From the process point of view, the enterprise strategic project management is in the middle of the enterprise strategic management and project management. On the whole, the enterprise strategic project management is the combination of enterprise strategic management and project management. From the process point of view, the enterprise strategic project management is in the middle of the enterprise strategic management and project management. The mainstream stakeholder theory suggests that an enterprise is a stakeholder and that it should meet the interests of stakeholders rather than just meeting the interests of the shareholders. 提出了一种产品数据管理(PDM,Product Data Management)与企业资源计划(ERP,Enterprise Resource Planning)系统间的信息转换方法以及信息集成方式.分析了PDM与ERP系统集成信息,定义了包括物料、产品的层次结构及资源的集成信息模型.通...提出了一种产品数据管理(PDM,Product Data Management)与企业资源计划(ERP,Enterprise Resource Planning)系统间的信息转换方法以及信息集成方式.分析了PDM与ERP系统集成信息,定义了包括物料、产品的层次结构及资源的集成信息模型.通过组合、删除、调整、分解4种物料清单(BOM,Bill of Materials)结构转换算子以及继承型和派生型2种BOM属性映射方法,讨论了设计BOM经由工艺BOM向制造BOM的转换机制,实现了PDM与ERP系统间集成信息的信息传递与同步操作.通过一个PDM与ERP系统间集成信息转换的应用实例,对所提出的集成方法的应用进行了说明.该方法为PDM与ERP系统集成的研究提供了一条可行的解决方案.展开更多
