in IS remain unclear.Available evidence suggests that acupuncture may exert neuroprotective effects through neuroplasticity(neurogenesis and synaptogenesis),angiogenesis,cell proliferation and apoptosis,and regulation of oxidative stress,inflammation,and immunity.Further studies should be conducted to improve the high-quality evidence-based system of acupuncture intervention for IS,by focusing on the clinical and basic research design,increasing the sample size,standardizing and quantifying the standards of acupuncture operations,using multidisciplinary techniques and methods to systematically explore the key targets of acupuncture intervention for IS,and reveal the efficacy and mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of IS.展开更多
Objective:This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of combining low-frequency pulsed electrophysiological techniques with auricular acupuncture(a fusion of traditional Chinese and Western medicine)for...Objective:This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of combining low-frequency pulsed electrophysiological techniques with auricular acupuncture(a fusion of traditional Chinese and Western medicine)for patients experiencing perioperative gastrointestinal dysfunction(POGD)following gynecological surgery.Methods:Eighty patients undergoing gynecological surgery were randomly assigned to an experimental group and a control group.Both groups received enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)care,with the experimental group receiving additional treatment combining electrophysiology and auricular acupuncture.Postoperative recovery indicators,including bowel sound recovery time,time to first exhaust and defecation,duration and incidence of abdominal pain and distension,nausea and vomiting,and specific gastrointestinal markers(HSP70,I-FABP,DAO,D-lactate),were monitored and compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the postoperative bowel sound recovery time,first postoperative exhaust time,duration of abdominal pain,and duration of abdominal distension were shorter in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).The 6-hour and 48-hour integral values of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group.In the experimental group,60%of the patients were completely cured of gastrointestinal function after surgery,whereas only 32.5%of the patients in the control group were cured.The main symptom scores(abdominal pain,abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting)on the third postoperative day and the total symptom scores on the third postoperative day were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).The values of HSP70,I-FABP,DAO,and D-lactate in the experimental group on postoperative day one were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of the Chinese and Western medicine ERAS programs of low-frequency pulse electrophysiology technology plus auricular acupuncture can accelerate local gastrointestinal blood circulation during the perioperative period of gynecology,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,promote anal exhaustion,and prevent the occurrence of postoperative abdominal pain and bloating.The combination of Chinese and Western medicine ERAS can increase gastrointestinal fluid secretion,increase gastrointestinal hormone and blood flow values,increase gastrointestinal electrophysiological detection values,and change the indicators of gastrointestinal dysfunction.展开更多
背景:膜片钳技术作为研究离子通道的“金标准”,已有40多年的发展历史。然而,科研机构的研究内容相对独立,没有对现有研究成果进行系统总结,导致现有研究存在重复性高、创新性弱的现象。因此,急需对膜片钳技术做一个全面的回顾,以明晰...背景:膜片钳技术作为研究离子通道的“金标准”,已有40多年的发展历史。然而,科研机构的研究内容相对独立,没有对现有研究成果进行系统总结,导致现有研究存在重复性高、创新性弱的现象。因此,急需对膜片钳技术做一个全面的回顾,以明晰现今的研究现状、热点和未来发展方向。目的:总结近10年膜片钳技术领域的研究现状和发展趋势。方法:使用Web of Science核心合集数据库收集了2013-2023年关于膜片钳技术的出版物。采用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件对出版物数量进行量化分析,并分析文献条目网络,包括国家、机构、期刊、作者、关键词、高被引文献和共被引参考文献。结果与结论:①近10年间,膜片钳技术领域研究已逐步进入稳定发展阶段。②中国和美国是这方面的领先国家,中国科学院是具有核心影响力的机构,《Journal of Neuroscience》是主要出版刊物,PARK,WON SUN团队(韩国全北国立大学)和CHU,LI团队(中国河北省心脑血管病中医药防治研究重点实验室)在该领域作出了杰出的贡献,但团队之间的协作与交流较少,尚未形成网络合作模式。③膜片钳技术主要应用在神经系统的电生理特性及其疾病的病理机制方面,是研究人员持续关注的焦点。④在心血管系统电生理特性及其疾病病理机制的研究方面,对原代心肌细胞、诱导多能干细胞衍生的心肌细胞的电生理特性和心房颤动、心脏毒性、心源性猝死和高血压等心血管疾病的病理机制方面的研究,是近几年来研究的热点。⑤在膜片钳技术与其他生物技术的结合应用方面,关注的是与光遗传学、双光子钙成像等技术的交叉融合,将是一个重要的研究方向。⑥在药物筛选及治疗靶点的识别研究方面,尤其对于膜片钳技术和中药复方的研究,将成为未来组分中药研究中的一大助力。展开更多

文摘Parkinson’s disease(PD)is the second neurodegenerative disease in the world.The pathological characteristics of PD are degeneration,loss and death of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra of the midbrain.At present,most scholars believe that the main pathogenesis of PD is α-synuclein aggregation,oxidative stress,mitochondrial dysfunction and neuroinflammatory reaction.More and more studies have demonstrated that ferroptosis plays an important role in the occurrence and development of PD.Ferroptosis is a new type of cell death that is significantly different from traditional apoptosis,scorching and necrosis.Its main feature is iron-dependent lipid peroxidation.Some studies have found that the efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of PD may be related to the regulation of ferroptosis.Therefore,this study mainly discusses the occurrence and development mechanism of ferroptosis and its role in PD,and the possible mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of PD dopaminergic neurons,so as to provide theoretical basis for acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of PD.
文摘Objective:To explore the main acupoint prescription and mechanism of acupuncture in treating Functional dyspepsia(FD)by analyzing the clinical randomized controlled trial literature on acupoints and targets of acupuncture in the treatment of FD combined with association rule mining and bioinformatics/network pharmacology methods.Methods:Search relevant clinical randomized controlled trial literature on acupoints and therapeutic targets of acupuncture in the treatment of FD from eight databases from their inception to June 18th,2022.We obtained acupuncture selection points,meridian,and therapeutic targets and established acupoints database for acupuncture treatment of FD.FD-related targets were collected from GeneCards,DisGeNET,OMIM,and DrugBank databases.We obtained the potential targets of acupuncture on FD by taking the intersection of acupuncture for FD therapeutic targets and FD-related targets.We performed the protein-protein interaction network,Gene Ontology(GO)analysis,and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway enrichment analysis.Results:In this study,26 Randomized Controlled Trials related to acupuncture treatment of FD were retrieved.We obtained 29 acupoints,17 acupuncture for FD therapeutic targets,and 10 intersection targets.Tumor necrosis factor(TNF),Interleukin(IL)-1,and Neuropeptide Y(NPY)are key targets of acupuncture in the treatment of FD.Conclusion:ST36-CV12-PC6-LR3 is the main acupoint prescription for FD.Acupuncture may affect Neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction,Gastric acid secretion,and IL-17,TNF signaling pathways by regulating related key targets,and play a synergistic role in the treatment of FD by inhibiting gastric acid secretion,alleviating inflammatory response,regulating the brain-gut axis,improving mood and other aspects.

文摘Acne is a chronic inflammatory skin disease involving hair follicle sebaceous glands,which is characterized by acne,papules,pustules,nodules,cysts and so on.The disorder of immune inflammation is the key link.A variety of factors participate in the immune inflammatory response of acne and interact with each other,leading to the occurrence and development of acne inflammation.Acupuncture can regulate the immune and inflammatory response through many links and improve the skin lesions.This study explains potential mechanisms of acupuncture in the treatment of acne by regulating the body's immune inflammatory response,in order to provide new ideas.

文摘Acupuncture is an effective treatment for ischemic stroke(IS)and plays a key role in neurological rehabilitation after IS.Acupuncture can improve the clinical symptoms of various complications after IS,including motor dysfunction,swallowing disorders,speech disorders,cognitive impairment,depression,insomnia,and fatigue.However,the mechanisms underlying the effects of acupuncture in IS remain unclear.Available evidence suggests that acupuncture may exert neuroprotective effects through neuroplasticity(neurogenesis and synaptogenesis),angiogenesis,cell proliferation and apoptosis,and regulation of oxidative stress,inflammation,and immunity.Further studies should be conducted to improve the high-quality evidence-based system of acupuncture intervention for IS,by focusing on the clinical and basic research design,increasing the sample size,standardizing and quantifying the standards of acupuncture operations,using multidisciplinary techniques and methods to systematically explore the key targets of acupuncture intervention for IS,and reveal the efficacy and mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of IS.

文摘Objective:This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of combining low-frequency pulsed electrophysiological techniques with auricular acupuncture(a fusion of traditional Chinese and Western medicine)for patients experiencing perioperative gastrointestinal dysfunction(POGD)following gynecological surgery.Methods:Eighty patients undergoing gynecological surgery were randomly assigned to an experimental group and a control group.Both groups received enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)care,with the experimental group receiving additional treatment combining electrophysiology and auricular acupuncture.Postoperative recovery indicators,including bowel sound recovery time,time to first exhaust and defecation,duration and incidence of abdominal pain and distension,nausea and vomiting,and specific gastrointestinal markers(HSP70,I-FABP,DAO,D-lactate),were monitored and compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the postoperative bowel sound recovery time,first postoperative exhaust time,duration of abdominal pain,and duration of abdominal distension were shorter in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).The 6-hour and 48-hour integral values of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group.In the experimental group,60%of the patients were completely cured of gastrointestinal function after surgery,whereas only 32.5%of the patients in the control group were cured.The main symptom scores(abdominal pain,abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting)on the third postoperative day and the total symptom scores on the third postoperative day were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).The values of HSP70,I-FABP,DAO,and D-lactate in the experimental group on postoperative day one were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of the Chinese and Western medicine ERAS programs of low-frequency pulse electrophysiology technology plus auricular acupuncture can accelerate local gastrointestinal blood circulation during the perioperative period of gynecology,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,promote anal exhaustion,and prevent the occurrence of postoperative abdominal pain and bloating.The combination of Chinese and Western medicine ERAS can increase gastrointestinal fluid secretion,increase gastrointestinal hormone and blood flow values,increase gastrointestinal electrophysiological detection values,and change the indicators of gastrointestinal dysfunction.
文摘背景:膜片钳技术作为研究离子通道的“金标准”,已有40多年的发展历史。然而,科研机构的研究内容相对独立,没有对现有研究成果进行系统总结,导致现有研究存在重复性高、创新性弱的现象。因此,急需对膜片钳技术做一个全面的回顾,以明晰现今的研究现状、热点和未来发展方向。目的:总结近10年膜片钳技术领域的研究现状和发展趋势。方法:使用Web of Science核心合集数据库收集了2013-2023年关于膜片钳技术的出版物。采用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件对出版物数量进行量化分析,并分析文献条目网络,包括国家、机构、期刊、作者、关键词、高被引文献和共被引参考文献。结果与结论:①近10年间,膜片钳技术领域研究已逐步进入稳定发展阶段。②中国和美国是这方面的领先国家,中国科学院是具有核心影响力的机构,《Journal of Neuroscience》是主要出版刊物,PARK,WON SUN团队(韩国全北国立大学)和CHU,LI团队(中国河北省心脑血管病中医药防治研究重点实验室)在该领域作出了杰出的贡献,但团队之间的协作与交流较少,尚未形成网络合作模式。③膜片钳技术主要应用在神经系统的电生理特性及其疾病的病理机制方面,是研究人员持续关注的焦点。④在心血管系统电生理特性及其疾病病理机制的研究方面,对原代心肌细胞、诱导多能干细胞衍生的心肌细胞的电生理特性和心房颤动、心脏毒性、心源性猝死和高血压等心血管疾病的病理机制方面的研究,是近几年来研究的热点。⑤在膜片钳技术与其他生物技术的结合应用方面,关注的是与光遗传学、双光子钙成像等技术的交叉融合,将是一个重要的研究方向。⑥在药物筛选及治疗靶点的识别研究方面,尤其对于膜片钳技术和中药复方的研究,将成为未来组分中药研究中的一大助力。
