The results showed that 2nd episode of Zhu-Qiong movement was an important tectonic transformation that occurred during rifting, basin structure patterns above and below the regional angular unconformity caused by 2nd episode had distinct differences. The orientations of those basin-controlling faults changed from NE, NEE to EW, NWW, which indicated that the paleo-stress field veered from NNW extension clockwise to sub-NS extension and basin structures patterns transformed from NE, NEE strong rifting to sub-EW, NWW weak rifting. The depocenter showed seesaw-like migration from S to N. And the sedimentary systems transformed from semi-deep-deep lacustrine facies to braided river delta facies developed in shore-shallow lacustrine. Combined with its tectonic recombination of periphery plates that period, the mechanism of above tectonic transformation had direct correspondence to the readjustment of the Indian plate and the Pacific plate. The southward subduction of the pro-to-south China Sea is the direct cause of this tectonic transformation. </div>展开更多

The following is a case of a 29-year-old patient with a previous major depressive episode comorbid with CLIPPERS. Following glucocorticosteroid therapy, the patient switched to mania-like presentation and was diagnosed with bipolar disorder due to another medical condition. So it is strongly suggested that high-dose corticosteroid pulse therapy could easily induce psychiatric disturbances for patients with previous psychiatric symptoms, and there may be potential links between bipolar disorder and CLIPPERS in the area of infammation.展开更多
BACKGROUND Subgrouping patients with major depressive disorder is a promising solution for the issue of heterogeneity.However,the link between available subtypes and distinct pathological mechanisms is weak and yields...BACKGROUND Subgrouping patients with major depressive disorder is a promising solution for the issue of heterogeneity.However,the link between available subtypes and distinct pathological mechanisms is weak and yields disappointing results in clinical application.AIM To develop a novel approach for classification of patients with time-dependent prescription patterns at first onset in real-world settings.METHODS Drug-naive patients experiencing their first major depressive episode(n=105)participated in this study.Psychotropic agents prescribed in the first 24 mo following disease onset were recorded monthly and categorized as antidepressants,augmentation agents,and hypnosedatives.Monthly cumulative doses of agents in each category were converted into relevant equivalents.Four parameters were used to summarize the time-dependent prescription patterns for each psychotropic load:Stability,amount,frequency,and the time trend of monthly prescriptions.A K-means cluster analysis was used to derive subgroups of participants based on these input parameters of psychotropic agents across 24 mo.Clinical validity of the resulting data-driven clusters was compared using relevant severity indicators.RESULTS Four distinct clusters were derived from K-means analysis,which matches experts’consent:"Short-term antidepressants use","long-term antidepressants use","long-term antidepressants and sedatives use",and"long-term antidepressants,sedatives,and augmentation use".At the first 2 years of disease course,the four clusters differed on the number of antidepressants used at adequate dosage and duration,frequency of outpatient service use,and number of psychiatric admissions.After the first 2 years following disease onset,depression severity was differed in the four subgroups.CONCLUSION Our findings suggested a new approach to optimize the subgrouping of patients with major depressive disorder,which may assist future etiological and treatment response studies.展开更多
Objective:to explore brain-derived neu-rotrophic factor(BDNF)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP9)messenger in peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients with depressive episodes before and after anti-depressant treatmen...Objective:to explore brain-derived neu-rotrophic factor(BDNF)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP9)messenger in peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients with depressive episodes before and after anti-depressant treatment changes in RNA(mRNA)expres-sion levels.Methods:fifteen patients hospitalized with depression in the Afiliated Mental Hospital of Kunming Medical University from December 2021 to June 2022 were collected as research objects.After 4 weeks of anti-depressant treatment,BDNF mRNA and MMP9 mRNA in patients with depression were detected before and af-ter treatment,and statistically analyzed.Results:after 4 weeks of antidepressant treatment,there was no signif-icant difference in BDNF mRNA expression level after treatment compared with before treatment(P>0.05).The mRNA level of MMP9 was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:antidepressant therapy increases the expression of MMP9 mRNA,increasing the conver-sion of BDNF precursor(proBDNF)to mature for BDNF(mBDNF)to relieve depressive symptoms,and the total content of BDNF did not change significantly.展开更多
This paper investigates the origin and migration characteristics of petroleum in the northeastern part of the Baiyun Depression,Pearl River Mouth Basin(PRMB).The discovered petroleum in the study area is mainly locate...This paper investigates the origin and migration characteristics of petroleum in the northeastern part of the Baiyun Depression,Pearl River Mouth Basin(PRMB).The discovered petroleum in the study area is mainly located in the Lower Zhujiang Member(N_(1)z^(2))and mainly originated from the Enping Formation source rocks in the eastern sag.Active faults(vertical migration)and N_(1)z^(2)sandstones(lateral migration)acted as the petroleum migration systems.The fault activities in the Dongsha event controlled the episodic petroleum migration.Fractures in the fault zones provided effective conduits,and overpressure was the driving force.The vertical migration could not cross the fault zones laterally.The petroleum injection areas in the carrier beds were the contact zones of petroleum-migration faults and carrier beds.The lateral migration was steady-state migration,and buoyancy was the driving force.The migration pathways in the carrier beds were controlled by the structural morphology.Secondary petroleum migration in the study area could be divided into two parts:vertical migration along the fractures in the fault zones and lateral migration through preferential petroleum migration pathways(PPMPs)in the carrier beds.The petroleum migration behaviors,including migrating direction,driving force,and migration pattern,in the faults and sandstone carrier beds were quite different.This study provides a typical example for comprehending secondary migration processes and has great importance for determining future exploration targets in the deep-water area of the PRMB.展开更多
