Language security is an important part of national security,and in the current complex international environment,the issue of language security is becoming more and more prominent and has become an unignorable part of national security strategy.As the bridge and link of international communication,foreign language talents’language skills and the level of national security awareness directly affect our country’s international image and the effect of international communication.Therefore,the establishment of a foreign language talent cultivation mode based on the concept of language security is not only an important way to improve the quality of foreign language education but also a realistic need to safeguard national security and promote international exchanges.Starting from the influence of the language security concept on foreign language talent cultivation,this paper analyzes the foreign language talent cultivation mode based on the language security concept,with a view to providing new ideas and methods for the development of foreign language education.

Training Plan for Software Engineering Top Talents Based on the Demand for High-end Talents in the Industry

The paper illustrates the reason of the lack of talents with outstanding innovative practice ability and engineering leadership has become a great obstacle for many industries, represented by the software industry, to develop along with the new era, and restricted the evolution of these industries toward the high end. With the target of training talents with innovation capacity and engineering leadership, the training plan for top talents based on the demand for high-end talents in the software engineering industry is put forward, and analyses are given on significant aspects including the development of the training resource system, the screening of students and the selection of enterprises, the teaching staff construction for university-enterprise cooperation, the establishment of a management system with joint effort for talents development, and the construction of process quality guarantee mechanism. 精英大学外籍教师是各国政策目标的重要人才类型,基于这一群体需求构建的人才环境体系对于世界重要人才中心建设具有指导价值。德尔菲法调查结果显示,外籍教师对人才环境的关注次序依次为“个体发展环境”“院校系统环境”“关系环境”以及“社会系统环境”。结合我国国情,“世界人才中心”建设应遵循以下原则:①优先建设“个体发展环境”,兼顾社会融入与经济发展领域;②继续完善法律法规体系,强化正式规则的建设与执行;③重视信息场的开放化博弈,关注国际传播方式与能力升级;④充分发挥各级政府力量,加强顶层设计与推动协调;⑤用好高校办学自主权,推进广义国际化建设。

自贸港背景下高校涉外法律人才培养的目标与路径

在海南自贸港背景下,海南与世界各国之间交流合作日益频繁,涉外法律问题日益凸显。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对涉外法律人才的内涵、需求及人才培养目标与优化路径进行分析。研究认为,涉外法律人才培养目标应从拥有完善的知识结构、有较强的法律实践能力、具备良好的职业素养、需要较高的外语能力等四个方面设定培养目标。在此基础上,从英语语言的角度提出高校人才培养的两条优化路径:初级阶段,普及法律英语;中高阶段,实施双语法律教学。

航空可达性与城市的国际人才集聚——基于结构模型的链式中介效应分析

航空枢纽城市因市场响应能力而吸引交易和生产活动,从而成为国际人才集聚地。文章通过建立链式中介效应模型,使用结构方程方法检验了中国36个大中城市的航空易达性对国际人才流入的影响,得出如下结论:航空运输对城市国际人才流入有稳定正向影响,其中直接效应占总效应的65.94%,产业发展的中介作用占总效应的29.32%和所有中介效应的86.16%,城市形象的中介作用占总效应的3.77%和所有中介效应的11.07%,而两步中介效应则可忽略不计。

“NET三维联动”产教融合外语人才培养中的课程思政实施路径
