Analysis of Information Sharing Mechanism in the Food Industry Green Supply Chain Management and Operation Process

In order to effectively address the issues of environmental pollution and food safety in food industry,the green supply chain management should be used in the food industry.However,information sharing is the basis of supply chain management.For this purpose,on the basis of describing the connotation of food industry green supply chain management,the paper introduces the contents and the effects of information sharing mode in detail.It focuses on the barriers of the implementation of information-sharing mechanisms in the food industry green supply chain management and operation process and analyzes the necessity of using information sharing mechanism among the members of the food industry green supply chain management mode by game theory,so as to strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises through supply chain management.

Developing a Geological Management Information System: National Important Mining Zone Database

Geo-data is a foundation for the prediction and assessment of ore resources, so managing and making full use of those data, including geography database, geology database, mineral deposits database, aeromagnetics database, gravity database, geochemistry database and remote sensing database, is very significant. We developed national important mining zone database （NIMZDB） to manage 14 national important mining zone databases to support a new round prediction of ore deposit. We found that attention should be paid to the following issues： ① data accuracy： integrity, logic consistency, attribute, spatial and time accuracy; ② management of both attribute and spatial data in the same system;③ transforming data between MapGIS and ArcGIS; ④ data sharing and security; ⑤ data searches that can query both attribute and spatial data. Accuracy of input data is guaranteed and the search, analysis and translation of data between MapGIS and ArcGIS has been made convenient via the development of a checking data module and a managing data module based on MapGIS and ArcGIS. Using AreSDE, we based data sharing on a client/server system, and attribute and spatial data are also managed in the same system.

Information Network Systems and Information Sharing on Administrative Websites

In Japanese 'e-government' policy, called 'e-Japan', the 'administrative document management system' is functioning as information searching systems. On the other hand, this system has also generated the problem that it is not fully functioning as a means for the information sharing in a governmental agency. So, the purpose of this research is to find how the administrative document management system can function as information sharing in administrative organization. For this purpose, this paper considers the current status and some problems firstly. And secondary, this paper proposes the idea and constructs some information systems using administrative official Website. This is the method and approach of this research. As a conclusion, this proposal information system junctions as information sharing support systems.

Discussion on the Information Collection Methods of Public Health Emergency Files

In public health emergencies, the collection of archival information in the area of public health emergencies is very important, which can provide a reference for the early warning and processing mechanism. At the present stage, the unlimited demand of archival users for resources and the convenience of obtaining resources have become the two driving forces to promote the “transformation” and “growth” of archives. Public health emergencies, the transformation of archives collection and service mode, social media has become an indispensable platform for user information exchange, sharing and transmission, which requires archives to change the mode of archives acquisition and storage. Archival users require more interactive, targeted and cutting-edge forms of access and archival services are also developing toward diversified functions and connotations. Archival information resource sharing is also an important link in this development trend. This paper attempts to analyze the collection methods of archives departments in public health emergencies, and then puts forward the corresponding measures for archives departments to play their functions, such as flexibly solving the needs of archives access, strengthening the development of information resources, doing a good job in the collection of relevant archives, and publicizing archives work in combination with hot spots. This paper discusses the completeness of archival data collection, the means of archival management, the scientific classification of archival data, the ways of archival data collection and so on.

The Contributions of Building Information Modelling to Sustainable Construction

Global concerns toward environmental issues have induced growing demand for new approaches in the construction because of its considerable impact on the environment and use of natural resources. Through using construction sustainability tools, methods and techniques, a greener design can be applied during various building phases. In this connection, it is argued that the analytical and integrated models applied by Building Information Modelling (BIM) may also facilitate this process to be performed more efficiently. BIM and construction sustainability are quite different initiatives, but both have received much attention in recent years in the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry. A rigorous analysis of the interactions between them implies that a synergy exists which, if properly it is understood that can be helpful to reduce the environmental impacts of the AEC industry. A BIM-based design model can contribute to sustainability through its three main dimensions which are environmental, economic and social. In this paper, by reviewing the existing literature on BIM and construction sustainability and using a matrix to analyze construction sustainability dimensions and BIM functionalities a number of interactions have been discussed. It can be concluded that despite there are many improvements in implementation of BIM in environmental and economic aspects of sustainability, its potential impact on social dimension has not been explicitly explored hence further studies need to be undertaken in this area.

The whole-process project cost management based on building information modeling(BIM)is a new management method,aiming to realize the comprehensive optimization and improvement of project cost management through the application of BIM technology.This paper summarizes and analyzes the whole-process project cost management based on BIM,aiming to explore its application and development prospects in the construction industry.Firstly,this paper introduces the role and advantages of BIM technology in engineering cost management,including information integration,data sharing,and collaborative work.Secondly,the paper analyzes the key technologies and methods of the whole-process project cost management based on BIM,including model construction,data management,and cost control.In addition,the paper also discusses the challenges and limitations of the whole-process BIM project cost management,such as the inconsistency of technical standards,personnel training,and consciousness change.Finally,the paper summarizes the advantages and development prospects of the whole-process project cost management based on BIM and puts forward the direction and suggestions for future research.Through the research of this paper,it can provide a reference for construction cost management and promote innovation and development in the construction industry.

上海市农业种质资源信息共享服务平台是对上海市保护单位的农业种质资源进行规范管理和共享利用的服务体系。为了解决当前规模化和多样化的种质分散于不同保护单位,不利于资源信息共享与利用的问题,本研究根据农业种质资源库(圃)的工作流程研发了以保护单位、资源用户和主管单位为主要角色的一站式共享服务平台,为保护单位建立了管理系统模块,保护单位管理员可进行本单位的种质资源数据管理、资源共享信息发布、申请审核和利用成效管理,促进各保护单位种质资源数据的规范化和共享服务。为资源用户创建了申请共享和利用反馈机制,主要提供种质资源信息查询服务、申请利用服务、利用成效反馈服务等,可同时申请多个保护单位的种质。为主管单位提供全面调查的统计汇总信息,包括全市资源存量、资源分发利用、资源利用成效等信息,实时掌握资源共享动向和利用成效。种质资源信息共享服务平台将为保护单位、资源用户和主管单位提供便捷的服务,有助于提高农业种质资源保存与利用效率。

数字环境下图书馆信息资源共享的著作权风险管理研究--以新兴馆际互借系统著作权管理方案为例

数字环境增加了图书馆信息资源共享的侵权风险,著作权风险管理是实现信息资源共享可持续发展的重大现实问题。文章在详述新兴馆际互借系统Tipasa与Rapido著作权管理方案的基础上,分析两者在著作权管理方面的特点与不足,结合我国信息资源共享实践与典型司法判例,从制度、系统和版权素养三个层面为我国图书馆信息资源共享的著作权风险管理与科学治理提供决策依据。

基于BIM和语义网的轨道智能运维管理方法

建筑信息模型(BIM)技术对提高轨道运维管理效率具有重要的推进作用。然而,不同的检查和维护活动产生的数据异构性高、时空关系复杂,阻碍了BIM解释和整合数据的进程。为此,开发了一个基于工业基础类(IFC)和语义Web技术的轨道运维本体(TOMO),其具有3个功能:①基于轨道运维生命周期的应用需求,简化BIM模型信息;②引入映射规则,建立数据提取与转换模块,集成多源异构数据,结构化定义数据之间复杂的时空关系;③结合数据驱动技术,研究轨道精调智能优化的方法,提供弹性决策支持。最后,以某高速铁路静检数据为例,验证了该框架的有效性与实用性,对于促进领域数据互操作性、降低运维人员劳动强度和提高运维管理智能化程度具有实际的工程指导意义。

基于BIM 5D的项目安全与质量协同管理研究

为解决项目质量和安全管理无法直观表达、提前预防、及时整改等问题,本研究将BIM技术引入项目安全与质量管理工作中,验证了基于BIM 5D的工程安全与质量协同管理的可行性。通过研究得出:通过“事前预防”的BIM技术(建立Revit模型、深化设计、施工模拟、可视化技术交底),将项目质量和安全问题提前暴露,减少返工造成的不必要麻烦,保证物资的有序进场和合理堆放,为安全文明施工提供基础;通过“事中控制”的BIM 5D+智慧工地决策系统,将质量、安全问题进行归集、分析,将分析结果以图表呈现,对关键问题进行预警,及时发现问题并整改。上述方法保证了项目安全,提升了工程质量,为施工企业应用BIM 5D提供了参考。

智能建管平台下工程总承包项目信息共享激励研究

信息共享是提高工程总承包(engineering-procurement-construction,EPC)项目管理效率的关键因素之一,而以建筑信息模型(BIM)技术为基础,结合云计算、人工智能、物联网等技术,在项目全生命周期内对项目成本、进度、质量、安全等多方面进行有效的数字化管控的智能建管平台的应用可以有效改善EPC项目中信息不对称现象。但是工程实践中存在总承包商信息共享积极性不高的问题。针对这一问题,以业主方主导构建的智能建管平台为特定情境,运用演化博弈理论构建业主方和总承包商之间的博弈模型,分析双方在信息共享激励过程中的策略选择并进行仿真研究,以探讨不同参数对总承包商信息共享行为的影响,以及影响双方策略选择的关键因素。结果发现:业主方的额外收益越大、激励成本越低,其更倾向于采取激励策略;总承包商积极信息共享的潜在收益越大、消极信息共享的机会收益越小,其更倾向于采取积极信息共享策略;总承包商的智能建管平台应用成熟度和对总承包商的补贴对双方的策略都有显著影响。基于此,提出业主方应从物质激励和声誉激励相结合、基于智能建管平台应用的不同时期及时调整激励策略和辅以适当惩罚机制3个维度来制定激励策略,以促进总承包商积极共享信息。

基于BIM的工程管理专业辅助教学体系研究

为解决BIM需求增加与相关技术人才短缺的矛盾,在总结国内外高校BIM教学模式、组织方式、课程设置、培养层次等方面教学特色的基础上,提出了基于BIM的工程管理专业辅助教学体系。在分析专业辅助教学目标的基础上,从理论课程与实验课程两个方面,分析了经济、管理、技术专业平台课与BIM的关系。分析了某高校工程管理专业在课程教学、实验教学、BIM大赛、毕业设计等方面的措施与经验,以期为同类专业建设提供借鉴。

优化创新生态系统下的高校职务科技成果管理:美国的经验与启示

目前我国初步建立了高校职务科技成果管理制度,但管理服务体系建设尚未获得足够的关注。美国高校在科技成果转化方面处于全球一流水平。宽松的政策环境、强劲的科研实力,更有专业化管理组织与服务体系,推动着美国高校科技成果转化在全球一骑绝尘。通过对美国高校技术经理人协会统计数据及技术转化案例的综合分析,总结了美国高校科技成果管理体系社会化、专业化、组织化的发展态势,并基于美国高校技术转化实践经验对中国高校职务科技成果管理体系建设提出建议:(1)重视社会化科技成果管理需求,建立社会化科技成果管理体系;(2)制定职业认定标准,培养专业化科技成果管理人才队伍;(3)构建有效的激励机制,鼓励科技成果转化。

数字地下空间信息检测管理平台研究

地下检测是诊断和预防地下病害的重要手段,但由于传统的城市地下检测数据平台架构限制,各组织机构独立管理和上传数据,导致数据共享难以实现。针对这一问题,利用先进的互联网、物联网技术,通过感、传、知、用四层架构建立数据综合信息管理平台,加强检测数据的汇聚融合、共享开放和开发利用,发挥数据的基础资源作用和分析引擎作用,提高政府决策科学化水平和管理效率,对于保障城市安全和预防道路风险隐患具有重要意义。数字地下空间信息检测管理平台可实现多源数据的统一管理,促进数据有序流动,对检测结果进行直观的展示、查询和工程化管理。文中利用地图数据实现地下空间数据与检测数据的匹配,实现检测结果的可视化表达。通过对数据的统计分析和评价来精准定位安全隐患及事故,促进城市建设协调机制更加健全;同时检测数据可通过安卓端以图片、文字、视频等多种方式实时地传送到信息管理平台,实现多端数据推送与接收,推动数据资源的开发利用,提高服务效率。该信息管理平台可实现与数据道路、智慧城市的完美对接,通过对其在不同场景的示范应用,不断完善平台功能、性能,验证了该信息管理平台的服务能力,提高了地下检测数据信息化的整体水平。

基于建筑信息模型(BIM)的余泥渣土源头减量管理信息系统研究

日益增长的建筑废弃物已成为中国大中城市可持续发展面临的棘手问题。国际上已有不少先进的建筑废弃物处理技术,但国外建筑废弃物的成分与中国的有很大不同,目前并没有一套符合中国国情的建筑废弃物回收利用技术与方案可以借鉴。因此,为解决中国建筑产业发展中余泥渣土所带来的诸多问题,综合考虑余泥渣土挖掘、运输、回收利用3个环节的协同管理,结合国际上有关标准制定出以黏粒含量与砂粒含量为判断基准的余泥渣土综合利用分类标准,基于建筑信息模型(BIM)技术,运用计算机图形技术、数据库技术、物联网技术等,开发一套过程、对象、平台都协同的余泥渣土源头减量管理信息系统。该系统包含访问层、业务应用层、应用支撑层、数据层和基础设施层5个层次,具有综合管理应用与项目管理应用两大部分6个功能模块,在实际工程应用中可以有效解决余泥渣土“挖掘—运输—回收利用”过程中的信息不对称问题,既可以在基坑开挖施工过程中指导渣土分类,又可以为建筑废弃物的源头减量制定方案,为中国建筑废弃物智能化管理提供技术支撑参考。

基于BIM的公路边坡可视化管理方法研究

山地、丘陵地区的公路建设和运营中常伴有大量边坡,边坡的灾害问题已成为制约我国公路、铁路建设与运营发展的主要因素。目前,主流边坡信息化管理系统在信息集成领域存在缺陷,难以满足对各类复杂边坡科学监测与精细化管理的需求。为此,将BIM可视化技术引入到边坡监测与管理中,利用可视化模型“所见即所得”的优势与强大的数据集成能力改善沟通环境、提高管理效率。首先,通过地质钻孔数据解译结合地层层序优化逻辑确定地层层序、地层边界与分布范围,利用Dynamo节点开发基于钻孔数据的自动化建模程序,提出基于Revit+Dynamo的边坡地质BIM精细化建模方法。然后,提出联合OBJ-JSON格式储存模型关键属性信息的边坡模型轻量化导出方案,实现模型与地质信息的集成以及大体量边坡地质模型与Web的端互通,基于Three.js框架扩展WebGL原生代码优化BIM模型并开发了边坡BIM模型的Web端交互应用。最后,全方位分析涵盖项目全生命周期管理的内需并借助MySQL数据库技术将上述成果进行整合,开发了基于BIM的高速公路边坡的可视化监测管理平台并运用于实际工程。实例结果表明,基于平台建立的边坡可视化管理方案能够大幅提升案例公路边坡项目在运用阶段的管理水平与管理效率。研究为边坡信息化、可视化管理流程的制定和实施提供了参考。
