Technology Innovation Mode of Agricultural Leading Enterprise——Based on the Virtual Organization Mode

Based on the definition of technology innovation of agricultural leading enterprises by domestic and foreign experts and scholars,technology innovation of agricultural enterprises is a process of new market increment,which uses new knowledge,technology,process and production mode,produces new products,offers new services and realizes commercialization. Characteristics of agricultural technology innovation are introduced,such as obvious regionality,relatively high risk,long-term periodicity and public attribute. Predicament for technology innovation of leading enterprises is analyzed,such as technical constraints,financial constraints and personnel constraints. Technological Innovation Mode can be classified into three modes of independent innovation,imitative innovation and cooperative innovation by the method of technology innovation. Among them,since there are some defects in the technology innovation process,independent innovation and imitative innovation are generally not used for the innovation of agricultural enterprises. Cooperative Innovation Mode can rely on foreign aid,can realize complementary advantages and achievement sharing,and can be widely applied in the agricultural innovation enterprise. Virtual organization in cooperation innovation mode is described,which makes up for technology,capital and human resources barriers in the process of agricultural enterprise innovation. Therefore,this mode is popular among the agricultural innovation enterprise.

Study on the Agile Virtual Enterprise′s Organizing Form and Running Environment

In this paper, we begin with the swift changes in the knowledge economy time,analyze the implication of the agility, and consider the agile virtual enterprise as the mainorganizational form for the manufacturing enterprises to realize agility. We classify the agilevirtual enterprises into products alliance style and knowledge alliance style, and compares theirmain features and profit distribution models. As a result, we give four basic structures for thebuilding and running of the agile virtual enterprises.

Analysis on the Effective Management and Enterprise Value Based on Employee and Customer Value

Value is the internal driving force for any corporate to obtain profits. The key issue of making profit lies on whether the corporate can truly appreciate the needs and combination of stakeholders＇ value, and establish a successful management of value exchange system. This paper starts with the theories of the employee and customer value measurement and management, followed by the value exchange system of employee-customer-organization. Therefore, it explains the status and role of employee-customer-organization in terms of value exchange. This work concludes that customers＇ satisfaction is determined by employees＇ satisfaction, and on that basis, customers would provide the promoted value to the organization.

The Dynamic Mechanism and Realization Paths for High-quality Development of Manufacturing Enterprises in the New Era

The high-quality development of the manufacturing industry is a prerequisite and foundation for achieving high-quality economic development in the new era,and the high-quality development of manufacturing industry has to be achieved through that of the manufacturing enterprises.Based on the theory of competitive advantage and a literature review of organizational and technological innovations,this paper defines"high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises"and puts forward a dynamic mechanism analysis framework based on the"motivation–behavior"logic for such development.Based on this analysis,the paper proposes the realization paths for high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises,which are the embedding path of platform development based on technology import,the embedding path of platform development based on independent research and development(R&D),the embedding path of bilateral markets based on independent R&D and the embedding path of bilateral markets based on technology import.

Construction Model of Enterprise Innovation Capacity

This paper sets up the construction model of enterprise innovation capacity by analyzing the personal nature, organization, knowledge and market demand. And this paper demonstrates that enterprise innovation capacity should be based on knowledge grasped by personal and organization in the enterprise. Whether the profit can be brought by innovation is mainly decided by competition advantage from innovation capacity.

TOWARDS SPATIAL LINKAGE PATTERNS OF INDUSTRIAL ORGANIZATIONS IN CHINA

The paper attempts to examine the relationships botween industrial organizations and their environments from an essentially spatial perspective and organizational theory, and inteqrate the generalizations derived from organizational theory and industrial geography o identify spatial linkage pattems created by the enterprises, both in the aggregate and individually These issues are organized around three elements. From the many organizational and environmental factors which might influence the spatial linkage patterns, six have been selected for analysis. These factors were highly correlated with value or volume of spatial linkages. Changes of spatial linkage pattems over time were analyzed based on a representative sample of the Nanjing Automotive Industrial Corporation, and findings with case studies were illustrated.

An Analysis of the Operation Mechanism of Chemical Industry Park Ecosystem Based on Theory of Ecological Organization

Based on the theory of ecological organization,this paper analyzes the operation mechanism of chemical industry park(CIP)ecosystem by means of dynamic simulation.The research shows that the CIP ecosystem is a complex ecological system whose operation mechanism includes two levels,namely individual enterprises and ecosystem.At the level of individual enterprise,there are competition,symbiosis,invasion and other interactions between enterprises in the CIP ecosystem.Through the pre-determined judgment of the competition effect coefficient and the symbiosis effect coefficient,we calculate how the enterprises influence each other,and then generate their respective operation paths,andfinally realize the long-term balance of the system.At the level of ecosystem,the CIP ecosystem makes self-organizing and self-adaptive adjustments and changes due to the changes of the exter-nal environment in policy,manpower,technology,capital,market,etc.,thus reaching the equilibrium state of coordinated operation and stable symbiosis with the external environment.

Application of Structuration Theory and Activity Theory in Enterprise Resources Planning Systems Implementation for Universities

An integration of organization culture in the conceptualization and development of Enterprise Resource Planning Systems （ERPs） is critical for an organization to reap potential benefits of the system. In this paper, the authors present an analytical approach through the Structuration Theory： How a university can assess its culture for the purposes of design and development of the ERPs. The authors extend the Structuration Theory by integrating it with the Activity Theory to provide the means of evaluating the activities that the system is to perform. The modified Orlikowski model is applied to depict the relationship between institutional properties, human agents, and technology in the university setup and how this offers a more inclusive approach to ERP systems development and implementation.

Conditions,Mechanisms and Process within Self-organization Evolution

Business growth and development are similar to a selforganization evolution system. This paper intends to explore the context, drive and process within enterprise self-organization evolution from a conceptual perspective. And an enterprise evolution model can be applied on the basis of ecological logistic equations to approach the elementary process and the growth stage of organization. Moreover,the influence of diverse variable on the evolution of enterprise growth is discussed. At last, the study concludes that new structures and functions can emerge within organizations and enterprises,which contribute to transformation and upgrade during their self-organization evolution.

中国式现代化关键在于科技现代化,对推动科技强国建设、加快实现高水平科技自立自强提出新要求。然而,当前我国仍缺乏指导国家创新体系整体效能提升与转型升级的方法论和创新管理新思想。面向我国国家创新体系发展的新使命与新挑战,批判性回顾国家创新体系、新型举国体制和有组织科研的理论与实践“瓶颈”,基于整合式创新思想和场景驱动创新理论,提出以“有组织创新”全面提升国家创新体系整体效能的新战略范式,明晰有组织创新的内涵边界和理论基础,系统探讨其核心构成要素和典型特征,进一步从结构、过程和功能视角阐释运行机理,提出实践进路。研究结果为推动国家创新体系建设总体战略导向从后发追赶、创新驱动向超越追赶、创新引领转型,坚持以人民为中心的创新路线,强化企业科技创新主体地位与主导作用,健全完善新型举国体制,加快形成科技先导能力,发展新质生产力提供理论指引与战略决策参考。

组织战略匹配管理中的语义建模方法研究综述

战略匹配是战略规划的一个子内容,侧重于检查战略规划与战略行动的一致性。通过战略匹配,组织的项目、计划或个人的计划与组织的长期业务目标保持一致。主要从语义建模角度阐述了这一领域的最新发展。为了引出这一关键技术领域对于组织战略匹配的重要性,首先讨论战略匹配的基本概念及其发展,特别是通过核心要素分析军事组织战略匹配问题的特征,有助于理解大型组织战略匹配问题的复杂性。然后,分析现有语义建模的主要方法,受限于当时的技术发展水平,这些方法仍有许多缺陷和不足,当前的语义技术应用也有一大部分是为解决这些遗留问题而产生。最后,总结战略匹配管理中的语义技术应用,希望为该领域技术的后续发展提供参考。

某电子企业职业人群有机物暴露健康风险评估

随着电子行业从业人群在新发职业病例中占比的增加,其健康问题及潜在健康风险已经引起广泛关注.本文基于深圳市某电子企业各工位有机污染物的监测结果,采用半定量和定量健康风险评估的方法,就其健康风险水平进行评价和探讨,结果表明:①调查企业各工位所检测的有机物浓度均低于其相应的职业接触限值,但乙醛、三氯乙烯、二甲苯等污染物的非致癌风险危害商均大于1,仍会产生较高的潜在非致癌健康风险.②健康风险评价结果表明,喷码、丝印、封装和浸锡等工位污染物的危害指数在2.52~129.14之间,导致其从业人员健康风险水平较高.③受到污染物浓度和危害等级的影响,半定量风险评估与定量风险评估结果之间存在差异.④不同评估方法具有其自身的优势和局限性,采用单一的评估方法会造成评估结果的偏差.研究显示:电子企业部分有机污染物低浓度可带来一定的潜在健康风险,应加强有效防护措施;同时,应结合多种评估方法开展健康风险评估,以获得更加全面和客观的评估结果,为实施高效的环境健康管理提供参考.

董事高管责任保险与会计信息质量——基于党组织参与治理的替代或互补效应

以国务院在2020年10月出台的《关于进一步提高上市公司质量的意见》政策为研究契机,选取我国2010—2021年A股上市公司为样本,采用双向固定效应模型,在研究董事高管责任保险对会计信息质量治理作用的基础上,研究党组织参与公司治理是替代还是互补董事高管责任保险发挥这一治理效应,以及剖析其传导效应和企业异质性效应。研究结果表明:董事高管责任保险对企业会计信息质量有治理效应,且“双向进入”式党组织参与治理会提升董事高管责任保险对会计信息质量的治理效应,即存在互补效应;而“交叉任职”式党组织参与治理抑制董事高管责任保险对会计信息质量的治理效应,即替代效应。进一步分析研究表明:董事高管责任保险会通过促进企业创新和提高内部控制质量对会计信息质量发挥治理效应,并在媒体关注度或盈利能力越高的企业中这种治理效应更好。上述研究结果不仅从新视角拓展会计信息质量影响因素的研究,而且丰富董事高管责任保险和党组织参与公司治理的单独及联合治理效果,并为政府、企业等相关利益者在实践中发掘董事高管责任保险的积极作用和提高会计信息质量提供了有益的实践启示。

国际大石油公司敏捷型组织变革及启示——以bp、埃克森美孚为例

敏捷型组织是企业组织由封闭向开放转变的一种高级形式,属于客户价值型、利益相关者价值型的组织形态,其特征包括构建分布式价值创造模式、建立赋能式团队、形成快速决策和学习的循环模式、激活员工和加速技术迭代。传统石油公司的组织管理模式已经不能适应复杂多变的环境、多元化业务协同发展、以客户需求为导向的价值创造模式的改变等,快速、敏捷和高效的组织形式变得至关重要。bp公司的“事业部+集成管理”模式和埃克森美孚“低结构性成本”模式是向敏捷组织转变的积极探索。中国石油企业传统的直线型、职能型管理模式已经不能适应新的发展要求,需要从管理理念到实践上对企业组织体系进行敏捷化变革,包括树立敏捷型的组织管理理念、加快组织机构敏捷化转变、加强敏捷性领导力培育。
