An equivalent target plate damage probability calculation mathematics model and damage evaluation method

Aiming at the requirement of damage testing and evaluation of equivalent target plate based on the explosion of intelligent ammunition, this paper proposes a novel method for damage testing and evaluation method of circumferential equivalent target plate. Leveraging the dispersion characteristics parameters of fragment, we establish a calculation model of the fragment power situation and the damage calculation model under the condition of fragment ultimate penetration equivalent target plate. The damage model of equivalent target plate involves the fragment dispersion density, the local perforation damage criterion, the tearing damage model, and the damage probability. We use the camera to obtain the image of the equivalent target plate with fragment perforation, and research the algorithm of fragment distribution position recognition and fragment perforation area calculation method on the equivalent target plate by image processing technology. Based on the obtained parameters of the breakdown position and perforation area of fragments on equivalent target plate, we apply to damage calculation model of equivalent target plate, and calculate the damage probability of each equivalent target plate, and use the combined probabilistic damage calculation method to obtain the damage evaluation results of the circumferential equivalent target plate in an intelligent ammunition explosion experiment. Through an experimental testing, we verify the feasibility and rationality of the proposed damage evaluation method by comparison, the calculation results can reflect the actual damage effect of the equivalent target plate. 展开更多

The kinematics and dynamics of plate tectonics are frontal subjects in geosciences and the strong earthquake occurred along the plate boundary result directly from plate movement. By analyzing Ibaraki earthquake sequence, it has been found that the focal fault plane shows a special image of grading expansion along the direction of strike and adjustment along the dip direction respectively. With the consideration of strike, dip and slip directions of focal mechanism, we have confirmed that Ibaraki earthquake belongs to a thrust fault earthquake occurred under the Japan Trench. The cause of the earthquake sequence is discussed in the paper. The study on the temporal-spatial distribution of the earthquake sequence with a time-scale between the year-scale spatial geodetic data and the second-scale moment tensor of the strong earthquake has indicated the dynamic process of Pacific Plate subduction under the Eurasia Plate. According to the average slip distance of earthquake and the velocity of plate movement, it is predicted that a strong earthquake might occur in recent years. 展开更多

To ensure the quality of heavy plate products as determined by ultrasonic inspection, it is necessary to effectively control defects such as cracks and shrinkage cavities in heavy plates. Generally, some defects such as large size cracks exist due to insufficient deformation in the center of traditionally rolled plates. Compared with the traditional rolling process, gradient temperature rolling(GTR) process can effectively increase deformation inside heavy plates. In this study, the effect of GTR on crack healing was analyzed through a comparison experiment with the uniform temperature rolling(UTR). The results show that the GTR process could increase the plastic strain inside the heavy plate and effectively promote the healing process of the preset cracks. The degrees of crack healing at the center and quarter thickness position of the steel plate via GTR were greater than twice those of the plate via UTR. The GTR process can significantly reduce the internal defects of heavy plates and improve the defect detection level of heavy plate products. Also, The GTR process results in the formation of new crystal grains in the crack region, which is crucial to crack healing. 展开更多

Multi-pass friction stir processing(M-FSP)was performed to repair the interface defects of AA5083/T2 copper explosive composite plates.The interface morphology and its bonding mechanism were explored.The results show that higher rotation speed and lower transverse speed produce more heat generated during FSP.The defect-free and good mechanical properties of the AA5083/T2 copper composite plate can be obtained under the condition of the rotation speed of 1200 r/min,the transverse speed of 30 mm/min and the overlap of 2/24.Moreover,M-FSP changes the interface bonding mechanism from metallurgical bonding to vortex connection,improving the bonding strength of composite plate,which can guarantee the repairing quality of composite plates. 展开更多

Based on the analysis of primary parameters and experimental data in line heating process, the amount of local contraction generated by line heating has been illustrated. Then, combining with the computational result of local deformation determined by shell plate development, an optimization method for line heating parameters has been studied. This prediction system may provide rational arrangements of heating lines and technical parameters of process. By integrating the prediction system into the line heating robot for pillow shape plate, the automatic process of line heating for pillow shape plate can be achieved. 展开更多

The algorithm for B-spline curve fairing with constraints is one of the most common methods in plane curve fairing. The algorithm can be applied to global and local curve fairing. It can constrain the perturbation range of the control points and the shape variation of the curve, and get a better fairing result in plane curves. In this paper, a new fairing algorithm with constraints for curves and surfaces in space is presented. Then this method is applied to the experiments of ship hull plate processing surface. Thick metal plate rolling process has become more and more important in building a flat roof of drilling on the bottom at sea. This is because not only the product quality requirement higher and higher but also the marketing competition. To improve the process of thick metal plate rolling and to increase productivity a numerical controlled rolling process is developed, which include the process planning, the mathematical model establishment and the numerical control system development. The process is for the 17 000 kN×3 000 mm movable up roller bending machine. According to the machine configuration non-symmetry rolling process is planed. This makes it possible to integrate all the steps of plate shaping up such as end side bending, several times of semi-shape bending and the last shape finishing. Since the process will perform under the numerical controlled condition whole steps of the process are considered can be worked in the automatic cycle. The mathematic model consists of two sections, the theory model and the experience parameters model. Which takes the original plate parameters such as geometry and mechanics, characters of the machine such as the movement limits, tonnage and so on as input and calculates all the parameters needed in process performing. Meanwhile, the mathematic Model is totally adapted to the control system. The numerical control system development scheme is based on all the works above. Here, a system plan is provided. The functional modules and hardware selection, in detail, are introduced. The system software on top level and the controlling software for controller are developed. And some unit techniques in the system such as timer setting, communication between system and controller, video integration, and the ability of resisting impact force are introduced. The process has been used successfully in production for more than two years. Practice approves that the process is robust. 展开更多

A plate's internal quality is very critical, especially for boilers and high-pressure vessels. The ultrasonic test (UT) is the main type of non-destructive flaw detection for heavy plates, which is important because one of the main reasons for plate defects is ultrasonic flaws. This study, based on Baosteel' s practical experience in the manufacture of heavy plates, elucidates the cause of defect formation by analyzing ultrasonic flaw testing maps and using special equipment, such as the scanning electron microscope, electron probe and the optical microscope. The author puts forward the following improvement measures: ① Ultrasonic flaws are caused by central porosity and segregation,[H] bubbles and inclusion in slabs.②Ultrasonic flaws are more likely to occur in the bottom and top of slabs rather than the other positions in the casting sequence. It is clear that one-quarter of the inner camber' s thickness is accumulated inclusion.③It is clear that overheating in the tundish and the flow of the casting mould have an effect on ultrasonic flaws caused by inclusions.④Soft reduction improves central porosity and segregation,which decreases the number of ultrasonic flaws in the plate. 展开更多

It was shown by the comparison of simulated results and industrially measured results that only the simulation of thickness and width variation was accurate, while length variation needed further simulation. There are multiple processes and corresponding parameters in steel production, and combinations of these comprise various process routes.Different steel products require distinct process routes due to variations in performance targets.Thus, how to accurately set each key process parameter in certain process routes is an ongoing conundrum, because it not only requires a wealth of expert experience but also generates additional costs from the trial productions.In this paper, a new production design system for plate steels is proposed.The proposed system consists of methodology and function development.For methodology, multi-task Elastic Net, clustering, classification, and other methods are used to design process routes.Furthermore, the results are expressed in the form of parameter confidence intervals, which are close to practical application scenarios.For function development, the steel plate process route design function is developed on the Process Intelligent Data Application System(PIDAS) intelligent big data platform.The results demonstrate the method’s practical application value. 展开更多

TP304/Q235不锈钢复合钢板焊接组织性能研究

采用焊条电弧焊以及埋弧焊工艺对TP304/Q235复合钢板进行焊接试验,研究了焊接接头的显微组织、合金元素分布、力学性能和显微硬度。试验结果表明:复合钢板复层TP304焊缝和基层Q235焊缝的显微组织分别为奥氏体+铁素体(伴有魏氏组织)和铁... 采用焊条电弧焊以及埋弧焊工艺对TP304/Q235复合钢板进行焊接试验,研究了焊接接头的显微组织、合金元素分布、力学性能和显微硬度。试验结果表明:复合钢板复层TP304焊缝和基层Q235焊缝的显微组织分别为奥氏体+铁素体(伴有魏氏组织)和铁素体+珠光体。复层TP304母材侧合金元素Cr、Ni的质量分数低于复层焊缝侧,随着距离复层母材位置的增加,Cr、Ni的质量分数表现出了缓慢上升的趋向,整体呈阶梯状分布。复合板接头抗拉强度处于TP304母材和Q235母材之间,且断裂位置为母材处。复层TP304侧焊接接头和基层Q235侧焊接接头的显微硬度分布趋势相似,表现为热影响区和焊缝金属的硬度值高于母材,且峰值都出现在热影响区内,分别为265 HV左右和440 HV左右。综上所述,在本次试验研究条件下,所得到的TP304/Q235复合钢板组织性能优越,保证了接头质量,为不锈钢复合钢板在化工生产和石油管道等领域的应用积累了经验。 展开更多

电极板是燃料电池的关键核心部件,起到分隔气体、提供反应界面、传导电流的作用。根据燃料电池应用工况的不同,电极板的材料选择与制造工艺路线也有所不同。材料工艺是决定燃料电池设计、质量、成本的核心要素。着重论述了金属、石墨、... 电极板是燃料电池的关键核心部件,起到分隔气体、提供反应界面、传导电流的作用。根据燃料电池应用工况的不同,电极板的材料选择与制造工艺路线也有所不同。材料工艺是决定燃料电池设计、质量、成本的核心要素。着重论述了金属、石墨、树脂作为电极材料的工艺路线。针对金属电极板材料,论述了车载、航空航天2种工况下不锈钢、钛材的成形设计准则、工艺路线、产品性能,并分析比较了不同成形方法中设备、模具工装和工艺路线的适用性。针对石墨电极材料,对比了硬石墨一次模压成形和柔性板石墨模压成形2种工艺,并根据各自的基材状态选择了合适的工艺路线,同时根据工艺路线的特点分析了产品的优缺点。在复合材料中主要选择了金属、石墨、树脂3种材料,根据制备原理,复合材料双极板有结构复合电极、材料复合电极和工艺复合电极3个研究方向。在结构复合电极方面,主要论述了石墨与金属复合的设计思路和结构特点;在材料复合电极方面,主要论述了热固性树脂和热塑性树脂与石墨复合的工艺路线和产品特点;在工艺复合电极方面,主要论述了微型燃料电池极板的制造理念和方法,并借鉴了微机械加工工艺路线,设计制造了复合工艺极板。最后展望了燃料电池电极板的箔材研发方向、级进模工艺复合生产发展方向和石墨极板设计策略及制备工艺发展方向,以及PPS聚苯硫醚、聚苯胺基PANI的导电阳极材料在微电极板中的应用。 展开更多

【目的】在不锈钢热沉的加工过程中,激光焊接和充压胀形是其中的关键工艺,这两种工艺的加工质量将直接影响到不锈钢热沉的成形和使用性能。因此,对不锈钢热沉的焊接工艺和充压胀形工艺进行了研究,以保证热沉加工工艺的可靠性。【方法】... 【目的】在不锈钢热沉的加工过程中,激光焊接和充压胀形是其中的关键工艺,这两种工艺的加工质量将直接影响到不锈钢热沉的成形和使用性能。因此,对不锈钢热沉的焊接工艺和充压胀形工艺进行了研究,以保证热沉加工工艺的可靠性。【方法】通过有限元仿真模拟的手段,分析了不锈钢板热沉不同焊接顺序下的应力变形。以焊后状态为初始条件进行了对应顺序下充压胀形过程的应力变形仿真模拟。【结果】结果表明,采用焊接顺序二,即按照先进行不锈钢板内部圆形焊道的焊接,再进行外围长直边焊道的焊接,其中内部圆形焊道采用沿矩形板的长边方向依次焊接的焊接顺序,可有效控制焊接过程的应力变形,使不锈钢板工件在较高的充压载荷条件下仍能保持较小的变形。【结论】得到了最优的焊接顺序和充压胀形工艺规范,可为航天器不锈钢板热沉的研制和生产制造提供理论指导。 展开更多

为探索卷烟生产过程各因素对卷烟焦油稳定性的影响,采用单因素试验方法,分析切丝宽度、切丝水分、烟丝混合均匀度、梗丝加工工艺、烟支重量及劈刀盘规格对卷烟焦油批内均匀性和批间稳定性的影响。方差分析及T检验结果表明,切丝宽度不同... 为探索卷烟生产过程各因素对卷烟焦油稳定性的影响,采用单因素试验方法,分析切丝宽度、切丝水分、烟丝混合均匀度、梗丝加工工艺、烟支重量及劈刀盘规格对卷烟焦油批内均匀性和批间稳定性的影响。方差分析及T检验结果表明,切丝宽度不同对卷烟焦油的批间稳定性有显著性影响,试验范围内,随着切丝宽度的增加,批间焦油量减小;试验范围内,切丝水分、烟丝混合均匀度及梗丝加工工艺影响卷烟焦油的批内均匀性;烟支重量不同对卷烟焦油批间稳定性有显著性影响,随着烟支重量增加,焦油量增大;重量稳定的前提下,劈刀盘规格不同影响烟支密度的均匀性,从而影响卷烟焦油的批间稳定性和批内均匀性。 展开更多
