As an important link in the development of modern quality education,art education is one of the methods to guide students to have a diversified vision.Under the background of multiculturalism,we need to explore the connotation and value of art education with the concept of“three highs and four new,”so that students can realize interdisciplinary and cross-cultural cognition through an immersive experience and practical operation in a wide range of multicultural situations,and to develop the knowledge of art education with the concept of“three highs and four new.”Based on the multicultural background,this paper focuses on the integration of multiculturalism into the reform practice of“student-centered”in colleges and universities,so as to cultivate art talents adapted to the multicultural background,in order to achieve the great mission of“three highs and four new”and better lead the innovative development of art education in colleges and universities.

Research on the Tourism Marketing Strategy of the New Countryside——"Auspicious Four Seasons" in Wuhan City,China

On the basis of expounding connotation of "auspicious four seasons",the paper introduces related situations of spring peach blossom village,summer pomegranate blossom village,autumn osmanthus blossom village and winter plum blossom village,as well as major project and profit of "auspicious four seasons" new village tourism in Wuhan City.Development situations of "auspicious four seasons" new village tourism in Wuhan City are analyzed by using SWOT analysis.Among them,the strengths are analyzed from four aspects of geographical strengths,transportation superiority,rich natural resources and attached great importance by government,the weaknessses are illustrated from the five aspects of backward infrastructure construction,unsound governmental functions,needing improvement of service consciousness and service quality of villagers,shortage of publicity,insufficient input competence of tourism,the opportunities are analyzed from the two aspects of policy guarantee and tourism demand,the threats are analyzed from the two aspects of serious homogenization of tourism products and increasingly improved expected value of tourism products.Based on the analysis above,tourism marketing strategies of the new village-"auspicious four seasons" in Wuhan are put forward:First,strengthening publicity,it includes using network marketing strategies,enhancing traditional marketing publicity,strengthening festival tourism publicity and intensifying celebrity charm;Second,launching various new village tourism projects,it includes vigorously extending picking and exhibition tourism of fruits and vegetables,launching rural education tourism,launching flowers and plants cultural tourism and wedding celebration tourism,launching leisure tourism for old people and building learning base of new village construction;Third,exerting resource superiority of Han River water area,developing aquatic tourism projects,it mainly includes developing pleasure-boat of different types and grades,strengthening construction of waterfront accessible space and enhancing connection and cooperation with travel agencies.

Evaluation of Development Level of New Four Modernizations Based on Gray Relational Model——A Case Study of 14 Cities in Hunan Province

The development level of industrialization,informationization,urbanization and agricultural modernization(New Four Modernizations) is an important indicator for evaluation of regional economic development.In this paper,an indicator system was designed for evaluation of the development level of New Four Modernizations according to the interaction mechanism between them.It introduced the data related to New Four Modernizations of 14 cities in Hunan Province during 2004 and 2012,and made a comprehensive analysis of the development level of New Four Modernizations in these cities by entropy-gray relational method.It found that the development level of New Four Modernizations in 14 cities in Hunan Province was extremely uneven,and the stronger would become stronger,while the weaker would become weaker,like Matthew effect.Thus,it is required to straighten out the development idea,carry out reform and innovation in the mechanism construction,urbanrural integration,interaction and integration,and regional coordination,to promote simultaneous development of New Four Modernizations.

Generating one-,two-,three-and four-scroll attractors from a novel four-dimensional smooth autonomous chaotic system

A new four-dimensional quadratic smooth autonomous chaotic system is presented in this paper, which can exhibit periodic orbit and chaos under the conditions on the system parameters. Importantly, the system can generate one-, two-, three- and four-scroll chaotic attractors with appropriate choices of parameters. Interestingly, all the attractors are generated only by changing a single parameter. The dynamic analysis approach in the paper involves time series, phase portraits, Poincare maps, a bifurcation diagram, and Lyapunov exponents, to investigate some basic dynamical behaviours of the proposed four-dimensional system.
