Analysis on the Function of Enterprise Information Management in Enterprise Integrated Management

This paper conducts the analysis on the function of enterprise information management in enterprise integrated management. On the whole, the enterprise strategic project management is the combination of enterprise strategic management and project management. From the process point of view, the enterprise strategic project management is in the middle of the enterprise strategic management and project management. On the whole, the enterprise strategic project management is the combination of enterprise strategic management and project management. The mainstream stakeholder theory suggests that an enterprise is a stakeholder and that it should meet the interests of stakeholders rather than just meeting the interests of the shareholders. Therefore, our paper proposes the new idea of the theories.

ENTERPRISE INTEGRATION PLATFORM BASED ON SERVICEORIENTED ARCHITECTURE

To achieve information integration, process integration and application integration of enterprise, an enterprise integration platform （EIP） based on service-oriented architecture （SOA） is built. The enterprise integration model depending on encapsulating the business processes as well as the enterprise applications by the neutral and standard web services is presented. The problem how to discover the existed enterprise resources and share them was resolved depending on the mechanism of publishing and discovering the services. The EIP is integrated closely with product lifecycle management （PLM） system so that the process integration as well as orchestration of the business process services is implemented by encapsulating the workflow engine of PLM system. Not only process integration and application integration, but also information integration based on the bill of material （BOM） conversion driven by process are achieved. Finally, an interpretive, qualitative case study on EIP is conducted for this research.

Research and Development on Manufacturing Enterprise Integration Framework

Currently many enterprises have established some independent application systems such as CAD, CAPP, CAE and so on. Enterprise information integration makes these information islands connected, and thereby forms a uniform enterprise-wide information environment. First this paper discusses the main research contents of enterprise integration. Then the author introduces an Internet-based configurable and open information integration framework, and presents a multi-tier integration architecture based on reusable component. Finally a development case of enterprise integration framework is introduced.

Research on the integration of Web_-CNC and EIS

During the time of building enterprise information System （EIS）, agility of enterprise can＇ t be improved entirely just through implementing the system such as： ERP, PDM, CAPP and so on. There is an information gap between bottom rnannfacturing equipment and the top EIS, that makes against elevating the agility of enterprise. Building Web- CNC and realizing its integration with EIS is an effect way to solve this problem. The architecture of Web- CNC, the integration of Web- CNC and EIS are detailed. Lastly, an instance is analyzed and discussed.

会计信息是揭示饲料企业经济活动的重要信息,而面对激烈的市场竞争,饲料企业一方面要立足业财融合,促进经济活动与财会工作的有机结合,另一方面要致力于提高会计信息质量,从而及时、准确、客观地反映出饲料企业的财务状况和经营成果,为饲料企业的可持续发展奠定基础。但从饲料企业的实际情况看,影响会计信息质量的因素较多,并且会计信息失真问题容易损害饲料企业所有者、投资者、债权人及其他信息使用者的利益,因此,需要进行针对性分析,并制定提升饲料企业会计信息质量的有效路径。

数智化时代背景下服装立体裁剪课程的创新性探索与实践

针对传统教学模式存在的痛点,以服装专业核心课程“立体裁剪”为例,基于数智化时代信息化、数字化的主要特征进行课程的创新性探索与改革实践。秉承“自主学习、夯实基础、培养能力、注重创新”的教学理念,融合自建在线资源微课程和智慧教学环境,以现代化信息技术为依托,结合社会发展、行业需求及专业目标、课程教学内容实际,重构课程教学内容,革新课程教学模式和考核方式,不断深化课程教学改革,明确教学的新范式、新方法、实施路径,以及多元化评价机制的教学成效,提高立体裁剪课程教学的实施效果,培养高专业水平人才。

产教融合-数字赋能驱动下的本科毕业实习模式创新实践

贯彻国家产教融合和推行教育数字化指导方针,结合国家一流专业建设需求,拓展实习教育教学的数字赋能新路径,针对中国矿业大学地理信息科学专业毕业实习模式存在的组织形式欠灵活、实习内容欠全面、质量评价欠科学、数字元素欠融入等问题,构建了“线上下结合-校企联动”的毕业实习创新模式,并从校企实习基地联合共建,实习实训内容共同制定,线上线下实践协同组织和实习质量多方联动评价4个维度开展了实践探索,为我校地理信息科学专业毕业实习质量和人才培养水平提升提供支持,也可作为产教融合-数字赋能毕业实习和实践教学的新示范。

“EII META-MODEL” ON INTEGRATION FRAMEWORK FOR VIABLE ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS——CITY PLANNING METAPHOR BASED ON STRUCTURAL SIMILARITY

Enterprise systems must have the structure to adapt the change of business environment. When rebuilding enterprise system to meet the extended operational boundaries, the concept of IT city planning is applicable and effective. The aim of this paper is to describe the architectural approach from the integrated information infrastructure (In3) standpoint and to propose for applying the 'City Planning' concept for rebuilding 'inter-application spaghetti' enterprise systems. This is mainly because the portion of infrastructure has increased with the change of information systems from centralized systems to distributed and open systems. As enterprise systems have involved heterogeneity or architectural black box in them, it may be required the integration framework (meta-architecture) as a discipline based on heterogeneity that can provide comprehensive view of the enterprise systems. This paper proposes 'EII Meta-model' as the integration framework that can optimize the overall enterprise systems from the IT city planning point of view. EII Meta-model consists of 'Integrated Information Infrastructure Map (In3-Map)', 'Service Framework' and 'IT Scenario'. It would be applicable and effective for the viable enterprise, because it has the mechanism to adapt the change. Finally, we illustrate a case of information system in an online securities company and demonstrate applicability and effectiveness of EII Meta-model to meet their business goals.

Virtual Reality Based Process Integrated Simulation Platform in Refinery:Virtual Refinery and Its Application

With the combination between system simulation and virtual reality,we have established an integrated virtual refinery simulation platform,and analyzed the overall design and principal architecture.This paper introduces a simulation algorithm about a refinery based on virtual reality,and explains how the algorithm can be applied to the virtual refinery integrated simulation platform in detail.The virtual refinery simulation platform,which consists of a three-dimensional scene system,an integrated database system and a dynamic-static simulation system,has many applications,such as dynamic-static simulation of key process unit used as process control and oil tank blending simulation for scheduling.With the visualization and human-computer interaction for acquiring production and process data,this platform can provide effective supports on staff training related with monitoring,control and operation in refinery.Virtual refinery can also be web published through the internet and it is helpful for the distance training and education.

Product-Oriented Integrated CAPP System

The necessi ty of product oriented integrated computer aided process planning (CAPP) is analy zed, and the system architecture and the main functions are described in detail. The key issues of the system, such as the product oriented process planning me thod, the human machine cooperation in process planning, the generation of manu facture bill of material (MBOM) and the dynamic data exchanging technology betwe en CAPP and enterprise resource planning (ERP), are discussed. The CAPP system h as been applied at a CIMS environment corporation successfully.
