VersaPHY技术是IEEE 1394b的补充协议,由于具有带宽高、结构灵活、成本低等优点,已经被广泛应用于汽车、军用、医疗、工业等领域。由于没有现成的VersaPHY芯片,以FPGA、IEEE 1394b物理层芯片和光电转换模块为基础,完成了VersaPHY协议的硬件电路设计,为VersaPHY技术的后续研究提供了可靠的保证。借助示波器和IEEE 1394总线接口分析仪对电路中的信号和数据包的传输进行测试,结果表明,信号的完整性良好,可以保证硬件稳定运行,本设计实现了低成本、小型化、低功耗,对解决1394b光总线与低速总线之间的设备兼容问题具有很好的启示。 展开更多

A hardware/software field programmable gate array (FPGA)-based driver system was proposed and demonstrated for the KAF-39000 large area high resolution charge coupled device (CCD). The requirements of the KAF-39000 driver system were analyzed. The structure of "microprocessor with application specific integrated circuit (ASIC) chips" was implemented to design the driver system. The system test results showed that dual channels of imaging analog data were obtained with a frame rate of 0.87frame/s. The frequencies of horizontal timing and vertical timing were 22.9MHz and 28.7kHz, respectively, which almost reached the theoretical value of 24 MHz and 30kHz, respectively. 展开更多
