Construction and Research of Formative Evaluation System in Fine Arts Classroom Teaching in Rural Primary Schools

With the popularization of quality education,the teaching evaluation of fine arts class in rural primary schools has become an important part of the new curriculum reform,which tests whether the teaching goals are effectively achieved.This paper takes the formative evaluation system of fine arts classroom teaching in rural primary schools as the research object,analyzes the research status of the formative evaluation system in rural primary schools,and expounds the theoretical basis and construction principles of the formative evaluation system.This paper constructs a formative evaluation system of fine arts classroom teaching in rural primary schools from the aspects of teachers and students inside and outside the classroom,teaching process and teaching effect,in order to effectively stimulate students'interest in learning and improve their aesthetic literacy.

On Formative Evaluation System of College English Grading Teaching

To meet the requirements of college English teaching under the new situation and enhance the ability of college students to learn the English independently,modern information technology means is used to have a try and an experiment.English grading teaching is taken as the starting point,due to construct a mixed formative evaluation system,and provide a reference for improving the effects of college English teaching.

On the Formative Evaluation in Junior English Teaching

Teaching evaluation is an indispensable part in English teaching.For a long time,we have adopted the summative evaluation,which may lead to the fact that students lack initiative and enthusiasm in their learning.Formative evaluation is a more efficient evaluation method aiming at various disadvantages of traditional evaluation methods.In order to explore how to apply formative evaluation in junior English teaching,this paper firstly analyzed the problems in traditional evaluation and then analyzed the necessity of formative evaluation in junior English teaching.It mainly explored how to apply formative evaluation in junior English teaching.Finally,it reflected formative evaluation in junior English teaching and put forward some feasible suggestions to help teachers improve their teaching methods and help students improve their learning efficiency,so as to improve the quality of junior English teaching.

Critical Review of Literature on Radiologic Technology Education Program Evaluation

Curriculum has achieved a varied record of success in influencing health based practices and developing professional skills. Designing and implementing an effective radiologic technology educational program curriculum requires a disciplined pedagogical approach where the instructor performs a thorough situational analysis, develops a theory based and pragmatic learning plan, and implements a course of study in accordance with the established educational guidelines and requirements. Diligent efforts are needed to enhance the relationship amongst curriculum developers and evaluators. The collection of information at the formative stage: followed by process evaluation to assess implementation as the curriculum progresses, and summative evaluation to assess impact is required for accreditation of program in the United States by the Joint Review Committee for Education in Radiologic Technology. Formative evaluation research is used to enhance effectiveness of the curriculum, guide development of teaching and learning strategies, and reveal promising and ineffective components of curriculum. This review of literature provides evidence as to what is considered to be the best practice in the program evaluation/accreditation process.

Robustness and precision evaluation of the form error of micro-structured surfaces using real coded genetic algorithm

To obtain the form error of micro-structured surfaces robustly and accurately, a form er- ror evaluation method was developed based on the real coded genetic algorithm （RCGA）. The meth- od employed the average squared distance as the matching criterion. The point to surface distance was achieved by use of iterative method and the modeling of RCGA for the surface matching was also presented in detail. Parameter selection for RCGA including the crossover rate and population size was discussed. Evaluation results of series simulated surfaces without form error show that this method can achieve the accuracy of root mean square deviation （ Sq ） less than 1 nm and surface pro- file error （ St ） less than 4 nm. Evaluation of the surfaces with different simulated errors illustrates that the proposed method can also robustly obtain the form error with nano-meter precision. The e- valuation of actual measured surfaces further indicates that the proposed method is capable of pre- cisely evaluating micro-structured surfaces.

A Form Evaluation System and Its Data Structure for Brush-Written Chinese Characters

A form evaluation system for brush-written Chinese characters is developed.Calligraphic knowledge used in the system is represented in the form of ruleswith the help of a data structure proposed in this paper. Reflecting the spe-cific hierarchical relations among radicals and strokes of Chinese characters,the proposed data structure is based upon a character model that can generatebrush-written Chinese characters on a computer. Through evaluation experi-ments using the developed system, it is shown that representation of calligraphicknowledge and form evaluation of Chinese characters can be smoothly realizedif the data structure is utilized.
