In this scheme, an order function based on an arithmetic mechanism is employed to identify the embedding order without affecting detection of the regular watermark. In view of the lack of research on the information model of tufting carpet machine in China,an information modeling method based on Object Linking and Embedding for Process Control Unified Architecture(OPC UA)framewor...In view of the lack of research on the information model of tufting carpet machine in China,an information modeling method based on Object Linking and Embedding for Process Control Unified Architecture(OPC UA)framework was proposed to solve the problem of“information island”caused by the differentiated data interface between heterogeneous equipment and system in tufting carpet machine workshop.This paper established an information model of tufting carpet machine based on analyzing the system architecture,workshop equipment composition and information flow of the workshop,combined with the OPC UA information modeling specification.Subsequently,the OPC UA protocol is used to instantiate and map the information model,and the OPC UA server is developed.Finally,the practicability of tufting carpet machine information model under the OPC UA framework and the feasibility of realizing the information interconnection of heterogeneous devices in the tufting carpet machine digital workshop are verified.On this basis,the cloud and remote access to the underlying device data are realized.The application of this information model and information integration scheme in actual production explores and practices the application of OPC UA technology in the digital workshop of tufting carpet machine.展开更多
Matrix factorization(MF)methods have superior recommendation performance and are flexible to incorporate other side information,but it is hard for humans to interpret the derived latent factors.Recently,the item-item ...Matrix factorization(MF)methods have superior recommendation performance and are flexible to incorporate other side information,but it is hard for humans to interpret the derived latent factors.Recently,the item-item cooccurrence information is exploited to learn item embeddings and enhance the recommendation performance.However,the item-item co-occurrence information,constructed from the sparse and long-tail distributed user-item interaction matrix,is over-estimated for rare items,which could lead to bias in learned item embeddings.In this paper,we seek to evaluate and improve the interpretability of item embeddings by leveraging a dense item-tag relevance matrix.Specifically,we design two metrics to quantitatively evaluate the interpretability of item embeddings from different viewpoints:interpretability of individual dimensions of item embeddings and semantic coherence of local neighborhoods in the latent space.We also propose a tag-informed item embedding(TIE)model that jointly factorizes the user-item interaction matrix,the item-item co-occurrence matrix and the item-tag relevance matrix with shared item embeddings so that different forms of information can co-operate with each other to learn better item embeddings.Experiments on the MovieLens20M dataset demonstrate that compared with other state-of-the-art MF methods,TIE achieves better top-N recommendations,and the relative improvement is larger when the user-item interaction matrix becomes sparser.By leveraging the itemtag relevance information,individual dimensions of item embeddings are more interpretable and local neighborhoods in the latent space are more semantically coherent;the bias in learned item embeddings are also mitigated to some extent.展开更多
China’s state-owned enterprises(SOEs)are facing an embedded integration of new functional mission,new classification reform and new digital development.These new tasks require SOEs to embrace digital strategic transf...China’s state-owned enterprises(SOEs)are facing an embedded integration of new functional mission,new classification reform and new digital development.These new tasks require SOEs to embrace digital strategic transformation and innovation for high-quality fulfillment of their national mission.Studying their digital transformation practices,this paper systematically explores the mechanism and path of embedding national mission into SOE digital transformation,and the mode selection of SOE digital transformation under different mission guidance.The findings are:(1)The SOE functional mission focusing on economic development,strategic support and public services in the new era is undertaken by for-profit,strategic and public functional SOEs;(2)the foreign circulation path based on the positioning mechanism-mapping mechanism and the internal consumption connection path for the state capital strategic positioning constitute a double twoway mechanism of embedding the national mission to the SOE digital strategic transformation,leading SOEs to build market-oriented,capacity-oriented and public-oriented digital transformation modes;(3)the three types of reform modes have respectively produced the action mechanism featuring agile strengthening,toughness strengthening and adaptability strengthening,which support the SOE classification performance.This paper attempts to make up for the research gap such as the lack of integration of the SOE digital strategic transformation mode by constructing the theoretical mode of SOE digital strategic transformation under the guidance of national mission,and reveals the intermediary mechanism of digital strategic transformation to support SOEs for fulfilling their functional missions.展开更多
