本文描述了应用衍生化色谱技术,同时检測生物体内的氟乙酰胺、氢氰酸。用五氟溴苄和氯胺T分别作为氟乙酰胺和氢氰酸衍生化试剂,衍生化产物用GC/ECD检测,在Parapak—QS+3%DC—200混合填充柱上,均得到良好分离,平均提取回收率>81%。... 本文描述了应用衍生化色谱技术,同时检測生物体内的氟乙酰胺、氢氰酸。用五氟溴苄和氯胺T分别作为氟乙酰胺和氢氰酸衍生化试剂,衍生化产物用GC/ECD检测,在Parapak—QS+3%DC—200混合填充柱上,均得到良好分离,平均提取回收率>81%。动物实验和案例检验证明方法准确、可靠、灵敏度高。可成功地检测中毒患者或致死者体内的氢氰酸和氟乙酰胺的含量,并适用于临床抢救监测。 展开更多
