采用密度泛函理论研究了As_(2)O_(3)(g)在Fe、La掺杂CeO_(2)(110)表面及氧缺陷LaCeO(110)表面的吸附行为,探索了LaCeO表面砷吸附能力显著高于FeCeO表面的主要原因。结果表明,As_(2)O_(3)(g)的吸附效果与吸附位点数量、吸附能、键长和电... 采用密度泛函理论研究了As_(2)O_(3)(g)在Fe、La掺杂CeO_(2)(110)表面及氧缺陷LaCeO(110)表面的吸附行为,探索了LaCeO表面砷吸附能力显著高于FeCeO表面的主要原因。结果表明,As_(2)O_(3)(g)的吸附效果与吸附位点数量、吸附能、键长和电荷转移密切相关。纯CeO_(2)表面的吸附主要为化学吸附,吸附能绝对值大于−4.22 eV,电荷转移量为(−0.19)−(−0.31)e,As_(2)O_(3)得到电荷带负电,起表面受主作用,因此吸附量较小。FeCeO(110)表面新增Fe顶位和Bridge-2桥位两个吸附位,其中,Fe顶位为化学吸附,Fe掺杂改变了FeCeO表面电子分布和晶格结构,但并未改变As_(2)O_(3)与FeCeO之间的电荷转移方向,因此,As_(2)O_(3)仍呈负离子形式吸附。LaCeO(110)表面新增了三个吸附位:La顶位、Bridge-3桥位和Hollow-2空位,La掺杂改变了As_(2)O_(3)与LaCeO之间的电荷转移方向,使得As_(2)O_(3)失电子呈正离子吸附,起表面施主作用,因此,吸附能力增强。无O_(2)环境下,单一O缺陷LaCeO(110)表面吸附能力低于完整LaCeO表面;有O_(2)环境下,O缺陷有利于As_(2)O_(3)的吸附。 展开更多

In recent decades, many additives with different characteristics have been applied to strengthen and toughen Al2O3-based ceramic cutting tool materials. Among them, SiC whiskers and SiC nanoparticles showed excellent performance in improving the material properties. While no attempts have been made to add SiC whiskers and SiC nanoparticles together into the ceramic matrix and the synergistically toughening effects of them have not been studied. An Al2O3-SiCw-SiC np advanced ceramic cutting tool material is fabricated by adding both one-dimensional SiC whiskers and zero-dimensional SiC nanoparticles into the Al2O3 matrix with an effective dispersing and mixing process. The composites with 25 vol% SiC whiskers and 25 vol% SiC nanoparticles alone are also investegated for comparison purposes. Results show that the Al2O3-SiCw-SiCnp composite with both 20 vo1% SiC whiskers and 5 vol% SiC nanoparticles additives have much improved mechanical properties. The flexural strength of Al2O3-SiCw-SiCnp is 730+ 95 MPa and fracture toughness is 5.6 ± 0.6 MPa.m1/2. The toughening and strengthening mechanisms of SiC whiskers and nanoparticles are studied when they are added either individually or in combination. It is indicated that when SiC whiskers and nanoparticles are added together, the grains are further refined and homogenized, so that the microstructure and fracture mode ratio is modified. The SiC nanoparticles are found helpful to enhance the toughening effects of the SiC whiskers. The proposed research helps to enrich the types of ceramic cutting tool and is benefit to expand the application range of ceramic cutting tool. 展开更多

The Fe3O4@SiO2 composite nanoparticles were obtained from as-synthesized magnetite (Fe3O4) nanoparticles through the modified St?ber method. Then, the Fe3O4 nanoparticles and Fe3O4@SiO2 composite nanoparticles were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectra, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). Recently, the studies focus on how to improve the dispersion of composite particle and achieve good magnetic performance. Hence effects of the volume ratio of tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) and magnetite colloid on the structural, morphological and magnetic properties of the composite nanoparticles were systematically investi-gated. The results revealed that the Fe3O4@SiO2 had better thermal stability and dispersion than the magnetite nanoparticles. Furthermore, the particle size and magnetic property of the Fe3O4@SiO2 composite nanoparticles can be adjusted by changing the volume ratio of TEOS and magnetite colloid. 展开更多

The core-shell Fe2O3@Au particle with spindle morphology were synthesized by three steps.The mean size of the core-shell paricles was about 500 nm by 85 nm.The final single separated spindle particles were attached onto Si substrates.The thiophenol(TP) was served as probe molecule to investigate the pola-rized dependent surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) from single particle.Dramatic variations in SERS intensity was observed when the single core-shell particle was oriented at different angles relative to the polarization of excitation laser.The maximum SERS intensity was detected for TP absorbed on the anisotropic particle which was in the polarization direction parallel to the long axis of the particle,while the minimum intensity was detected at the direction of the incident field that is perpendicular to the long axis of the particle.Our preliminary results provided useful way for obtaining deeper insight to the SERS mechanism. 展开更多

目的 利用Fe3O4@Au的过氧化物模拟酶活性构建检测牛奶中过量尿酸的智能手机比色传感器。方法 通过单因素正交实验获取模拟酶比色和智能手机比色的最佳检测条件,利用紫外分光光度法和智能手机比色法测定不同浓度的尿酸溶液,同时评估体系... 目的 利用Fe3O4@Au的过氧化物模拟酶活性构建检测牛奶中过量尿酸的智能手机比色传感器。方法 通过单因素正交实验获取模拟酶比色和智能手机比色的最佳检测条件,利用紫外分光光度法和智能手机比色法测定不同浓度的尿酸溶液,同时评估体系的灵敏度、抗干扰性和稳定性。结果 Fe3O4@Au最优催化体系为反应温度60℃,反应时间50min及Fe3O4@Au添加量0.015g。智能手机比色体系最优相机分辨率为12 MP,光圈f值为4.00 mm,感光度(photosensibility, ISO)值为800及快门速度为0.002 s;基于智能手机比色法检测尿酸最优条件下,尿酸浓度在0.075~7.500mmol/L范围内显现出良好的线性关系,工作曲线为Y1=-47.362X1+494.35(r2=0.9918),检出限为0.043μmol/L。在实际样品检测中,加标回收率在96.90%~112.81%之间,相对标准偏差均低于4.00%。结论 基于Fe3O4@Au模拟酶活性建立的智能手机比色检测体系,具有极高的灵敏度,良好的抗干扰性和稳定性,该研究成果将为尿酸等食品成分的分析检测提供一条新的渠道。 展开更多

The film forming behavior on the interface between air and hydrosol of Fe2O3 nanoparticles was investigated by the surface pressure-time isotherms, the surface pressure-trough area isotherms, Brewster angle microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. It is found that the freshly prepared hydrosol of Fe2O3 nanoparticles is not stable. The surface pressure increases with the aging time and finally approaches a constant, and the smaller the concentration is, the smaller the surface pressure is stabilized at and the shorter the time the hydrosol reaching stable needs. The surface pressure also increases with compression until collapsed, and the longer the hydrosol is aged, the higher the collapsing pressure is. A uniform and compact film composed of nanoparticles with an average diameter of about 2-3 nm on the air-hydrosol interface is observed by Brewster angle microscope and transmission electron microscope. 展开更多

有研究表明,适量Fe^(2+)与Fe^(3+)能够促进anammox菌体代谢,但对于菌体N_(2)O产量的影响仍未可知。该文以批次实验的形式探究anammox在不同浓度Fe^(2+)与Fe^(3+)浓度下的N_(2)O产量,并分析其微生物组学和功能基因变化。结果表明,加入Fe^... 有研究表明,适量Fe^(2+)与Fe^(3+)能够促进anammox菌体代谢,但对于菌体N_(2)O产量的影响仍未可知。该文以批次实验的形式探究anammox在不同浓度Fe^(2+)与Fe^(3+)浓度下的N_(2)O产量,并分析其微生物组学和功能基因变化。结果表明,加入Fe^(2+)的组别中N_(2)O排放量在20 mg/L Fe^(2+)时最高(0.29 mg/L),30 mg/L Fe^(2+)时下降47.01%;加入Fe^(3+)的组别中N_(2)O排放量随Fe^(3+)浓度递增,30 mg/L Fe^(3+)时N_(2)O最高排放量为0.17 mg/L。微生物群落多样性分析表明,5 mg/L Fe^(2+)和Fe^(3+)能刺激Candidatus Kuenenia的生长,然而反硝化菌Denitratisoma和Limnobacter随Fe^(2+)和Fe^(3+)浓度的提高而增加。功能基因分析表明,N_(2)O的释放与硝化途径、DNRA途径、反硝化途径以及anammox途径中的功能基因有关,并与基因norB、nirD、hcp呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。该文阐述了Fe^(2+)与Fe^(3+)对anammox体系N_(2)O排放的影响,可为anammox工艺中的N_(2)O控制提供参考。 展开更多

The surface of molybdenum powder exposed to the atmosphere can be reduced because the surface is mainly covered with La 2O 3 nanoparticles. In order to modify inorganic particles as chromatic electrophoretic particles, an approach was designed and used to prepare Fe2O3 red electrophoretic particles. These Fe2O3-cationic hybrid nanoparticles(Fe2O3-CHNPs)were prepared through Fe2O3 core covered with polymer shell which was composed of SiO 2 and P(DMAEMA-co-HMA)by using atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP)technique. The Si O2-coating could introduce the functional group on the surfaceof inorganic particles, through which the polymer shell could be formed by using ATRP technique. The results of Fourier transform infrared spectra(FT-IR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA)confirmed the chemical compositions of Fe2O3-CHNPs; the images of transmission electron microscopy(TEM)indicated the core-shell structure of Fe2O3-CHNPs; the measurements of dynamic light scattering(DLS)showed a 253.7 nm average particle size with narrow size distribution; and the zeta potential measurements identified the high chargeability of Fe2O3-CHNPs. Furthermore, the resulting nanoparticles were successfully applied in the electrophoretic display cell, which demonstrated that it was an effective approach to preparing chromatic electrophoretic particles. 展开更多

Precursor foam based Co incorporated α-Fe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> (AFC) was successfully synthesized at 600℃ calcination temperature by simple solution method using PVA. The formation of α-Fe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> nanoparticles was confirmed by X-ray diffraction measurement and reduction in crystallite size was found after cobalt incorporation. Field emission scanning electron microscopy revealed the existence of pyramidal shaped iron oxide in AFC. FTIR and Raman spectra also confirmed the presence of α-Fe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>. Photocatalytic activity study showed that the cobalt incorporated α-Fe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> was better photocatalyst than pure α-Fe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>. The cobalt incorporated iron oxide nanoparticles could be used for drug delivery application and this simple preparation method could be adopted for the synthesis of other transition metal oxides. 展开更多

So it can be concluded that magnetic micro-sphere is made of a few Fe3O4 crystals. Many factors of modification were researched, such as the time of ball milling, the content of Fe3O4 and the content of KH570. The modification of Fe3O4 is relative to the time of ball milling, but the dominant function is affected by the content of Fe3O4 and KH570. When the content of Fe3O4 is known, there is a suitable content of KH570. Different content of Fe3O4 will make the different suitable content of KH570, but the range of latter is less than former, which is relative to the distribution of KH570 on Fe3O4 surface or in the solution. 展开更多

Y2O3: Er^3+, Yb^3+ nanoparticles were synthesized by a homogeneous precipitation method without and with different concentrations of EDTA 2Na. Upconversion luminescence spectra of the samples were studied under 980 nm laser excitation. The results of XRD showed that the obtained Y2O3:Er^3+,Yb^3+ nanoparticles were of a cubic structure. The average crystallite sizes calculated were in the range of 28-40 nm. Green and red upconversion emission were observed, and attributed to ^2H11/2,^4S3/2→^4I15/2 and ^4F9/2→^4I15/2 transitions of the ion, respectively. The ratio of the intensity of green emission to that of red emission drastically changed with a change in the EDTA 2Na concentration. In the sample synthesized without EDTA, the relative intensity of the green emission was weaker than that of the red emission. The relative intensities of green emission increased with the increased amount of EDTA 2Na used. The possible upconversion luminescence mechanisms were discussed. 展开更多

The modified and unmodified nanoparticles were characterized by FT-IR, XPS and TEM. The spectra of FT-IR and XPS revealed that KH570 was coated onto the surface of Fe3O4 nanoparticles to get Fe-O- Si bond and an organic coating layer also was formed. Fe3O4 nanoparticles were spheres partly with mean size of 18,8 nm studied by TEM, which was consistent with the result 17.9 nm calculated by Scherrer's equation. KH570 was adsorbed on surface and formed chemistry bond to be steric hindrance repulsion which prevented nanoparticles from reuniting. Then glycol-based Fe3O4 magnetic liquids dispersed stably was gained. 展开更多

Biodiesel is a green fuel which can replace diesel while addressing various issues such as scarcity of hydrocarbon fuels and environmental pollution to an extent. The high production cost of biodiesel and the recovery of the catalyst after the transesterification process are the major challenges to be addressed in biodiesel production. In the present work, a cheap and promising solid base oxide catalyst was synthesized from chicken eggshell by calcination at 900 ℃ forming catalyst eggshells(CES) and was impregnated with the nanomagnetic material(Fe3O4) to obtain Fe3O4 loaded catalytic eggshell(CES–Fe3O4). Fe3O4 nanomaterials were synthesized by co-precipitation method and were loaded in catalytic eggshell by sonication, for better recovery of the catalyst after transesterification process. CES–Fe3O4 material was characterized by Thermogravimetric analysis, X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, a vibrating-sample magnetometer, Brunauer-Emmett-Teller, Dynamic light scattering, and Scanning electron microscopy. Biodiesel was synthesized by transesterification of Pongamia pinnata raw oil with 1:12 oil to methanol molar ratio and 2 wt% catalyst loading for 2 h at a temperature of 65 ℃ and yields were compared. The reusability of the catalyst was studied by the transesterification of the raw oil and its catalytic activity was found to be retained up to 7 cycles with a yield of 98%. 展开更多

Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles were prepared by co-precipitation of Fe^2+ and Fe^3+ in an ammonia solution, and its size was about 36 nm measured by an atomic force microscope. Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles were modified by L-dopa or dopamine using sonication method. The analysis of FTIR clearly indicated the formation of Fe-O-C bond. Direct immobilization of trypsin (EC: 3.4.21.4) on Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles with L-dopa and dopamine spacer was investigated using glutaraldehyde as a coupling agent. No significant changes in the size and magnetic property of the three kinds of magnetic nanoparticles linked with or without trypsin were observed. The existence of the spacer molecule on magnetic nanoparticles could greatly improve the activity and the storage stability of bound trypsin through increasing the flexibility of enzyme and changing the microenvironment on nanoparticles surface compared to the naked magnetic nanoparticles. 展开更多
