Genetic improvement of the digestibility of rice straw for increasing the utilization of the whole rice plant as feedstuffs is an important way to solve the feedstuffs shortage in southeastern China. To elucidate the genetic basis of the traits affecting the digestibility of rice straw, a rice population of 111 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) derived from a cross of Nekken 2xGaya was used to map the quantitative traits loci (QTLs) for in vitro dry matter digestion (IVDMD), the percentages of nonstructural carbohydrate (NSC) and acid detergent fiber (exclusive of residual ash, ADFom) in 2005 and 2006. IVDMD was positively correlated with NSC, and negatively correlated with ADFom. A total of 16 QTLs were detected in the two years, and the amounts of variation explained by individual QTLs ranged from 6.9% to 15.5%. Some QTLs for IVDMD and ADFom on chromosome 2 were detected in the two years. On chromosome 2, the interval RM475-RM3515 contained QTLs for IVDMD in the two years and for NSC in 2006 only, while the interval RM3874-RM5305 influenced ADFom in the two years and NSC in 2005 only. At those loci, Gaya contributed favorable alleles to IVDMD and NSC, while Nekken 2 contributed positive alleles to ADFom. 展开更多

Three goats were fed with ^15N-labelled rice straw to study the characteristics of digestion,assimilation,transformation and excretion of C and N compounds from rice straw.It was shown that the amount of ^15N transformed into the bodies of the two slaughtered goats accounted for 38.5 and 23.6% of the total amount of ^15N deposition of the experimental diet taken by each goat.The ^15N excreted through the feces and urine for the three goats accounted for 34.8,33.2 and 33.9% of the total amount of ^15N deposition in the feed of the 3 goats.The recovery of total ^15N for the two slaughtered goats were 73.3 and 57.5%,with the corresponding rates of ^15N loss 26.7 and 42.5% respectively.The digestibilities of total amino acids for Goats 1 and 3 were 68.7 and 54.0%,and the digestibilties of carbohydrates for the two goats were 74.8 and 67.7% respectively. 展开更多

The feeding and oviposition behavior of the brown planthopper (BPH), Nilaparvata lugens on two transgenic indica rice homogenous genotypes (B1 and B6) with cry1Ab gene from Bacillus thuringiensis and transgenic restored line of hybrid rice (MSA) with SCK gene (a modified CpTI gene) were measured, compared with those on their corresponding non transgenic parental cultivars Jiazao935 and Minghui86 performed by BPH. Under the selection condition of host plants by BPH, loading percentage, oviposition preference and laying egg number of BPH both on transgenic cry1Ab rice and transgenic SCK rice were not significantly different from those on their controls, while their total number of probing wound caused by PBH expect for feeding on B1 plants was markedly more than that on the control. In contrast, under the non selection condition, total number of probing wound caused by BPH on either transgenic cry1Ab rice or transgenic SCK rice was pronouncedly more than those on their controls. Conversely, their honeydew amount excreted by BPH after feeding for 24 h was significantly less than those on the control. As a conclusion, three tested transgenic rice genotypes with insect resistance acted adverse effect on BHP feeding, and no marked effect on BPH oviposition. 展开更多

The straw of Grain-Straw-Dual-Use-Rice (GSDUR) variety 201 of which the grain quality and yield were equivalent to that of common rice variety (the grain yield approximately 7.5 t ha-1), but straw protein content was 9.31% (common rice straw i. e. CK was approximately 4.0%), and other eight fodder indexes were better than CK to some extent, was employed to feed animals. 15N tracing result suggested that the protein in 201 straw could be effectively transformed into fish body protein and white mouse body protein. The digestibility of fodder, the 15N recovery rate of animal body and the absorption of fodder protein were 13. 8, 9. 6, 24.49% and 16. 5, 6.0, 47. 2% higher than those of common rice straw respectively when feeding grass carp and white mice with 201 rice straw, whereas the 15N recovery rates of animal manure were 3. 25, 6. 5% lower than those of common rice straw, respectively. The results of feeding animals with 201 straw were as follows: (1)The milk yield of cow was increased by 8.3 % as compared to that of common rice straw. 843. 8 kg milk could be produced with 7. 5 t ha-1 of dry 201 straw. (2)Fish daily weight gain, straw consumption of grass carp, fish weight gain per kg fresh rice straw were increased by 60.0, 16.8 and 37.0 % respectively when 201 fresh straw was used to feed grass carp compared to feeding CK, and fish yield could be increased by 297.5 kg with 25.0 t ha-1 of fresh 201 straw. (3)The goose daily weight gain and the ratio of fodder and meat were increased by 33. 9 and 26.8 % respectively when 201 rice straw was used as the main raw material of the compound fodder to feed white geese compared to feeding CK, and geese weight could be increased by 2 358.0 kg with one hectare of 201 straw. (4)Not only were the feeding results identical when high quality 201 rice straw powder substituting for wheat bran which made up of 5 % compound fodder to feed cross bred pigs compared to CK, but 0.11 kg fine fodder could be saved when 1 kg cross bred pig weight was increased. 展开更多

水稻矮缩病毒(Rice dwarf virus,RDV)是水稻普通矮缩病(Rice dwarf disease)的病原,主要依赖黑尾叶蝉Nephotettix cincticeps经卵以持久增殖方式传播。本研究采用室内试验观测了带毒与无毒的黑尾叶蝉在健康及感病水稻间的取食、产卵选... 水稻矮缩病毒(Rice dwarf virus,RDV)是水稻普通矮缩病(Rice dwarf disease)的病原,主要依赖黑尾叶蝉Nephotettix cincticeps经卵以持久增殖方式传播。本研究采用室内试验观测了带毒与无毒的黑尾叶蝉在健康及感病水稻间的取食、产卵选择趋性。取食偏好性试验发现,无毒叶蝉对感病水稻趋性更强,从观测的第8小时开始达显著差异水平;带毒叶蝉则对健康水稻趋性更强,在观测的第24小时开始达到显著差异水平,表明RDV侵染水稻会引起黑尾叶蝉取食偏好性的改变。产卵偏好性试验发现无毒及带毒黑尾叶蝉在健康及感病水稻间3个观测指标(每植株卵块数、每卵块的卵量及每植株上的总卵量)均无显著差异,表明RDV侵染水稻对黑尾叶蝉产卵选择偏好性无显著影响。本文初步明确RDV对黑尾叶蝉取食和产卵偏好性的影响,为揭示介体昆虫-病毒-寄主植物三者之间的互作机制提供佐证。 展开更多

试验旨在获取具备木聚糖酶活性的发酵稻谷壳粉,以提高稻谷壳粉的饲用价值。试验用黑曲霉对稻谷壳粉进行固态发酵,以发酵产物中木聚糖酶活力为指标,采用单因素结合响应面法优化发酵条件并测量发酵产物营养物质的含量。结果显示,发酵基质... 试验旨在获取具备木聚糖酶活性的发酵稻谷壳粉,以提高稻谷壳粉的饲用价值。试验用黑曲霉对稻谷壳粉进行固态发酵,以发酵产物中木聚糖酶活力为指标,采用单因素结合响应面法优化发酵条件并测量发酵产物营养物质的含量。结果显示,发酵基质质量为10 g、初始含水量为10.1 mL、添加1.0%的硫酸铵、培养温度为30.9℃、培养时间为3.1 d时,发酵产物中木聚糖酶活力最高,为135.643 U/mL,较优化前提高了3.6倍。在此条件下,发酵稻谷壳粉中粗蛋白和真蛋白含量均有提高,真蛋白的含量达12.35%,较发酵前提高了107.21%,粗纤维和粗脂肪含量有所降低,粗灰分含量提高。研究表明,发酵稻谷壳粉中木聚糖酶活力达到饲用标准,提高了蛋白质含量,可以作为辅料制备饲料。 展开更多

In order to investigate the effect of meteorological factors on the yield and quality of special rice during the filling stage, an experiment was conducted with 10 special rice varieties which were planted in three different regions during spring 2017. The results showed that the quality traits and yields from different regions of the same variety were different, which reached up to a significant level in most varieties. Among the quality traits, the grain chalkiness rate and chalkiness degree were the most sensitive to different climatic factors, and changes were found among them in different regions, while minor variation was found between brown rice rate and white rice rate. The parameters that were severely affected by temperature were gel consistency, gelatinization temperature, brown rice rate and yield during the filling stage. The critically affected factors by heat were brown rice rate, protein content, essential amino acid and amylose content while brown rice rate, chalkiness rate and gelatinization temperature were substantially affected by water factors. Grain yield and quality were closely related to meteorological factors on different stages after heading. Our results revealed that yield and quality of special rice were significantly influenced by meteorological factors during the grain filling stage. 展开更多

探究入磨水分对米粉品质的影响,并确定适合辊式磨粉机制米粉工艺的入磨水分。对不同入磨水分制得米粉的化学组成、粒度分布、色泽、破损淀粉、糊化特性、热特性、凝胶特性和水合特性等指标进行测定并分析。结果表明:随着大米入磨水分的... 探究入磨水分对米粉品质的影响,并确定适合辊式磨粉机制米粉工艺的入磨水分。对不同入磨水分制得米粉的化学组成、粒度分布、色泽、破损淀粉、糊化特性、热特性、凝胶特性和水合特性等指标进行测定并分析。结果表明:随着大米入磨水分的增加,米粉粒度、破损淀粉含量显著性降低(P<0.05),D_(50)从124.55μm降至97.19μm,破损淀粉碘吸收含量从85.31%降至82.37%;糊化特性显示米粉峰值黏度、最低黏度和最终黏度呈升高趋势,回生值呈先增加后降低趋势;DSC热特性中糊化起始温度、峰值温度和终止温度降低,焓变值升高;米粉凝胶硬度降低,弹性升高;在25℃时米粉吸水性、水溶性和溶胀性均呈降低趋势,当加热至100℃时米粉水溶性降低,吸水性和溶胀性呈现先升高后降低的趋势。当大米湿润至饱和水分含量时,颗粒硬度降低,研磨后制得的米粉具有粒度小、破损淀粉含量低等特性,此时的水分含量适合采用辊式磨粉机研磨的入磨水分。 展开更多

为明确草地贪夜蛾对我国不同水稻品种存在的潜在威胁,本研究采用自由选择法比较了草地贪夜蛾1龄和3龄幼虫对11个水稻品种的取食选择性,测定了6个水稻品种叶片的生化物质含量,并分析了该害虫取食选择与叶片生化物质含量的相关性,进一步... 为明确草地贪夜蛾对我国不同水稻品种存在的潜在威胁,本研究采用自由选择法比较了草地贪夜蛾1龄和3龄幼虫对11个水稻品种的取食选择性,测定了6个水稻品种叶片的生化物质含量,并分析了该害虫取食选择与叶片生化物质含量的相关性,进一步研究了草地贪夜蛾在6个水稻品种上的适合度。结果表明,草地贪夜蛾幼虫对11个水稻品种的取食选择性存在显著差异,对‘N5Y306’‘XY66’和‘ZZYH7’表现出较高的取食选择率,而对‘KY21’‘TY390’和‘TXY’的取食选择率较低。相关分析表明,1龄幼虫的取食选择率与可溶性糖含量表现为显著正相关,3龄幼虫的取食选择率与总酚含量表现为显著负相关。取食6个水稻品种的草地贪夜蛾生长发育和繁殖存在差异,以取食‘N5Y306’的幼虫历期最短(14.75 d)、化蛹率最高(88.65%)、单雌产卵量最多(537.56粒),而取食‘TXY’的幼虫历期最长(18.38 d)、化蛹率最低(67.38%)、单雌产卵量最少(227.68粒)。综合表明,草地贪夜蛾在不同水稻品种上均能够完成生长发育并实现种群繁殖,其在‘N5Y306’上的种群适合度最高。 展开更多

为研究黑稻颖壳和籽粒的饲用价值,通过对黑稻颖壳和籽粒的常规营养成分、花色苷、总黄酮、氨基酸和脂肪酸等组分进行测定,结合有机物质消化率、相对饲料价值等指标对颖壳和籽粒的饲用价值进行综合评价。结果显示,黑稻颖壳和籽粒均富含... 为研究黑稻颖壳和籽粒的饲用价值,通过对黑稻颖壳和籽粒的常规营养成分、花色苷、总黄酮、氨基酸和脂肪酸等组分进行测定,结合有机物质消化率、相对饲料价值等指标对颖壳和籽粒的饲用价值进行综合评价。结果显示,黑稻颖壳和籽粒均富含花色苷与黄酮等生理活性物质。黑稻颖壳由于粗纤维、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维含量较高,导致其有机物质消化率仅为26.35%;颖壳虽然氨基酸含量不高,且未检测出蛋氨酸和胱氨酸,但其脂肪酸种类较为丰富,包含亚油酸、亚麻酸和花生五烯酸EPA在内的17种脂肪酸,且其相对饲料价值RFV为103.26,达到饲料二级标准。黑稻籽粒的粗蛋白质含量达到8.73%,必需氨基酸模式与FAO模式相当。籽粒的油酸与亚油酸的比例为1.09∶1,基本符合国际卫生组织推荐的1∶1的摄入比例;而且饱和脂肪酸(SFA):单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA):多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)的比值较为接近中国营养协会推荐的“<1∶1∶1”的比例。黑稻籽粒由于粗纤维、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维含量极低,故其有机物质消化率极高,且相对饲料价值RFV为1626.98,达到饲料特级标准。综上所述,黑稻籽粒可直接作为优质饲料资源使用。 展开更多

为优化稻田养殖中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)幼蟹的饵料模式,本研究分别采用配合饲料和传统饵料(豆粕、麸皮、玉米和小麦)投喂稻田养殖中华绒螯蟹幼蟹152d,每种投喂组各3个重复,比较2种饵料模式对幼蟹养殖性能、蛋白质代谢、消化酶... 为优化稻田养殖中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)幼蟹的饵料模式,本研究分别采用配合饲料和传统饵料(豆粕、麸皮、玉米和小麦)投喂稻田养殖中华绒螯蟹幼蟹152d,每种投喂组各3个重复,比较2种饵料模式对幼蟹养殖性能、蛋白质代谢、消化酶、抗氧化和免疫指标的影响。结果显示,配合饲料组的雌蟹和雄蟹体质量均高于传统饵料组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);就养殖性能而言,2种饵料模式下,配合饲料组正常幼蟹的平均体质量及产量、1龄早熟蟹平均体质量及其产量、总产量和成活率均略高于传统饵料组,饵料系数显著低于传统饵料组(P<0.05);就蛋白质代谢而言,配合饲料组雌蟹和雄蟹血淋巴中的总蛋白含量显著高于传统饵料组(P<0.05),而传统饵料组雄蟹血淋巴中的尿素氮含量和肝胰腺中的谷草转氨酶活力显著高于配合饲料组(P<0.05);配合饲料组雌蟹和雄蟹肝胰腺中的脂肪酶均显著高于传统饵料组(P<0.05),而雄蟹的α-淀粉酶活力显著低于传统饵料组;配合饲料组的雌蟹血淋巴中总抗氧化能力、碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶活力和肝胰腺中酸性磷酸酶活力均显著高于传统饵料组(P<0.05)。综上所述,投喂配合饲料可以提高稻田扣蟹的养殖性能、促进蛋白质沉积和脂类吸收、增强幼蟹抗氧化和免疫能力、提高蟹种质量。 展开更多
