In all,the segregation of 55SiCrA is superior to 60Si2MnA obviously.The industrialization of domestic high level low-alloy spring steel wire rod can't seek quick success and instant benefits,independent innovation perseveringly must be adopted,the success may be reached after master core technologies and adopt the science way of step by step.

广东省冬种蔬菜是保障我国冬季“菜篮子”供应及带动农民增收的重要产业。通过数据分析和产业调研,对广东省冬种蔬菜的产业发展现状和存在问题进行分析,并提出针对性的对策建议。结果发现,广东省冬种蔬菜播种面积和产量较稳定,产业化发展水平逐步提升,销售区域遍及全国各地,取得较好效益,但也存在市场竞争日趋激烈、缺乏信息指导、技术更新慢、标准化程度低、品牌建设薄弱、用地障碍多等问题。因此,提出如下建议:强化因地制宜、分类施策,优化冬种蔬菜市场定位,开展冬种蔬菜提质增效技术研究与集成示范,建设若干标准化育苗基地,打造、推广冬种蔬菜区域公共品牌,完善冬种蔬菜生产设施设备,制定冬种蔬菜产业发展保障措施。

铁水联运标准化是助推铁水联运高质量发展的重要技术支撑。为明晰制约铁水联运高质量发展的标准化问题,准确把握铁水联运标准化工作任务,本文在文献调研、实地调研、专家座谈和问卷调研的基础上,全面梳理了我国铁水联运标准化取得的成绩,深入研究了基础设施标准不健全、服务规则不统一、危险货物界定标准不一致、信息交换标准有待完善、标准实施效果不佳等制约铁水联运高质量发展的标准化问题,并从重点标准制修订、标准实施评估、标准宣贯和推广应用等方面提出了对策建议,为加强铁水联运标准化工作提供决策支持。

并轨专硕研究生住院医师规范化培训现状分析及思考

自医教协同培养模式实施以来,临床医学硕士专业学位研究生(以下简称“专硕研究生”)的培养模式在课程学习与考核、临床能力训练与考核、科研能力培养等方面均发生了巨大转变。并轨培养模式以临床能力和职业素养为核心,专硕研究生毕业后就能进入临床一线工作,胜任住院医师职责。但在住院医师规范化培训制度推行过程中,也存在研究生导师指导作用发挥不充分、研究生科研能力下降、研究生心理压力大等争议,提示并轨培养制度仍需不断完善。笔者提出建议,应加强党建引领,落实立德树人根本任务,确保医学人才培养的方向正确;需要转变科研培养理念,积极创造临床研究条件,提高研究生的科研能力。此外,应建立科学的评价体系,对研究生的临床能力、科研能力和职业素养进行全面评价。最后,应探索基于胜任力的研究生培养路径,培养思想、业务、作风三过硬的医学人才。
