Architecture enterprise competition is very intense now, the market economy theory is applied to analyze Chinese architecture market in this article, and the inevitability and main characteristics of enterprise competition is described. This article indicates that architecture enterprise should face the problem rightly and reasoningly. As the market is filled with the threat of failure, at the same time, it is also filled with successful opportunity. Environmental competitiveness, price competitiveness and non-price competitiveness make up the undivided vital part of product's competitiveness. Environmental competitiveness can not only help improve the enterprise's key competitiveness directly, but also strengthen it indirectly by improving the products' price competitiveness and non-price competitiveness effectively. Instead of being confined to the product itself, there are several element's that can determine and influence the product's environmental competitiveness, including the manufacturing process, the management of enterprise&the life circle of the products, etc. Measuring these elements by setting “environmental suitable degree ”, and building up the echelon model to evaluate the environmental competitiveness can help us see about the standard of the enterprises' environmental competitiveness. Though many of the national enterprises have price competitiveness to some extend, restricted by all kinds of elements like systems, techniques, policy, the enterprises are weak in environmental competitiveness. Beginning with systems redesign, carrying out the sustainable development, strengthening inner enterprises management, making more efforts on technique innovation, and widely publicizing and teaching the ecological concept, Chinese national enterprises can improve their environmental competitiveness and improve their key competitiveness. 展开更多

E-commerce is the motive to push on the human society progress and economic development in the 21st century, and also the inexorable choices for traditional enterprises to gain competitive advantage facing new economy. Developing E-commerce may reduce trading cost, enhance trading efficiency, allocate social resources and push forward reform and innovation in the management of traditional enterprises. E-commerce facing entry into WTO of China, business administration and computer applications has fallen behind, E-commerce infrastructure has not been built well, and network society has not formed a definite scale. On the basis of analysis on the environment of the development of E-commerce, this paper puts forward some appropriate countermeasures. They are to lay down China E-commerce strategy, carry out knowledge management, establish E-commerce strategy alliance, reconstruct digital core products, reorganize enterprise resources, practice administration technology such as SCM, CRM and ERP, and strengthen E-commerce infrastructure for a better environment of E-commerce development. 展开更多

Facing international environment of entering into World Trade Organization,the country accelerates construction pace of human resource management subject in colleges and universities,which provides professional channel for management efficiency and market competition ability of Chinese enterprise,but it is still far from practice. In this paper,the concept,origin and inhibition factors of ingroup preference are elaborated. Based on the visual angle of ingroup preference,started from four dimensions( enterprise incentive system,talent management idea,psychological contract and employee communication consciousness),main problems existing in employee relationship management of modern enterprise are explored. It is specially emphasized that manager often holds the blame in front of dealing with the crisis after contradiction,which is " fatal point" neglected in employee relationship management of modern enterprise. An Empirical Research on the Evolution Model of Competitiveness Between Different Life Cycle Stages in Chinese Enterprises

The characteristic of enterprise competitiveness is different between different life cycle stages. In this paper we surveyed the enterprise competitiveness's differences in various stages of the life cycle and the evolution model of three aspects of enterprise com- petitiveness as resource, capability and dynamic capability by questionnaire survey. The result shows that there are significant differences between different life cycle stages of en- terprise competitiveness in China. The enterprise competitiveness is stronger and stronger during the periods from the enterprise's birth to maturity, while in the enterprise's recession period the competitiveness becomes much weaker. The competitiveness's constitutive features in each stage are as follows: in the enterprise's born stage the enterprise is lack of resources and its competition mainly relies on the ability; in the enterprise's growth stage the enterprise's resources become richer and are as important as enterprise's ability in the constitution of enterprise competitiveness; in the maturity stage the enterprise's people, money and material resources all become very rich but the role of capability in enterprise competitiveness begins to decrease; in the enterprise's recession stage the en- terprise resources begin to exhaust, and the enterprise's competitiveness returns to rely on capability, and in this period the enterprise's learning ability, innovation ability and dynamic mechanisms perform worst, which will affect the enterprise's revival and lead to the ultimate death of enterprise. These conclusions have great value for reference to the enterprise's competitive strategy making for different life cycle stages. 展开更多
