A Health State Prediction Model Based on Belief Rule Base and LSTM for Complex Systems

In industrial production and engineering operations,the health state of complex systems is critical,and predicting it can ensure normal operation.Complex systems have many monitoring indicators,complex coupling structures,non-linear and time-varying characteristics,so it is a challenge to establish a reliable prediction model.The belief rule base(BRB)can fuse observed data and expert knowledge to establish a nonlinear relationship between input and output and has well modeling capabilities.Since each indicator of the complex system can reflect the health state to some extent,the BRB is built based on the causal relationship between system indicators and the health state to achieve the prediction.A health state prediction model based on BRB and long short term memory for complex systems is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the LSTMis introduced to predict the trend of the indicators in the system.Secondly,the Density Peak Clustering(DPC)algorithmis used todetermine referential values of indicators for BRB,which effectively offset the lack of expert knowledge.Then,the predicted values and expert knowledge are fused to construct BRB to predict the health state of the systems by inference.Finally,the effectiveness of the model is verified by a case study of a certain vehicle hydraulic pump. 展开更多

Based on the idea of ES template (EST), an object-oriented rule-type EST is emphatically studied on such aspects as the object-oriented knowledge representation, the heuristic inference engine with an improved depth-first search (DFS) and the graphical user interface. A diagnositic ES instance for debris on magnetic chip detectors (MCDs) is then created with the EST. The spot running shows that the rule-type EST enhances the abilities of knowledge representation and heuristic inference, and breaks a new way for the rapid construction and implementation of ES. 展开更多

针对气象站故障检测的需求,研制了基于置信规则库的气象站故障检测专家系统。专家系统利用前期建立起来的气象站的气象数据库,根据当前实时气象数据,通过改进的置信规则库模型结合专家经验知识自动完成数据分析和处理、是否有故障判断... 针对气象站故障检测的需求,研制了基于置信规则库的气象站故障检测专家系统。专家系统利用前期建立起来的气象站的气象数据库,根据当前实时气象数据,通过改进的置信规则库模型结合专家经验知识自动完成数据分析和处理、是否有故障判断并对故障程度进行等级划分。工作人员在进行现场故障检测之前,只需通过气象站传感器故障专家系统对异常传感器进行辅助诊断,确定故障等级后依据故障等级携带相应检修设备或需更换的零部件进入现场实施检查和维修。实验测试表明系统对各个设备的总体平均检测准确率从69.8%提高到85.7%,极大提升了检测的效率和准确性。 展开更多

[目的]为充分运用核动力装置的运行管理经验辅助核动力操纵人员进行故障诊断,设计一种船用核动力装置故障诊断专家系统。[方法]首先,根据故障树与产生式规则之间的逻辑一致性,提出一种将故障树知识转化为产生式规则的方法;然后,对采用正、反向混合推理方法的专家系统知识库和推理机进行优化设计,并依据故障树最小割集和重要度分析结果设计正向推理策略以简化推理流程;最后,根据人工对故障状态判断的思路设计状态监测模块,实时采集关键设备参数以转化为专家系统可识别的设备信息。[结果]结果显示,采用所提方法可解决专家系统知识获取困难的问题,能在保证推理准确度的前提下提升推理效率,实现了专家系统的在线故障诊断功能。[结论]研究表明采用所提方法可提升专家系统获取知识的能力和推理效率,对保障核动力装置的运行管理安全具有重要意义。 展开更多

提出了融合大数据技术和工艺知识的烧结终点预报系统。首先,采集、清洗、整合了实际烧结生产的海量历史数据,建立了烧结全流程大数据仓库。在此基础上,分析了烧结终点位置与烧结矿质量指标间的关系。然后,采用数据挖掘和工艺知识相结合... 提出了融合大数据技术和工艺知识的烧结终点预报系统。首先,采集、清洗、整合了实际烧结生产的海量历史数据,建立了烧结全流程大数据仓库。在此基础上,分析了烧结终点位置与烧结矿质量指标间的关系。然后,采用数据挖掘和工艺知识相结合的方法筛选出与烧结终点位置相关的重要特征变量,选用梯度提升树算法(GBDT算法)建立了烧结终点位置预报模型,并应用网格搜索和交叉验证方法对算法涉及参数进行了优化,而且在预报模型的外层建立了相应的专家规则。预报系统整体预测命中率达到88%以上,与以往的预报模型相比,预报系统的预报精度和泛化能力显著提升,对指导烧结实际生产有重要的作用。 展开更多

Moreover, coagulant dosing rate is non-linearly correlated to raw water characteristics such as turbidity, conductivity, PH, temperature, etc. As such, coagulation reaction is hard or even impossible to control satisfactorily by conventional methods. Based on neural network and rule models, an expert system for determining the optimum chemical dosage rate is developed and used in a water treatment work, and the results of actual runs show that in the condition of satisfying the demand of drinking water quality, the usage of coagulant is lowered. 展开更多

An expert fault diagnosis system for the leaching process was proposed, which has been implemented in a nonferrous metals smeltery. The system architecture and the diagnosis procedure were presented, and the rule models with the certainty factor were constructed based on the empirical knowledge, empirical data and statistical results on past fault countermeasures, and an expert reasoning strategy was proposed which employs the rule models and Beyes presentation and combines forward chaining and backward chaining. Expert control strategy using neural networks for electrolytic zinc process

The most important parameters which control the electrolytic process are the concentrations of zinc and sulfuric acid in the electrolyte. An expert control strategy for determining and tracking the optimal concentrations was proposed, which uses neural networks, rule models and a single loop control scheme. First, the process was described and the strategy that features an expert controller and three single loop controllers was explained. Next, neural networks and rule models were constructed based on statistical data and empirical knowledge on the process. Then, the expert controller for determining the optimal concentrations was designed through a combination of the neural networks and rule models. The three single loop controllers used the PI algorithm to track the optimal concentrations. Finally, the implementation of the proposed strategy were presented. The run results show that the strategy provides not only high purity metallic zinc, but also significant economic benefits. 展开更多

An expert system for biomass soft-sensor hybrid modeling in fermentation process was decribed in this paper.A production rules representation based on database was presented.The definitions of production rules for biomass soft-sensor hybrid modeling knowledge were proposed.A knowledge base with layered structure was introduced.A breadth-first reasoning approach based on match degree(BFMD) was developed.The definition and calculation method of match degree were illustrated.Compared with the depth-first reasoning approach based on exhaustive method(DFEM),the BFMD needs fewer introduced variables.This expert system could reduce the reasoning steps effectively,and advance reasoning efficiency.Tests shows that reasoning efficiency of the expert system using BFMD in the knowledge base with layered structure is improved 12.9% averagely,compared with using DFEM in the knowledge base with ranking structure. 展开更多

依据专家经验选取阈值的专家规则故障检测方法,容易受限于经验,且不能准确地反映空调系统的运行性能特征。设计了基于专家规则的空调故障检测方法,采用大小合适的阈值来判断系统是否发生故障。对调试成功后的空调系统,采用一种基于规则... 依据专家经验选取阈值的专家规则故障检测方法,容易受限于经验,且不能准确地反映空调系统的运行性能特征。设计了基于专家规则的空调故障检测方法,采用大小合适的阈值来判断系统是否发生故障。对调试成功后的空调系统,采用一种基于规则的阈值在线训练策略进行系统性能监控与故障检测。利用局域网在线读取云服务器中无故障运行数据,训练85%、90%、95%等3种不同置信度下的阈值,并以新风阀卡死和冷水阀卡死故障为例进行测试检验。研究结果表明:空气处理机组新风阀卡死和冷水阀卡死的故障检测率均大于80.0%;系统正常运行时的无故障检测率均大于75.0%;训练阈值时,作为外部输入的置信度越大,训练出的阈值越大,导致系统故障检测率较低而无故障检测率较高。 展开更多

目的:运用数据挖掘技术分析第五批全国名老中医治疗失眠的组方配伍规律。方法:检索中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据库,将所得数据运用Excel 2021录入清洗并建立数据库,运用SPSS Modeler 18.0分析其关联规则,运用SPSS Statistics 25.0探... 目的:运用数据挖掘技术分析第五批全国名老中医治疗失眠的组方配伍规律。方法:检索中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据库,将所得数据运用Excel 2021录入清洗并建立数据库,运用SPSS Modeler 18.0分析其关联规则,运用SPSS Statistics 25.0探究药物间聚类模式和因子贡献度。结果:本研究共纳入处方231份,涉及中药255味,总频数为3148,高频药物为酸枣仁、茯苓、白芍、柴胡、首乌藤等,四气以寒、平、温为主,五味以甘、苦、辛居多,归经以心经、肝经、脾经为主,功效以补虚药、安神药为主。通过关联分析获得首乌藤-酸枣仁、牡蛎-龙骨等对药,以及川芎-首乌藤-酸枣仁、知母-川芎-酸枣仁等角药;聚类分析得到“龙骨-牡蛎-甘草-茯神”等8项核心聚类;因子分析提取到11个公因子。结论:本研究对全国名老中医治疗失眠的用药规律进行系统分析,发现其用药以甘、寒、入心经为特点,组方以治疗阴虚阳亢、气滞血瘀、肝血不足、肝郁气滞、阴虚内热、胆热内郁、心火亢盛、痰浊蒙窍等类型的失眠为特点。 展开更多
