Influence mechanism of tourists' environmentally responsible behavior in ethnic villages

With the economic development and multicultural exchange of ethnic villages,more and more ethnic villages have embarked on the road of tourism to become rich,but also brought the problem of ecological pollution.Few existing literatures discuss how to alleviate the ecological pollution in ethnic villages from the perspective of tourists’environmentally responsible behavior.In the context of ethnic villages,from the perspective of integration and the attitude-context-behavior theory,this paper constructs an EV-ABC-TERB model with four variables,namely environmental attitude,local atmosphere,emotional experience and tourists’environmentally responsible behavior,to explore the characteristics,influencing factors and influencing mechanism of tourists’environmental responsibility behavior in ethnic villages.Taking Xijiang Hmong Village as the research case,questionnaire survey method and structural equation model method were used.The results show that environmental attitude positively affects emotional experience and tourists’environmentally responsible behavior.Local atmosphere positively influences tourists’environmentally responsible behavior.Emotional experience negatively affects tourists’environmentally responsible behavior and plays an intermediary role in the way that environmental attitudes affect tourists’environmentally responsible behavior.The influence of environmental attitude on emotional experience is negatively regulated by local atmosphere.Finally,based on the analysis conclusion,it provides new ideas and inspiration for the sustainable development of the ethnic village tourism.

从“村BA”看中国式现代化与民族文化创新的互构实践

激发全民族文化创新创造活力,是新的历史起点上建设文化强国、建设中华民族现代文明的重要命题。新时代,民族村寨的文化传承与创新呈现新样态,成为助力民族地区同步实现现代化的重要推进力量。本文以贵州省黔东南苗族侗族自治州台江县台盘村举办的“村BA”及其以赛兴农、助旅、扶产等一系列实践为例,观察西部民族村寨在现代化进程中协调发展物质文明和精神文明并赓续中华文脉的过程,分析民族文化融合创新与中国式现代化互洽互构的过程以及民族文化创造性转化赋能乡村振兴的过程,进而解读“村BA”火遍全国的成功密码及其为何堪称“观察中国式现代化的一个窗口”,挖掘其中体现中华文明赋予现代化建设以底蕴、物质条件现代化又赋予中华文明以力量的基层经验。

民族地区体育文化何以赋能乡村振兴?——以黔东南地区“村BA”为例

运用田野调查、逻辑分析、案例分析等方法,以黔东南地区“村BA”为例,厘清民族地区体育文化赋能乡村振兴的逻辑、困境,并提出赋能进路。逻辑:体育文化以多重属性、内源式、以赛为媒赋能乡村振兴。困境:产业价值激活不充分,潮汐效应明显;内生资源创新活力不足,文化认同式微;组织服务效能待提升,要素瓶颈凸显。进路:以价值为引领,拓展“体育+”赋能产业高质量发展;以创新为理念,重塑民族体育文化传承与认同;以群众为主体,强化要素保障提升组织效能。

GIS-based spatial differentiation of ethnic minority villages in Guizhou Province,China

The protection and development problems in ethnic minority villages have received great attention from the Chinese government.This study aims to systematically identify the spatial differentiation characteristics of ethnic minority villages and their influencing factors in Guizhou Province.Applying ArcGIS and GeoDa,a total of 1,014 ethnic minority villages in the four batches announced by the Ethnic and Religious Affairs Commission of Guizhou Province(272in the first batch,240 in the second batch,255 in the third batch,and 247 in the fourth batch)served as the research objects.Utilizing the economic development data in Guizhou Statistical Yearbook 2018-2020 for analysis,the coupling calculation of the spatial layout and economic development level of ethnic minority villages was conducted.The results indicate that the number of ethnic minority village points varies in spatial distribution with remarkable agglomeration.The spatial equilibrium distribution of ethnic minority villages in the province is imbalanced.The kernel density is characterized by independent single kernel centers with sporadic distributions of subcenters and an echelon distribution whole.The spatial complexity distribution indicates that ethnic minority villages in Guizhou possess unequal characteristics,and the fractal of the system structure is more complicated.The findings reveal that the spatial distribution of ethnic minority characteristic villages in Guizhou is highly consistent with that of ethnic minorities in Guizhou.The distribution is the combined results of geographical factors and socialeconomic factors.Most ethnic minority characteristic villages in Guizhou Province are located in areas with complex terrain,inconvenient transportation,and relatively backward economic development.Based on the current geospatial distribution of ethnic minority villages,the present study will provide remarkable implications for the Chinese government to implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy from several key aspects.The Chinese government should establish a protection and development mechanism in ethnic minority villages and strive to enhance the characteristics of ethnic cultural industries.Meanwhile,the"integration of culture and tourism"should be taken as the development strategy while the industry should support rural economic development and help eliminate poverty.This is of crucial practical significance to national unity and rural revitalization in China.

Study on the Influence of Over Development and Construction of Traditional Villages on the Development of B&B and Its Planning Strategy:A Case Study of Jinlin Village in Zhaoqing,Guangdong Province

The development types of traditional village B&B can be divided into spontaneous style,scenic area driven style and new rural construction led style.The development of B&B in Jinlin Village has certain livable environment and resource conditions,good location,profound cultural heritage and government support.It has experienced three stages of construction,namely scenic spot development,civilized village and new countryside.The development type of B&B in Jinlin Village belongs to the dual type of scenic spot driving and new countryside construction.However,over construction has negative impact on the development of B&B.Four planning strategies are put forward,including protecting and activating the traditional houses,increasing the green space to isolate and buffer the impact of new houses on traditional dwellings,opening up new lakeside residential area,and fully protecting and utilizing peripheral farmlands.

“We” and “They”: On Gesar Culture and Ethnic Boundaries of Rebgong Khre-Tse Sde-Bzhi

The Gesar Epic is not only a literary work and cultural icon of the Tibetan people but a symbol of maintaining ethnic boundaries.In particular,in the community mixed with both Hor and Tibetan residents,the cultural memory of Gesar is considered as one of the greatest distinguishing factors to tell the Self Group from the Other-Group.Khre-Tse Sde-Bzhi(referring to the four villages),a marginal group in Tibetan-inhabited area of Rebgong,is called Hor or DorDo by local Tibetans.When it comes to ethnic identification,the ethnic group is commonly recognized as Tu ethnicity.In fact,in the community of Khre-Tse Sde-Bzhi,local residents are distinguished by whether they are Hor(a branch of Mongolian language family)or Bod(Tibetan);moreover,there remains a relatively obvious sense of ethnic identity.And yet,in addition to the dominant characteristics of local languages,it is the Gesar culture that has become one of the main features to differentiate between Bod and Hor.More importantly,people of Bod and Hor identify themselves by whether the others tell the complete version of the Gesar Epic or whether they have the authentic King Gesar enshrined,in order to determine their cultural identity.

旅游扶贫村寨社区压力应对的ABCD-X模式——以中俄边境村落室韦为例

旅游业为边远民族村寨带来了经济发展的机会,但社会生态巨变也使其面临诸多压力与冲突,威胁到地区稳定,对化解之道的深层次探索亟待理论支撑。文章借用Selye生理应激理论,根据压力概念发展的趋势,提出社区层面压力–冲突论之6大命题,并以此为基础构建由压力源(A)、应对资源(B)、应对过程(C)、压力反应(D)、应对结果(X)构成的社区压力应对之ABCD-X模式,其中B-C为"传承"维度,A-D为"变革"维度。该模式应用于中俄边界室韦俄罗斯民族村的旅游扶贫研究,显示出良好的框架条理作用和机理解释能力;结合实践经验,ABCD-X模式帮助甄别出民族村寨旅游扶贫进程的7大误区,能否规避这些误区直接关系到社区压力应对与旅游可持续发展之成效。

Protection and development of characteristic villages in Wuling Mountain ethnic areas under the strategy of rural revitalization

The construction of characteristic villages in ethnic areas is an important link in the overall implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,and it is also an important measure to promote rural revitalization and development.With the development of modern civilization,some villages with distinctive characteristics have gradually become homogeneous.How to promote these villages to give play to their characteristic advantages and promote their revitalization has become an important topic discussed by many scholars.This paper takes Nanzhu Village,a characteristic village with the trinity of “red genes,ethnic characteristics,and natural landscape” as a case.Starting from the perspective of the rural revitalization strategy,this paper proposes countermeasures for the construction and development of characteristic villages in the ethnic minority areas of Wuling Mountain.Revitalization provides a certain reference.

民族旅游社区居民非遗责任行为的影响因素研究--以雷山县三个苗族村落为例

探索民族旅游社区居民非遗责任行为的影响因素,对非遗保护与传承具有重要意义。文章运用扎根理论提炼影响民族旅游社区居民非遗责任行为的关键因素,并构建理论模型。研究发现,影响民族旅游社区居民非遗责任行为的关键因素有综合利益、社会力量、理性权衡、情感联结、道德规范、政策支持和感知行为控制。综合利益、社会力量通过民族旅游社区居民的理性权衡和情感联结间接影响其非遗责任行为,社会力量还通过道德规范间接作用于民族旅游社区居民的非遗责任行为;政策支持是民族旅游社区居民非遗责任行为的强化因素,影响前置因素与非遗责任行为之间关系的方向和强度;感知行为控制直接影响民族旅游社区居民非遗责任行为的实施。研究结论不仅为旅游情境下非遗保护与传承的研究提供了新的视角,为民族旅游地区引导社区居民非遗责任行为的实施提供一定的管理启示。

基于四素同构的哈尼族传统村落声景特征及保护策略--以阿者科为例

哈尼族传统村落因其独特的文化和生态布局,声景资源丰富且特色鲜明,但缺乏系统性研究。以“森林-村寨-梯田-水系”四素同构的哈尼族传统村落阿者科为例,对四素空间的声环境进行主客观评价分析。发现多数空间的声压级在50dBA左右,且以低频为主。村落以水为径,串联起自然生态,水声还能为游客提供较高的情绪价值;文化与自然空间相互作用后的声景舒适度为最高;村民生长于斯,赋予了村落丰富的声景资源。最后提出了3个声景保护策略,即保护村落的原真性,实现特色声景的有机呈现;促进生态保护与水源保育的正向循环,构建自然和谐的声景;激活人的活态属性,延续村落空间的声景活力。

榃僧村接龙祈福仪式的人类学考察

传统民族村落是社群仪式活动的重要场所,社群仪式活动中包含了一个民族的生产生活方式以及民俗文化,也是该民族继承自己优秀传统文化的一个重要途径。通过对横州市榃僧村接龙祈福仪式过程深入考察,发现继承并发展传统民族村落仪式在维系当地历史记忆、传承优秀传统文化、强化村落共同体意识以及促进各民族之间交往交流交融等方面有着重要意义。

多民族小区域社会共同性的形成——以贵州榕江县“宰牙四寨”为例

铸牢中华民族共同体意识,需要从各民族的交往交流交融历史实践中去认知和理解共同拥有的文化认同基础,进而才能引导新时代民族工作主线的具体实践。本文聚焦于贵州榕江县郎洞镇的宰牙四寨小区域社会,梳理自清代雍正年间国家“开辟”建制治理下,重构了村寨人群地理空间,使之步入苗、侗、汉等多民族共居互动的社会结构过程。在几百年的历史发展中,一方面是各民族面临相同的自然与社会生境,形成了共同的社会诉求和生活方式,一些被认为对共同生活与社会秩序稳定有保障的族性社会文化规则,被接纳重构为地缘性规则;另一方面是国家制度、文化理念、通用文字及现代民族平等政策等先后植入,与地方社会文化传统互动,生成新的整合机制,进一步强化了超越单一民族的小区域共同体凝聚。该个案的意义在于透析出具有共同性的“文化中国”是由若干类似超越族性的小区域共同体及其文化共遵共享连缀而成的。

脱贫民族地区韧性乡村建设:逻辑、测度与进路

基于脱贫民族地区乡村社会所处的战略意境、风险环境和问题情境,以生计韧性、产业韧性、生态韧性、文化韧性、组织韧性五大要素构建韧性乡村评价体系,并运用熵值法、多因素综合评价法对2011—2020年大湘西地区韧性乡村建设水平进行综合测度。研究发现:样本地区韧性乡村建设水平持续提升并呈现阶段性特征,“十三五”时期提升幅度较为显著;各维度韧性贡献力呈不均衡发展趋势且建设水平差异明显,文化韧性、生计韧性和产业韧性是推动韧性乡村建设水平持续提升的主要动力源泉;空间分异特征显著,总体呈现出以“芷江侗族自治县-中方县-溆浦县”一线为分界线且南高北低的空间分布格局。脱贫民族地区应厚植内生性韧性治理理念,构筑高质量韧性乡村要素体系,完善多元化韧性乡村系统功能,打造一体化韧性乡村空间协同机制,促进韧性乡村建设向更高层次、更高水平和更高质量迈进。

乡村振兴背景下民族村寨空间商品化实践及路径探讨——基于重庆武隆区天池苗寨的调查

为了解乡村振兴路径和乡村资源转换,采用参与观察法和深度访谈法调查重庆武隆区天池苗寨空间商品化实践。天池苗寨经过修通道路、修复传统建筑、改观村容村貌、整理传统文化、申报传统村落等空间商品化前奏后,进一步采取农业资源置换旅游资产、整治公共环境、打造特色空间、发掘传统文化、发展沉浸体验非遗等措施,初步实现传统村落空间商品化。目前尚存在民宿统一设计缺乏民族个性和地方特色、整体空间欠缺规范化管理、空间内部缺乏产业集聚效应等问题。基于此,提出挖掘民宿特色、向主题化和品牌化发展、提高村民直接参与民宿经营与管理的积极性、统筹规划“民宿+”集群产业发展等建议。

以铸牢中华民族共同体意识涵化民族村寨旅游的发展机理与实践进路

中华民族共同体意识是民族团结之本。支持特色村寨的保护与发展是我国民族工作的重要组成部分。民族村寨在推进旅游发展过程中,要牢牢把握铸牢中华民族共同体意识这条主线,深入开展民族团结进步创建工作,实现以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线贯穿民族村寨旅游内涵式发展,以民族村寨旅游发展助力铸牢中华民族共同体意识良性互动的发展机理。同时,涵化民族村寨旅游发展必须以乡村文化展馆“塑形”,以智慧民族村寨“赋能”,以文旅融合发展“做实”,以民族村寨文化“铸魂”,以乡村三治融合“协治”,以文塑旅,以旅彰文,推动铸牢中华民族共同体意识在民族村寨旅游内涵式发展中实现“纲举目张”。
