The Foreign Department of Harbin Engineering University has put the the Internet-based self-study platform in use among the Chen Geng class for years. Based on the observation of the using condition of the platform and the results from a survey, this paper will analyze the influence of the learning strategies after the use of the platform, and at the same time, some suggestions will be provided for the teachers to help students have a better command of learning strategies. The allocation of resources in English teaching can improve the ability of resource sharing, in order to optimize the allocation of resources, so as to improve the performance of English teaching, and promote the construction of English teaching resources database, a method of optimizing the allocation of English teaching resources is proposed based on network cloud platform. Text semantic key words conceptual decision tree model is constructed for massive English teaching resources allocation, semantic information conversion method is used to compute key semantic features of English Teaching resources, the concept convergence point of English Teaching resource allocation is formed in semantic model. According to the set between the upper and lower relationship, a decision tree model of English Teaching semantic subject words is constructed, semantic conversion and information extraction are realized. English teaching resources optimization allocation simulation is taken in the cloud platform, simulation results show that the scheduling performance of English teaching resources is better, and the adaptive allocation ability of English teaching resources is stronger, and the resource utilization rate is higher. 展开更多

Based on typical characteristics of the flipped class, college students' addiction for smartphones and the appropriateness and convenience of We Chat, it is implemented with the help of We Chat. It can be divided into three steps to implement: pre-class, in-class and post-class. However, to a certain extent, this kind of teaching mode is limited by students' self-consciousness, enthusiasm, language foundation,self-learning ability and teachers' guidance. An obviously challenging problem in named entity recognition is the construction of the kind data set of entities.Although some research has been conducted on entity database construction,the majority of them are directed at Wikipedia or the minority at structured entities such as people,locations and organizational nouns in the news.This paper focuses on the identification of scientific entities in carbonate platforms in English literature,using the example of carbonate platforms in sedimentology.Firstly,based on the fact that the reasons for writing literature in key disciplines are likely to be provided by multidisciplinary experts,this paper designs a literature content extraction method that allows dealing with complex text structures.Secondly,based on the literature extraction content,we formalize the entity extraction task(lexicon and lexical-based entity extraction)for entity extraction.Furthermore,for testing the accuracy of entity extraction,three currently popular recognition methods are chosen to perform entity detection in this paper.Experiments show that the entity data set provided by the lexicon and lexical-based entity extraction method is of significant assistance for the named entity recognition task.This study presents a pilot study of entity extraction,which involves the use of a complex structure and specialized literature on carbonate platforms in English. 展开更多
