Misdivision of translocation chromosome at anaphase I and rye chromatin micronucleus at tetrad stage were observed, A plant with one normal 1BL/1RS translocation chromosome and one 1BL/1RS translocation chromosome deleted about 1/3 of rye chromosome arm in length was identified. One plant with wheat-Thinopyrum non-Robertson translocation chromosome was also detected in the F-2 population of Yi4212 x Yi4095. That could be the results of unequal misdivision of wheat-rye 1BL/1RS translocation chromosome and Thinopyrum chromosome during meiosis. No interaction between translocation chromosome and alien chromosome at meiosis was supported by the data of the distribution frequencies of translocation chromosome and Thinopyrum or Haynaldia chromosome in the progeny of two hybrids. The results may be useful to cultivate new germplasms with different length of rye 1R short arm and wheat-alien non-Robertson translocation tines under wheat background.展开更多

文摘Rational design of efficient and robust earth-abundant alkaline hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)catalysts is a key factor for developing energy conversion technologies.Currently, antiperovskite nitride CuNMn_(3)has garnered significant interest due to its remarkable properties such as negative/zero thermal expansion and magnetocaloric effects. However, when utilized as hydrogen evolution catalysts,it encounters large challenge resulting from excessively strong/weak interactions with adsorbed H on Mn/Cu active sites, which leads to low HER activity. In this study,we introduce an asymmetric orbital hybridization strategy in Zn-doped Cu_(1-x)Zn_(x)NMn_(3)by leveraging the localization of Zn electronic states to reconfigure the electronic structures of Cu and Mn,thereby reducing the energy barrier for water dissociation and optimizing Cu and Mn active sites for hydrogen adsorption and H_(2)production.Electrochemical evaluations reveal that Cu_(0.85)Zn_(0.15)NMn_(3)with x=0.15 demonstrates exceptional electrocatalytic activity in alkaline electrolytes.A low overpotential of 52 mV at 10 mA cm^(-2)and outstanding stability over a 150-h test period are achieved, surpassing commercial Pt/C.This research offers a novel strategy for enhancing HER performance by modulating asymmetric hybridization of electron orbitals between multiple metal atoms within a material structure.

文摘Background:Colorectal cancer(CRC)is one of the most common malignancies.Early diagnosis is the key to effective treatment of CRC.Since microRNAs(miRNAs)can be used as biomarkers of CRC,the objective of this work was to examine the effect of miR-520f-3p,which targets YAP1(Yes-associated protein 1),on the ability of CRC cells to proliferate, invade, migrate, and undergo epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT).Methods:A miR-520f-3p mimic was used to overexpress miR-520f-3p in HT29 cells. To establish the tumor-bearing mouse model, transfected HT29 cells were subcutaneously implanted into BALB/c-nu nude mice, and YAP1 and miR-520f-3p levels were determined using qRT‒PCR.The viability, invasion ability, and migration ability of cells were evaluated by CCK-8,Transwell,and wound healing assays.Apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry and TUNEL assays. The regulatory link between miR-520f-3p and the YAP1 gene was examined by dual-luciferase reporter assay.Tumor tissues with positive Ki-67 expression were identified by immunohistochemistry.Vimentin,E-cadherin,and YAP1 expression were evaluated by western blotting.Results:MiR-520f-3p overexpression could inhibit proliferation, invasion, migration, and EMT and induce apoptosis in HT29 cells.YAP1 was found as a target of miR-520f-3p.The inhibitory effects of miR-520f-3p on proliferation, invasion, migration, and EMT may be reversed by overexpressing YAP1.In tumor-bearing mice,miR-520f-3p overexpression reduced the Ki-67 level, increased apoptosis, and prevented tumor development and spread. Conclusion:By targeting YAP1,miR-520f-3p may be capable of suppressing CRC cell proliferation, invasion, migration, and EMT,providing a novel therapeutic target for the disease.
