Challenges Confronting China's Financial Security from the Perspective of a Holistic Approach to National Security

Finance is the lifeblood of a modern economy.The 2008 international financial crisis,which changed the course of history,has highlighted the decisive role of financial security in the sustainable development of the contemporary world—all sovereign states included.Implementing the national rejuvenation strategy within a wider context of the once-in-a-century changes taking place in the world,the Communist Party of China(CPC)has constantly deepened its understanding of financial security,making it an important component of a holistic approach to national security and Xi Jinping's economic thought.In the wake of the Russia-Ukraine crisis,the US and Europe launched a"financial nuclear strike"against Russia.The comprehensive war centered on financial sanctions they have waged in response to Russia's military operations not only represents a shift in the form of future warfare,but also offers a preview of the major-country strategic competition in the future,which will inevitably grow in scope and intensity.This thesis intends to discuss the current changes in and challenges to China's financial security from the perspective of a holistic approach to national security and provide opinions based on domestic and international changes.

China's Labor and Social Security Protection under the Globle Financial Crisis

Against the background of economic globalization, the economy of many countries has been inevitably affected by the globle financial crisis. But the impact varies. China, as one of the leading countries in globalization, the direct or indirect impact it suffered can be imagined. The Chinese government adopted a series of measures to deal with the financial crisis.

Analysis of Internal Control Management Problems in Hospital Finance and Accounting

This paper outlines the internal control management of hospital accounting and finance,introducing its concept,importance,and objectives.It then analyzes the problems existing in the internal control management of hospital accounting and finance,including an unsound management system,insufficient system implementation,inadequate risk assessment and control capabilities,poor information communication,weak internal supervision,and uneven personnel quality.The reasons for these problems are also analyzed,including outdated management concepts,irrational organizational structures,imperfect training and incentive mechanisms,low levels of information technology,and changes in the external environment.This paper proposes improvement measures for the internal control management of hospital accounting,including enhancing the management system,strengthening system implementation,improving risk assessment and control capabilities,enhancing the information communication mechanism,strengthening internal supervision,improving personnel quality,advancing information technology,and adapting to changes in the external environment.

Multi-Factor Authentication for Secured Financial Transactions in Cloud Environment

The rise of the digital economy and the comfort of accessing by way of user mobile devices expedite human endeavors in financial transactions over the Virtual Private Network(VPN)backbone.This prominent application of VPN evades the hurdles involved in physical money exchange.The VPN acts as a gateway for the authorized user in accessing the banking server to provide mutual authentication between the user and the server.The security in the cloud authentication server remains vulnerable to the results of threat in JP Morgan Data breach in 2014,Capital One Data Breach in 2019,and manymore cloud server attacks over and over again.These attacks necessitate the demand for a strong framework for authentication to secure from any class of threat.This research paper,propose a framework with a base of EllipticalCurve Cryptography(ECC)to performsecure financial transactions throughVirtual PrivateNetwork(VPN)by implementing strongMulti-Factor Authentication(MFA)using authentication credentials and biometric identity.The research results prove that the proposed model is to be an ideal scheme for real-time implementation.The security analysis reports that the proposed model exhibits high level of security with a minimal response time of 12 s on an average of 1000 users.

Blockchain‑oriented approach for detecting cyber‑attack transactions

With the high-speed development of decentralized applications,account-based blockchain platforms have become a hotbed of various financial scams and hacks due to their anonymity and high financial value.Financial security has become a top priority with the sustainable development of blockchain-based platforms because of an increasing number of cyber attacks,which have resulted in a huge loss of crypto assets in recent years.Therefore,it is imperative to study the real-time detection of cyber attacks to facilitate effective supervision and regulation.To this end,this paper proposes the weighted and extended isolation forest algorithms and designs a novel framework for the real-time detection of cyber-attack transactions by thoroughly studying and summarizing real-world examples.Furthermore,this study develops a new detection approach for locating the compromised address of a cyber attack to resolve the data scarcity of hack addresses and reduce time consumption.Moreover,three experiments are carried out not only to apply on different types of cyber attacks but also to compare the proposed approach with the widely used existing methods.The results demonstrate the high efficiency and generality of the proposed approach.Finally,the lower time consumption and robustness of our method were validated through additional experiments.In conclusion,the proposed blockchain-oriented approach in this study can handle real-time detection of cyber attacks and has significant scope for applications.

Corporate Governance Intelligence： Minority Shareholder＇s Aspects （Evidence From Ukraine）

The paper is devoted to the corporate governance intelligence system investigation as the part of the complex stakeholder-related approach to the corporate strategic intelligence system （CSIS）. The special attention is given to the minority shareholders activism in the system of corporate governance. Some existing methods of abusing minority shareholders rights, made by joint-stock companies executives, are generalized. The recommendations for minority shareholder＇s rights protection are given. The necessity for the implementation of the stakeholders-oriented approach for the CSIS creation on the base of companies＇ security principles is substantiated.

Research and practice on system engineering management of a mobile payment project

The popularization of the mobile internet has given rise to demand for flexible and convenient payment methods. For China, it is necessary to keep pace with or even lead the trend of innovation and development in the age of mobile payment. From the perspective of systems engineering, this paper introduces research and implementation of China Union Pay's mobile payment project. The general requirements and core engineering problems of the mobile payment project are summarized based on analyses of the characteristics and engineering difficulties of this project. Integration of innovative technologies is introduced to resolve the contradiction between ease-of-use and security. A rapid iterative development process is adopted to improve the product release efficiency as well as the users' experience. The launch of the mobile payment project also opens the window to coordinating and upgrading the whole payment industry chains.
