Background Currently,laser tracker is the primary instrument used to carry out three-dimensional position measurement in accelerator alignment.Theoretically,three-dimensional measuring data processed by three-dimensional adjustment are more rigorous,however,error accumulation is found in practice.Purpose In order to control error accumulation and further improve the measurement accuracy of accelerator alignment,this research introduces the laser alignment system into the activity of measurement and data processing.Methods A measurement scheme combining laser tracker and laser alignment system is proposed.To construct the constraint condition,the offset values from the measuring points to the laser straight-line datum were used.To carry out the three-dimensional adjustment with offset constraint,the laser tracker observations were used.Results A three-dimensional adjustment function model of laser tracker observations is given.The construction method of the constraint equation is researched,and the calculation formulas of the three-dimensional adjustment with offset constraint are derived.A 200 m linac tunnel control network is designed,using simulation measurement method,the measuring data of laser tracker and the offset values from the measuring points to the laser straight-line datum were generated.The simulated data are calculated by the method given in this paper and the result is analyzed.Conclusion Simulation result shows introducing the laser alignment system into laser tracker measurement and applying the three-dimensional adjustment with offset constraint can effectively suppress the error accumulation caused by long distance move station measurement. 展开更多

The corresponding corrected method is proposed for the INS ( INS-Inertial Navigation System ) accumulated error of large transport aircraft. System errors contain aircraft position error, altitude error and speed error,one is increasing the accuracy of hardw are; the other is development of low cost softw are algorithms. Because of improving hardw are is more difficult in my country at present, developing softw are algorithms is essential w ay,w hich have been validated in my types of airplane. The combined heuristic algorithms ( ABPNN,Advanced Back-propagation neural netw orks algorithm and LSM -least square method) are presented,w hich incorporates the effects of flight region and measured terrain height data by radar and barometer. Based on this algorithm,the appropriate match region w as gotten by recognition of fiducial digital map in real time online. In process of w ork,the minimum of position error as a cost function and the constraint conditions are gave,the flight positions are recognized in real time and continuously,least sum of square is calculated based on LSM ,in other w ords,the optimized result is obtained. The simulation case demonstrate that the method is very successful,the correct rate of recognition is more 90 percent. In w ords,the algorithm presented is economical,validation and effective. 展开更多

Mathematical model of cross type multi-stream plate-fin heat exchanger is established.Meanwhile,mean square error of accumulative heat load is normalized by dimensionless,and the equations of temperature-difference uniformity factor are improved.Evaluation factors above and performance of heat exchanger are compared and analyzed by taking aircraft three-stream condenser as an example.The results demonstrate that the mean square error of accumulative heat load is common result of total heat load and excess heat load between passages.So it can be influenced by passage arrangement,flow inlet parameters as well as flow patterns.Dimensionless parameter of mean square error of accumulative heat load can reflect the influence of passage arrangement to heat exchange performance and will not change dramatically with the variation of flow inlet parameters and flow patterns.Temperature-difference uniformity factor is influenced by passage arrangement and flow patterns.It remains basically unchanged under a certain range of flow inlet parameters. 展开更多

We present an adaptive control scheme of accumulative error to stabilize the unstable fixed point for chaotic systems which only satisfies local Lipschitz condition, and discuss how the convergence factor affects the convergence and the characteristics of the final control strength. We define a minimal local Lipschitz coefficient, which can enlarge the condition of chaos control. Compared with other adaptive methods, this control scheme is simple and easy to implement by integral circuits in practice. It is also robust against the effect of noise.
