目的分析流式细胞分析仪在细胞因子检验中应用的价值。方法选取2023年2—5月在江苏盛泽医院接受健康体检者和门诊住院患者(共112例)血浆标本,运用流式细胞分析仪分析血浆标本的8项细胞因子精密度、准确度和线性范围验证实验结果。结果...目的分析流式细胞分析仪在细胞因子检验中应用的价值。方法选取2023年2—5月在江苏盛泽医院接受健康体检者和门诊住院患者(共112例)血浆标本,运用流式细胞分析仪分析血浆标本的8项细胞因子精密度、准确度和线性范围验证实验结果。结果低值和高值连续5 d检测结果变异系数(coefficient of variability,CV)均≤15%。低值和高值连续5 d检测结果准确度均符合(偏差≤±15%)范围。8项细胞因子检测试剂盒在流式细胞分析仪上检测结果均在范围内呈线性,满足准确度(r2≥0.98)的标准范围,r2分别为0.9988、1.0000、1.0000、0.9998、1.0000、0.9994、0.9995、0.9843。结论流式细胞分析仪在细胞因子检测中的应用的准确度、可靠性和重复性较好,能满足临床需求,可广泛应用于实验室相关检测当中。展开更多
