Understanding of an‘Enlightened Planning’Approach in Project Risk Management

This article explains the execution and delivery progression phases of the project lifecycle.It is the third phase of the project lifecycle that leads to the final realization of the project's goals.However,this essay will describe the understanding of the‘enlightened planning’approach during the execution and delivery strategy progress of a project’s lifecycle.The features and details in the Enlightened Planning and PMI PMBOK Guide are compared.The author explored the nature and role of basic frameworks such as the project lifecycle,the process phase structure,and key project definition questions—the seven Ws(Who,Why,What,Which way,Wherewithal,When,Where).Combining Enlightened Planning and PMI PMBOK Guide,the differences between the two approaches are given.In addition,the author elaborated the advantages and disadvantages of the two approaches in current practice.

Construction of the Genealogy of Eccentric Monks Based on the Historical Materials of Chan Buddhism in the Song Dynasty--From Enlightened Masters in Chan Buddhism,Sages,to Saints

Regarding the Chan Buddhism lamp records from the Song Dynasty and starting from Jing De Zhuan Deng Lu,the category of“enlightened masters in Chan Buddhism”禪門達者was listed separately,meaning a separate category was established for eccentric monks who pretended to be crazy,had unknown inheritance and miraculous deeds,and were difficult to classify.The following lamp records named this category of eccentric monks as“sages”散聖,or“saints”應化聖賢,which constructed another historical genealogy for the special Chan Buddhism eccentric monks.Moreover,the early lamp records included mostly idiosyncratic mad monks from previous dynasties.Since the Southern Song Dynasty,Chan Buddhism historical materials included many sages from the current dynasty.Therefore,this study mainly examines how the genealogy of Chan Buddhism eccentric monks was constructed in Song Dynasty Chan Buddhism lamp records,including quotations,and organizes the images of eccentric monks in the Song Dynasty,as written in Chan Buddhism historical materials,in order that the meaning of existence of these enlightened masters,sages,saints,etc.,included in the genealogy of Song Dynasty eccentric monks in the history of Chan Buddhism can be reflected.

目的针对公共卫生研究的特点构建伦理审查要素表,为今后相关伦理审查工作提供切实可行的参考依据。方法采用文本分析的方法结合公共卫生学科特点及相关文献资料,将本机构的公共卫生研究项目进行分类。采用文献回顾的方法查阅国内外相关法律法规和回顾既往文献研究的基础上,结合工作实际需求咨询相关伦理专业专家初步构建公共卫生研究的伦理审查要素表。结果将公共卫生研究根据学科特点进行分类:使用现有人体生物样本或信息数据的研究、不涉及干预且采集人体健康信息的前瞻性研究、涉及健康行为干预(饮食、运动等)的研究、不涉及干预且采集人体生物样本的前瞻性研究、临床试验研究(疫苗、化妆品或体外诊断试剂效果检验)。使用现有人体生物样本或信息数据研究的伦理审查主要从研究的设计与实施、研究参与者的隐私保护两方面进行考虑。涉及健康行为干预的前瞻性研究的伦理审查主要从干预研究的设计与实施、知情同意、隐私保护、研究风险与获益评估、研究参与者的补偿和医疗保护、研究参与者的招募、弱势群体的保护等方面进行考虑。不涉及干预且采集人体生物样本或者信息数据的前瞻性研究的审查重点为生物样本及信息数据的采集、储存、使用的过程。结论伦理委员会可以根据不同的公共卫生研究类型特点有针对性地进行伦理审查,提高审查效率和质量,重视对知情同意、隐私保护、弱势群体的保护、权益和风险的评估等方面的考量,保护研究参与者的身心安全和合法权益。

The Physical Universe and the Theoretical Value of Science:Reflections on the Thought of G.Leopardi

The essay has two main purposes.The first consists of discussing some literary and philosophical thoughts on the epistemological value of science by one of the most famous and celebrated poets in Italian literature,Giacomo Leopardi.The poet firmly believes in the cognitive power of science,capable of revealing false beliefs with the light of reason.However,in his mature reflections,what will radically change will not be the value of scientific activity itself,always admirably accepted,but rather its true salvific force.Leopardi was not a scientist,but he used the scientific culture of his time to critically address the great existential themes of man concerning nature and the universe.He had amply demonstrated a scientific culture since his youthful'History of Astronomy',which would reappear in many of his other literary works.His deep and meditative reflections on the nature of finite and infinite space and time are a clear and fruitful testimony to this.However,Giacomo writes icastically,reason alone is not enough;it needs imagination.The second concerns a first reconstruction of the influence that the philosophy of Enlightenment had on Leopardi’s thought especially in relation to these topics:atheism,rejection of providentialism and anthropocentrism,the conception of nature,the question of the relationship between human and animal intelligence,the rejection of metaphysics,the importance of scientific knowledge.

Impact of COVID-19 on College Students’Non-intellectual Factors and Corresponding Countermeasures

The outbreak of COVID-19 in December 2019 has exerted a wide and everlasting impact on the world,which has also influenced education enormously.The adjustment of objective learning environment during the COVID-19 pandemic makes the influence of non-intellectual factors on college students worthy of investigation,research and analysis.Based on this,we have launched a questionnaire survey on 500 college students who have witnessed the pandemic,and referred to related literature,network documents,news reports,contrast and analysis of college students’non-intelligence factors before and after the outbreak of the different levels of change,summing up some new measures to promote the development of college students’non-intelligence factors under the COVID-19 outbreak for online learning and autonomous learning.

Enlightenment of Advanced Foreign Green Planning Researches for the Regional Greenway Network Planning of the Pearl River Delta

Since the programmatic document for the greenway construction in 9 cities of the Pear River Delta-Greenway Network Master Planning Outline for the Pearl River Delta was issued, greenway construction has been launched in all regions. This study proposed background of greenway study and problems in current greenway construction, analyzed the advanced overseas cases about networking and ecologicalization of greenways, and summarized their successful experience and their enlightenment for domestic greenway planning. By analyzing greenway construction in the United States in an all-around way, especially the typical greenway planning of Auckland Isthmus in New Zealand, it was proposed that sustainable development should be taken as the guiding ideology for greenway network planning of the Pearl River Delta, ecology-based planning adopted, ecological control and guidance of greenway defined, and high technology applied to create a scientific network.

A Comparative Analysis of Heroism in American Literature in 19th and 20th Centuries-Heroic Styles in Moby Dick and The Old Man and the Sea

In American literary history,two ocean novels,Herman Melville's Moby Dick and Ernest Hemingway's The Old Man and the Sea,have always been comparatively studied.Much research focuses on the two protagonists,Ahab in Moby Dick and Santiago in The Old Manand the Sea,to praise their heroic spirit,which is shared with other commonly acknowledged heroes.However,unique heroic characteristics of Ahab and Santiago which are tinged with the time flavor are commonly neglected.Enlightenment,which took on different facets in the 19th and 20th centuries,and American social development in different stages contributed a lot to the forming of the two heroic styles.In conclusion,Ahab and Santiago,in the sense of the affirmation of one's value and the defence of their dignity,are heroes,and meanwhile,their heroic behaviors are adapted to the whole atmosphere of a specific time stage.

The Images of Confucianism Constructed by Europe in the Sixteenth to Nineteenth Centuries

This paper is a historical survey of western construction of the images of Con-fucianism ranging from the sixteenth century to nineteenth century. The historical process ofWestern version of Confucianism originally was traced back to European missionaries, whoplayed crucial role in collecting Confucian primary sources and praising the ethical and socialvalues of Confucianism. Inspired by the primary sources of Confucianism, Enlightenmentscholars represented the image of Confucianism as romanticized ideal of natural theory andpractical morality for European culture. However, western＇ s imagination of Confucianism inthe nineteenth century shifted from a cultural and political ideal to childish and static traditioninferior to European culture, as emphasized in Hegel and Herder＇ s works. All these Westernimages of Confucianism illustrate the historical expressions of European self - presentation,self- confirmation and self- criticism.
