Advancement Towards Spatial Justice:The Barrier-Free Environment Construction from a Gender Perspective

Space is both a product and a producer of social relations.In the spatial domain,gender blindness has long existed,limiting women’s rights of access to and use of space,leading to structural oppression of women’s rights,and giving rise to new gender inequalities.The barrier-free environment construction has the functions of eliminating physical barriers and generating societal norms,and when combined with social changes,can facilitate justice correction across multiple dimensions.However,barrier-free environment construction itself,as a means of justice correction,also suffers from gender blindness.There remains room for improvement in the areas of facility construction,information exchange,and social services within the realm of barrier-free environments.In response to this phenomenon,gender equality offers a new critical perspective.Therefore,integrating a gender perspective into the barrier-free environment construction,focusing on the spatial rights of women,especially groups with multiple vulnerabilities,such as disabled women and elderly women,can contribute to the advancement towards spatial justice.

Countermeasures for Solving the Environmental Problems and Accelerating the Model City Construction of Xi'an

Through careful study, it found that the key and difficult points of affecting and restricting Xi＇an to reach the model city construction standards in provincial and national levels were ＂urban air environment quality standards＂ and ＂water qualification rate of urban water environment function area＂. In order to tackle with the weak links, highlight the important points and focus on the difficult points to strengthen scientific and technological innovation, we actively explored new ideas and ways to resolve the dilemma in meeting the two standards of model city construction, and we managed to put forward the countermeasures to resolve the dilemma through innovating system and mechanism. ＂Place master system＂ should be carded out quickly to meet the ＂urban air environment quality standards＂, while ＂river master system＂ should be implemented as soon as possible to reach the ＂water qualification rate of urban water environment function area＂. The aim of this study was to enhance the qualification rates of the indicators for model city construction to make Xi＇an successfully pass the provincial and national assessment of model city construction through dealing with the weak links to accelerate the realization of becoming model environmental protection city.

The Protection of Human Rights in the Construction of Barrier-free Environment--Viewed from the perspective of the Marxist Human Rights Concept

The construction of a barrier-free environment contains a rich connotation of human rights protection,and is closely related to the study of human rights protection in China.With the evolution of the concept of barrier-free design and the expansion of its beneficiary groups,constructing a barrier-free environment has become a basic task that benefits all members of society and meets the public needs of all the people,with its core goal expanding from the protection of the rights of the disabled to the protection of the basic rights and interests of all members of society.Building a barrier-free environment from the perspective of the Marxist human rights concept is conducive to safeguarding the people’s right to subsistence and development,and at the same time,it satisfies their demand for the right to pursue a high-quality and better life and reflects the common vision of everyone in society fully enjoying human rights.promoting the construction of a barrier-free environment in terms of legal protection based on China’s institutional advantages can improve and innovate the country’s legislation on the construction of a barrier-free environment,so as to play an exemplary and guiding role in enhancing the international barrier-free level and enable all people to enjoy the good life created through the drive to build a barrier-free environment.

Environmental Cultural Landscape Characteristics of Agricultural Vocational Colleges: A Case Study of Bioengineering Branch of Yangling Vocation and Technical College and Doucun Farm

Based on the overall planning of environmental cultural construction of Yangling Vocational & Technical College and the college–enterprise co-construction of Doucun Farm, this paper combined environmental cultural reformation inside and outside the college and reform of off-campus teaching experiment farm in view of outstanding agricultural characteristics of the bioengineering branch, with environmental health preservation as the fundamental goal and "health-preserving agriculture" as the link. In addition, four major characteristic landscape frameworks of "point, line, surface, and body" were established, and the effective construction approaches of health-preserving environmental cultural landscapes in vocational colleges were explored.

Construction of Environment for Sustainable Human Rights Development

Review of Simultaneous Localization and Mapping Technology in the Agricultural Environment

Simultaneous localization and mapping(SLAM)is one of the most attractive research hotspots in the field of robotics,and it is also a prerequisite for the autonomous navigation of robots.It can significantly improve the autonomous navigation ability of mobile robots and their adaptability to different application environments and contribute to the realization of real-time obstacle avoidance and dynamic path planning.Moreover,the application of SLAM technology has expanded from industrial production,intelligent transportation,special operations and other fields to agricultural environments,such as autonomous navigation,independent weeding,three-dimen-sional(3D)mapping,and independent harvesting.This paper mainly introduces the principle,sys-tem framework,latest development and application of SLAM technology,especially in agricultural environments.Firstly,the system framework and theory of the SLAM algorithm are introduced,and the SLAM algorithm is described in detail according to different sensor types.Then,the devel-opment and application of SLAM in the agricultural environment are summarized from two aspects:environment map construction,and localization and navigation of agricultural robots.Finally,the challenges and future research directions of SLAM in the agricultural environment are discussed.

Countermeasures for Scientific Utilization of Forest Resources in China

Ecological environment in China refers to the state of people’s living environment,which is mainly represented in soil erosion,garbage pollution,air pollution,noise pollution and so on.The basic situation of ecological environment in China is that the governance capacity is far behind the speed of destruction,and the ecological deficit is gradually expanding.Excessive deforestation,indiscriminate reclamation,exceeding hunting,and random wild plants picking have been failed to be prohibited.Forest fires and pests and diseases are still very serious threats to forestry.In this paper,based on the generality of sustainable development,a systematic discussion was made to the framework theory of sustainable forestry development and sustainable forest management,followed by further exploration of forest resources and sustainable development.Moreover,based on the investigation on related concepts of forest resources,review of historic process of forest resources,and analysis on the grim situation of forest resources,some countermeasures were proposed to carry out the sustainable utilization of forest resources in China.

Indoor Environment and Human Sensing via Millimeter Wave Radio:A Review

With the rapid development of 5G technology,more and more attention has been attracted to mmWave sensing.As an emerging sensing medium,mmWave has the advantages of both high sensitivity and precision.Different from its networking applications,the core method of mmWave sensing is to analyze the reflected signal changes containing the relevant information of different surrounding environments.In this paper,we conduct a systemic review for mmWave sensing.We first summarize the prior works on environmental sensing with different signal analysis methods.Then,we classify and discuss the work of sensing humans,including their behavior and gestures.Finally,we discuss and put forward more possibilities of mmWave human perception.

The Idea of“Codification”of Human Rights to Environment

As China has embarked on a new journey to comprehensively build a modern socialist country and marches toward the Second Centenary Goal,improving the protection of human rights in environmental protection has become a key task to meet people's growing demand for a better life.The international community has reached a consensus on the human rights attribute of environmental rights,and China has also recognized it in its National Human Rights Action Plan of China(2021-2025).Early claims for environmental human rights gave birth to modern environmental law at the international level,while the global consensus on sustainable development promoted the new development of environmental human rights.In China,the construction of a"beautiful China"has become the national goal confirmed by the Constitution.The confirmation of environmental rights in the planned environmental code can further clarify the connotation of the value system of the code and help clarify the institutional structure and attribution logic of the code.Based on the subjective right and objective value of environmental rights,the specific scheme for the"codification"of environment rights is to construct the system from three levels of ontological provision,guarantee provision and reliefprovision.

Evolution of China's Accessibility Standard System and International Experience

This paper summarizes the evolution of China’s accessibility standard system and its driving forces since the reform and opening-up was introduced in 1978,divides it into several stages based on social and economic development,and further analyzes its development trend in the context of standardization reforms.Then,it critically reviews the characteristics of China’s current accessibility standard system and problems encountered during the implementation process.Finally,it proposes suggestions for the development of China’s accessibility standard system in the new era by drawing on domestic and international experience.
