Background:Sanhua decoction has significant effects in the treatment of stroke.The study of the Sanhua decoction material benchmark was carried out to analyze the value transfer relationship between the Chinese herbal...Background:Sanhua decoction has significant effects in the treatment of stroke.The study of the Sanhua decoction material benchmark was carried out to analyze the value transfer relationship between the Chinese herbal pieces and the substance benchmark.Methods:Network pharmacology was employed to investigate the potential active components and molecular mechanisms of Sanhua decoction in the treatment of stroke.15 batches of Sanhua decoction lyophilized powder were prepared using traditional formulas and subjected to high-performance liquid chromatography analysis to generate fingerprints of the Sanhua decoction substance benchmarks.Then,a multi-component quantitative analysis method was established,allowing for the simultaneous determination of ten components,to study the transfer of quantity values between pieces and substance benchmarks.Results:60 active ingredients were screened from Sanhua decoction by network pharmacology,of which gallic acid,magnolol honokiol,physcion,and aloe-emodin may have a greater effect than other active components.63 key targets and 134 pathways were predicted as the potential mechanism of Sanhua decoction in treating stroke.The fingerprint similarity of the Sanhua decoction substance benchmarks was found to be good among the 15 batches,confirming the 19 common peaks.The content of the 10 components was basically consistent.The components’transfer rates were within 30%of their respective means.Conclusions:This study provided a comprehensive and reliable strategy for the quality evaluation of Sanhua decoction substance benchmarks and held significant importance in improving its application value.展开更多

Eighteen mineral elements in the samples of 13 famous tea varieties in Sichuan Province were measured via related instruments. The results showed, of all the 18 measured samples, that the contents of K, P, S, Ca and Mg were relatively higher( 〉1 500 mg/kg) in famous tea varieties in Sichuan Province, while those of Ba, Cr, V, Co and Se were relatively lower( 〈 10 mg/kg) ; compared to common green tea, the famous tea varieties in Sichuan Province contained higher contents of K, Zn, P, Na, Ni, Cu, S, Se and Co(0.38% -115.65% higher than that in common green tea), and lower contents of Mg, Mn, AI, Ca, V, Rb, Fe and Cr(7.20% -46.67% lower than that in common green tea); of the 13 tested tea varieties, Hongyanyingchun, Yongchuanxiuya and Qingchengxueya were rich in mineral elements, while Yuchengyunwu and Yuqiancha lacked in mineral elements. The re- suits show that Hongyanyingchun, Yongchuanxiuya and Qingchengxueya are the elites in the famous tea varieties in Sichuan Province.展开更多

On this basis, current situation of ancient and famous trees as well as ecological landscapes formed by these trees in classical Suzhou gardens were analyzed, connotations of these trees elaborated, and relevant regulations taken to identify the grade of these trees. Ancient and famous trees in 9 classical Chinese gardens were investigated, specifically, the Humble Administrator's Garden, the Lingering Garden, the Master-of-Nets Garden, the Mountain Villa with Embracing Beauty, the Pavilion of Surging Waves, the Lion Grove Garden, the Garden of Cultivation, the Couple's Retreat Garden and the Garden of Pleasure. Compared with statistics obtained in 2002, the quantity of ancient and famous trees in these 9 gardens reduced by 11. History and growth state of some trees were introduced, such as Pinus bungeana Zucc. ex Endl., Ginkgo biloba L., Sabina chinensis (Linn.) Ant., Buxus sinica (Rehd. et Wils.) Cheng, Cudrania tricuspidata (Carr.) Bur., and significance of the principle-"right tree for right land" for ancient trees aged 100 years or more was stressed. The procedure, when applied to the 30˚ and 60˚ angles that have been “proven” to be nottrisectable and the 45˚ benchmark angle that is known to be trisectable, in each case produced a construction having an identical angular relationship with Archimedes’ Construction, as in Section 2 on THEORY of this paper, where the required trisection angle was found to be one-third of its respective angle (i.e. DE’MA = 1/3 DE’CG). For example, the trisection angle for the 30˚, 45˚ and 60˚ angles were 10.00000˚, 15.00000˚, and 20.00000˚, respectively, and Section 5 on PROOF in this paper. To address the difficulty of locating the picking point of a tea sprout during the intelligent automatic picking of famous tea,this study proposes a method to obtain information on the picking point on the basis of th...To address the difficulty of locating the picking point of a tea sprout during the intelligent automatic picking of famous tea,this study proposes a method to obtain information on the picking point on the basis of the ShiTomasi algorithm.This method can rapidly identify a tea sprout’s picking point and obtain its coordinates.Images of tea sprouts in a tea garden were collected,and the G-B component of tea sprouts was segmented using the Otsu algorithm.The region of interest was set with the lowest point of its contour as the center.The characteristics of tea buds and branches in the area were extracted,and the Otsu algorithm was used for a second segmentation of tea sprout images.The tea buds were segmented using the improved Zhang algorithm.The branch feature binary image was used to refine the skeleton,and the Shi-Tomasi algorithm was used to detect the corners of the skeleton and calculate and mark the picking points of the shoots.Sixty sets of samples were tested.The test identified 1,042 effective shoots for tender buds,and 887 picking points were marked,with a success rate of 85.12%,thereby verifying the effectiveness of the method and providing a theoretical reference for the visual positioning of the automatic picking of famous tea.展开更多

These factors are: geology, topography, climate, hydrology, soil and vegetation. Climatological factors are the most important. Using data collected from meteorological stations which are situated at the summit and the base of high mountains, this paper discusses ecological climatic problems in growing tea in China. Fourteen indexes such as growth vigor,disease and pest were selected from the perspectives of overall situation,canopy,trunk and root,and AHP(applied analytic hierarchy process) was applied to define weights of these indexes. According to the results,top 3 indexes in terms of weight are tree vigor,treetop death,internal decay and hole,while the indexes with lower weight are parasitism,root damage,ventilation and permeability. On the basis of assessment model and method as well as field investigation,health grade of ancient and famous trees(A) can be obtained. By grading the health of ancient and famous trees into 3 levels,each level indicates a certain health state,so managers can take corresponding maintenance measures to develop the best ecological and social value of these trees.展开更多

文摘With an Iris Intrepid II XSP ICP full spectrum ICP emission spectrometer,trace elements including Se,Fe,Mn,Cd,Cr,Co,Ni,Cu,Pb and Zn in Huangshan teas were determined.The best analysis conditions were selected by experiments.The method is simple and rapid,and the precision and accuracy are all in line with the requirements.This method was used to analyze actual tea samples with satisfactory results.
文摘Design attributes of famous historic and cultural sites were analyzed,and problems in the present planning and design of these relics were proposed on the basis of fully studying characteristics of outdoor sightseeing and relaxation spaces in famous historic and cultural sites such as disordered route,lack of cultural context and overuse of design formalism.Taiqing Scenic Area in the Mount Laoshan was taken for example to explore design techniques of famous historic and cultural sites.It was stressed that history should be respected,cultural context continued;development properly designed,favorable ecological conditions created;tour routes reasonably designed,tourists' feelings valued;aesthetic principles should be followed,and beauty of scenery depends on moods of viewers.This study was to make the future design of famous historic and cultural sites practical.

文摘The public speech skill consists of cultural virtue,knowledge accumulation,psychological quality,logical thinking,thinking capacity and language expression.It is a kind of art that speakers achieve the success through their own sound.In dealing with various English speeches,Chinese students are always influenced by the Chinese way of speech delivery,adopting the style of it,especially its tone of finality.After collecting,arranging and learning relevant material,I attaches great importance to the tone of finality in famous English speeches.They show some rules and regulations,such as the return to the middle pitch,the unstable change of stress and the final rising and falling tone.This paper begins with a brief introduction to what the tone of finality is and three famous English speeches in different areas are provided as study cases with the PRAAT pictures and their relevant analysis.And then the comparison will be made among these three speeches from aspects of pitch,length and weight,in the hope of concluding similarities in the tone of finality of these three cases.
文摘The tea tree [Camellia sinensis (L) Kuntze] is one of the world’s economic crops. It is an especially important crop for southern China. Environmental factors related to the tea yield and quality in some high mountain areas of China are identified in this paper. These factors are: geology, topography, climate, hydrology, soil and vegetation. Climatological factors are the most important. Using data collected from meteorological stations which are situated at the summit and the base of high mountains, this paper discusses ecological climatic problems in growing tea in China. The ecological climatic characteristics of the famous tea areas mainly included are as follows: more . amounts of clouds and fog, less percentage of sunshine, abundant rainfall and high relative humidity in the air, temperatures that rise and fall slowly, daily and annual temperature ranges that are smaller, more days that are suitable for tea growing and low wind speeds in the lee-sides and valleys of mountains. 文摘By establishing an AHP-based assessment index system and assessment model,and applying detection technology that is convenient and harmless for ancient and famous trees,this paper is significant for investigating and assessing the health state of ancient and famous trees,and protecting the limited resources. Fourteen indexes such as growth vigor,disease and pest were selected from the perspectives of overall situation,canopy,trunk and root,and AHP(applied analytic hierarchy process) was applied to define weights of these indexes. According to the results,top 3 indexes in terms of weight are tree vigor,treetop death,internal decay and hole,while the indexes with lower weight are parasitism,root damage,ventilation and permeability. On the basis of assessment model and method as well as field investigation,health grade of ancient and famous trees(A) can be obtained. By grading the health of ancient and famous trees into 3 levels,each level indicates a certain health state,so managers can take corresponding maintenance measures to develop the best ecological and social value of these trees.
